With the advance of processing technology , so as to spare fuel, piston heads used in automobile reciprocating engine have complex 3-dimension, with respect to shape such as ovality, profile, eccentricity, offset, recess. Therefore, coming out of the existing process work used master cam. the process work is performed using a CNC lathe. For a precision processing, the processing work is need to make study of high speed feed gear synchronized with the rotative speed of main spindle. And then the high speed feeding system must maintain high dynamic stiffness, high speed and high positioning accuracy . In this paper, in order to achieve high speed cutting tool feeding. The linear brushless DC motor is used for satisfying this process work. The ball bush and turicite is used as the guidance of the feed gear system. Also linear encoders, digital servo amplifiers and controller are used for controlling driving motor. This paper presents the design and simulation of the new tool feed system for noncircular machining.

This study was undertaken to design Ginyeo's character and costume in the early-middle Goryeo Dynasty which had a few relics, and to make practical cultural contents. The famous Goryeo Ginyeos who had real names are costume characters. Goryeo women dressed in delicate white ramie jarket in "Goryeo-dokyung", and the shape of Jacket can be two kinds: long-wide jacket enough to tie a belt, and long caftan cover the knee. Goryeo women enjoyed wide yellow skirt, but Ginyeo in "Dongguk-isanggutjip" put on pink, flower, pomegranate, red skirt for high class ladies. In the case of Mong-su(a head cloth with black gauze train), it is thought that Ginyeo fold up train like lower class or just hang down like ordinary women, because of their status. As underwear, a ramie jacket and wide underpants were set up. It is needed that many Golden bells and jade trinkets must be attached to Goryeo Ginyeo's waist to stress their characteristics. Ginyeo's hair style can be designed so that a bunch of right hair was dropped down and the rest hair was rolled on reft shoulder. To design a Ginyeo's costume chatacter of the early-middle Goryeo, the richness of wide skirt, delicacy of white ramie, a great deal of trinkets must be emphasized correctly as a characteristic of Goryeo women's costume in that period.

The elastic deflections and Euler buckling loads are investigated for a class of tapered and initially curved cantilevered beams subjected to loading at the tip. The beam's width increases linearly and its depth decreases linearly with the distance from the fixed end to the tip. Unloaded, the beam forms a circular are perpendicular to the axis of bending. The beam's deflection responses, obtained by solving the differential equations in closed form, are presented in terms of four nondimensional system parameters: taper ratio ${\kappa}$, initial shape ratio ${\Delta}_0$, end load ratio f, and load angle ${\theta}$. Laboratory measurements of the Euler buckling loads for scale models of tapered initially straight, corrugated beams compared favorably with those computed from the present analysis. The results are applicable to future designs of the end structures of highway guardrails, which can be designed to give the appropriate balance between the capacity to deflect a nearly head-on vehicle back to its right-of-way and the capacity to buckle sufficiently that penetration of the vehicle may be averted.

The drainage problem in bifurcations causes pecuniary losses when hydropower stations are undergoing periodic overhaul. A new design philosophy for Y-typed bifurcations that are flat-bottomed is proposed. The bottoms of all pipe sections are located at the same level, making drainage due to gravity possible and shortening the draining time. All fundamental curves were determined, and contrastive analysis with a crescent-rib reinforced bifurcation in an actual project was conducted. Feasibility demonstrations were researched including structural characteristics based on finite element modeling and hydraulic characteristics based on computational fluid dynamics. The new bifurcation provided a well-balanced shape and reasonable stress state. It did not worsen the flow characteristics, and the head loss was considered acceptable. The proposed Y-typed bifurcation was shown to be suitable for pumped storage power stations.

The main purpose of the paper is to analyze effect of geometrical parameters of the reentry capsules such as radius of the spherical cap, shoulder radius, back shell inclination angle and overall length on the flow field characteristics. The numerical simulation with viscous flow past ARD (Atmospheric Reentry Demonstrator), Soyuz (Russian) and OREX (Orbital Reentry EXperimental) reentry capsules for freestream Mach numbers range of 2.0-5.0 is carried out by solving time-dependent, axisymmetric, compressible laminar Navier-Stokes equations. These reentry capsules appear as bell, head light and saucer in shape. The flow field features around the reentry capsules such as bow shock wave, sonic line, expansion fan and recirculating flow region are well captured by the present numerical simulations. A low pressure is observed immediately downstream of the base region of the capsule which can be attributed to fill-up in the growing space between the shock wave and the reentry module. The back shell angle and the radius of the shoulder over the capsule are having a significant effect on the wall pressure distribution. The effects of geometrical parameters of the reentry capsules will useful input for the calculation of ballistic coefficient of the reentry module.

This study was carried out to investigate the current use and the demand for Jeonju-bibimbab rice and to suggest the suitable range of bibimbab rice. We conducted a survey on varieties and rice quality of Jeonju bibimbab restaurants from April to August 2016. In a survey of 12 bibimbab restaurants in Jeonju, the restaurants showed that 83% of the 10 restaurants were using shindongjin rice variety. Characteristics of rice suitable for bibimbab were showed low stickiness, high hardness, so it should keep the shape of rice when cooked and mixed with the ingredients. and people tend to prefer a large grain of rice. Also, the rice used in bibimbab restaurants were examined the average percentages of head rice ratio 89%, protein content 6% and moisture content 14.5%. These results suggest that the quality of rice, which is suitable for bibimbab, is similar to the range of common rice. Thousand grain weight over 24g is especially preferred. In conclusion, the quality and grain size of rice preferred for bibimbab rice was the level of Shindongjin.

조간대와 수심 20m 미만의 조하대 모래틈에서 채집한 해양 완보류 2신종 - Batillipes longispinosus n. sp., B. orientalis n. sp. - 을 기재한다. 이들 2신종은 미성숙 개체와 성체 모두에서 몸통 뒷부분에 돌기가 없으며 머리에 난 여러 돌기들이 길다는 점, 제 4다리위에 긴돌기를 가진다는 점에서 특징적이다. B. longispinosus n. sp.는 Batillipes 속에 기록된 21종 중에서 B. tubernatis Pollock과 가장 유사하나 4번째 다리에 긴 돌기를 가지는 점에서 다르다. 또한 B. orientalis n. sp. 는 몸 측면 돌기를 가진다는 점에서 B. roscoffensis Kristensen와 닮았으나 머리의 모양과 4번째 다리에 긴 돌기를 가지는 점에서 뚜렷하게 구별된다.

Tonpilz 트랜스듀서의 거동에 미치는 압전 소재의 형상과 크기의 효과에 대하여 유한요소법을 통한 컴퓨터 모사를 통하여 연구하였다. 도넛 형태의 압전체의 직경과 높이 그리고 쌓아올린 stack의 수를 변수로 고려하였고 최종적으로 소재 자체를 특성이 뛰어난 단결정 소재로 변환하였을 때 그 특성인 출력과 TVR 대역폭이 어떻게 변하는지를 모사하였다. 그 결과, 리랙서 단결정을 활용함으로써 같은 구조에서 출력을 10배 정도 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The culture interest regarding the new area causes an effect even in change of fashion and that result Mongol area where it is area other than Japan, China and India and it is having compromised beauty raised it's head. Mongol is in Noin-ula area which is a it's former self of the Hun's. There is to a textile pattern which was used not only the textile pattern which has the feature of Scythian system but also the textile pattern which has the feature of China was used. The feature of Noin-ula's the textile pattern is as follows. Noin-ula's textiles used Scythian system of animal pattern, vine pattern, palmette pattern, thunder pattern, spiral pattern, shape of diamond pattern. Scythian system of animal pattern and vine pattern proves the interchange with the countries to the west of China. Noin-ula's textile pattern is applied to the designer's work of art. The designers are John Galliano, Etro, Chloe, Emmanuel Ungaro and so on, who express the modern ethnic style design. Because the more developed the modern society is the more embossed feature of intention for the race and the fork art, I think that Ethnic style design is applied to modern sensitive and ethnic style in the future.
