We present a case report of a patient who experienced a late, spontaneous breast hematoma 26 years after primary breast augmentation. Late hematomas are a rare complication of breast augmentation with uncertain etiology. In this case, there was no trauma, calcifications, or implant rupture. We believe the patient's hematoma was secondary to erosion of a capsular vessel due to capsular contracture.

Four prominent features of Titan's haze are found within the '3.4-${\mu}m$' absorption to be uniform with recent vertically resolved Cassini/VIMS spectra. These are absorptions at 2998 $cm^{-1}$ (3.34 ${\mu}m$), 2968 $cm^{-1}$ (3.37 ${\mu}m$), 2927 $cm^{-1}$ (3.42 ${\mu}m$), and 2882 $cm^{-1}$ (3.47 ${\mu}m$). A detailed fitting suggests that the 2998 $cm^{-1}$ feature could originate from amorphous acetonitrile ($CH_3CN$) carrying about 25% of integrated optical depth; the remaining features, which account for 75% of the integrated optical depth, could arise from a distinct triplet (C-H stretching) structure of radiolyzed hydrocarbons. An additional feature was possibly evidenced at altitudes higher than 300 km and attributable to 'polymer-capped' methane ($CH_4$), significantly constraining the chemical composition of organic haze layers under Titan's active radiation field.

The purpose of this study is to provide baseline information on the risk-taking health behavior of alcohol consumption in four ethnic groups, Caucasian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, residing in the State of Hawaii. Secondary data from the State-based Health Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System, designed by the Center for Disease Control, were used. The total sample analyzed for this study contained 6,068 persons. Univariate and logistic regression analysis were performed in order to determine sociodemographic profiles and the predictor variables to produce the findings of this study. The percentage distribution of six sociodemographic factors by race was very similar in all alcohol consumption factors, acute drinking, chronic drinking, and drinking and driving. In this study there were significant ethnic differences in alcohol consumption factors except drinking and driving.

In Korea, condominium apartment was supplied 50 years ago. However, the problems related to contract and selling in lots still happens. Most of these problems is due to be made a contract and selling in lots before completion of condominium. For solving these problems, it is necessary for throughgoing selling in lots and administrative guidance in time for development. Because of the problem after the selling in lots become involved not only selling in lots of developer and the contract with purchaser, but also condominium management and repair of defect processing system. As a result of consideration to development control and administrative guidance in Hawaii State, it may be had some effects like an appropriate management system, consumer protection and consumer education.
