현장 측정에 의한 가정집 부하의 고조파 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Hormonic Characteristics of Typical Household Loads by Field Measurements)

  • 일반 가정집 부하는 컴퓨터, 비디오, 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 오븐, TV, 오디오 등의 많은 비선형 부하를 가지고 있다. 이들 비선형 부하는 고조파 전류를 발생시키고, 전력계통의 정현파 전압을 왜곡시킨다. 고조파 측정 결과로 고조파는 시간에 따라 변하는 특성이 관측되었다. 시간에 따라 변하는 고조파를 해결하기 위해서 쓰이는 가장 보편적인 방법은 누적확률을 사용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 가정집 부하의 고조파 현장 측정과 EDSA 프로그램을 사용한 고조파 시뮬레이션을 심도 있게 다루고자 하였다.

  • 일반 가정집 부하는 컴퓨터, 비디오, 냉장고, 마이크로웨이브 오븐, TV, 오디오 등의 많은 비선형 부하를 가지고 있다. 이들 비선형 부하는 고조파 전류를 발생시키고, 전력계통의 정현파 전압을 왜곡시킨다. 고조파 측정 결과로 고조파는 시간에 따라 변하는 특성이 관측되었다. 시간에 따라 변하는 고조파를 해결하기 위해서 쓰이는 가장 보편적인 방법은 누적확률을 사용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 일년동안 일반 가정집 부하의 고조파 측정을 하고, 현존하는 가정집 부하의 고조파 수준과 미래의 고조파 영향을 예측하기 위한 목적의 조사를 심도 있게 다루고자 하였다.

철도 급전시스템에서의 고조파 해석 및 대책 연구 (A Study on the Countermeasures to Suppress Harmonics in the Traction Power Supply System)

  • Modern AC electric car has PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)-controlled converters, which give rise to higher harmonics. The current harmonics injected from AC electric car is propagated through power feeding circuit, As the feeding circuit is a distributed constant circuit composed of RLC, the capacitance of the feeding circuit and the inductance on the side of power system cause a parallel resonance and a magnification of current harmonics at a specific frequency. The magnified current harmonics usually brings about various problems. That is, the current harmonics makes interference in the adjacent lines of communications and the railway signalling system. Furthermore, in case it flows on the side of power system, not only overheating and vibration at the power capacitors but also wrong operation at the protective devices can occur. Therefore, the exact assessment of the harmonic current flow must be undertaken at design and planning stage for the electric traction systems. From these point of view, this study presents an approach to model and to analyse traction power feeding system focused on the amplification of harmonic current The proposed algorithm is applied to a standard AT(Auto-transformer)-fed test system in which electric car with PWM-controlled converters is running.

  • 본 연구에서는 가치에 기반을 두고 배전시스템을 계획할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 우선, 신뢰도를 평가하기 위하여 VBDRA를 도입하였으며, 고조파를 평가하기 위하여 한계가격기법을 도입하였다. 그리고, 신뢰도비용, 고조파비용, 건설비용을 사용하여 가장 경제적인 대체안을 결정을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 방법을 실제시스템에 적용하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

전산실에서의 고조파 분석 (Analysis of the Harmonics on the Power Line in the Computer Room)

  • 본 논문에서는 전산실 파워라인의 고조파 문제를 다룬다. 전산실 UPS의 부하 측 각 상의 전압 및 전류는 한국전력공사 전기공급 약관의 규제치 전압 왜형률 5%와 전류 왜형률 5%, 그리고 KS C 4310 의 무정전 전원장치인 UPS의 출력측 고조파 전류 한도 5% 이하를 만족시켜야 한다. 그러나 측정 결과 전압 왜형률은 0.86%로 한국전력공사 규제치에 부합하나, 전류 왜형률은 34.98%로 한국전력공사 규제치인 5%를 초과하여 부적합하였다. 이에 대한 대책으로 AC필터를 설치한 결과 전류 왜형률이 15.22%로, 기준 값 이내에는 미치지 못하였으나 본래의 34.98%에서 절반에 가까운 수준에는 근접 하는 효과가 있었다.

호남고속철도 전차선로의 이상 상태 분석 (Analysis for Catenary System with Focus on Abnomal Conditions on Honam High Speed Line)

  • The overhead contact line (OCL) is a key piece of equipment for transmitting electrical energy to the pantograph of rail cars. Recently, a 400 km/h OCL was applied to the Honam high-speed line, and its performance was examined by running HEMU-430X. For the study, we analyzed the current of catenary wire concurrently while running HEMU-430X in the Honam high-speed line. Specifically, this study recorded the currents for each speed during operation of the railway vehicle. The analysis of the frequency of line current showed generation of third-harmonics, 15th-harmonics, 17th-harmonics, and 19th-harmonics. The current of catenary wire is a basic technology assessment used to determine the electrical safety of electric railway systems, and it can be used as a technology for analyzing circulating currents generated in the current configuration, as well as for analyzing electric fatigue of the OCL components.

  • This paper analyzes the characteristic of gird connected photovoltaic power generation system which is available to connect the utility. Renewable energy photovoltaic power system has been linked to the system to analyze the impact of photovoltaic system. It is measured that power data for the Grid connected photovoltaic power plant with instantaneous measuring and 3-sec measuring for 7 days. Harmonic field measurements have shown that the harmonic contents of a waveform varies with time. A cumulative probability approach is the most commonly used method to solve time varying harmonics. So, it is used 50[%] cumulative probability approach. This paper provides an in depth analysis on power quality field measurement of the Grid connected photovoltaic power plant.

  • This paper presents a power quality assessment model based on the Analytic hierarchy process. This model can assess unified power quality index which provide an overall performance of the distribution system. To obtain the unified power quality index, we propose the use of the AHP model which has three states: [Ideal]-[Actual]-[Worst]. The proposed method is especially useful and effective for planning. We have applied the proposed method to an actual relatively large system, and verified the usefulness.
