This report was studied about the reliability management of tilting train operated at main line of the domestic. And we provided of the reliability management plan for to ensure required reliability through control and management of a train, a main system, a subsystem and a components of tilting train under developing. This report will be described organization, management, activities, etc for reliability management of tilting train.

Recently. our construction industry is using 4D-CAD system but the public Database (DB) for the 4D-CAD system is insufficiently built. It is difficult to connect 4D-CAD system information such as schedule, drawings. Therefore this study suggest a methodology to link the 4D-CAD system information with work breakdown structure(WBS) and the methodology suggested in this study was applied to a 4D-CAD system

We propose the new gain-flattened filter utilizing tapered silica-based fiber for high capacity WDM optical communication systems. The gain excursion of Gain flattening filters is less than 0.5 dB over the 40 nm($1525nm{\sim}1565nm$).

In this paper, we present the comparison of the CMOS Double-Balanced Mixer for WLAN applications using the tail current source and not using it at the same current. The mixers are derived from the Gilbert cell mixer and have been simulated by using TSMC $0.18{\mu}m$ RF CMOS technology.

We report on the luminescent enhancement of the $Er^{3+}$ -doped germano-silicate fibers by the incorporation of Au nanoparticles in the core of the fibers. The absorption peak appeared at 498.4nm was found due to the surface plasmon resonance of Au nanoparticles. The incorporated Au nanoparticles were found to be effective absorbents for hydroxyl groups to enhance the luminescence of $Er^{3+}$ ions when pumped with the 980nm laser diode.

내부에 금속전극을 가진 타원코어 광섬유를 이용하여 전기광학적으로 구동되는 새로운 구조의 광섬유형 편광조절 소자를 제안하였다. 광섬유에 전압을 인가하여 편광방향을 $-90^{\circ}{\sim}+90^{\circ}$ 범위에서 자유롭게 조절할 수 있었다.
