한국 실내건축계의 비평적 상황과 과제모색 (A Visionary Study on the Current Situation & Problems found in Criticism in Interior Architecture of Korea)

  • In general, the definition of criticism is making a constructive analysis between good & evil, right & wrong, and beauty & ugliness. Just as the literature, art, music, and architecture welcomes productive criticism in order for further advancement in each professional field, constructive criticism in the field of interior architecture must be activated stance it would be as useful as in other fields to upgrade the level of design quality If the constructive criticism were to be taken properly in the benefit of further advancement in particular design, then the criticism must hale a proper criteria in order to examine and review the design work objectively However, as the design symbolizes cultural interpretation and reaction towards better creativity, we expect design to be mutated in many different directions. As the limit of Interior architecture shares limitless possibilities in today's society, it seems that we need to set up a guidelines of design criticism in order to support the further development of the area of interior architecture.

  • In this paper, Dielectric and strain properties of (1-x-y)PMN-yPT-xST Ceramics hale been investigated as a function of the amount of SrTiO$_3$(ST). The SrTiO$_3$ content is ranged from 0.01-0.05(wt%). As the amount of ST is increased, dielectric constant has a maximun value at 0.05 mol% composition. The Curie temperature is decreased linearly with increasing ST composition and Polarization properties have been investigated. Coercive field and remnant polarization has a maximum value at 0.01mo1% composiion.

  • Electro Discharge Machining (EDM) is a so-call non-conventional machining technique. This paper presents the experimental results of an EDM technique for the fabircation of microholes on #7440 pyrex glans. With various applied voltages and at various concentration of KOH solution, the glass substrate have been microdrilled using the copper electrodes of which diameters are 250$\mu\textrm{m}$ to 450$\mu\textrm{m}$, respectively. The machined throughholes have been observed the top diameter, the bottom diameter, hollow width and hole diameter of the hole, and machining time hale been measured. The experimental results show that the machining time decreases as the concentration of KOH solution increases or the applied voltage increase. Also, The top diameter increases as the concentration of KOH solution decreases or the allied voltage increases. The bottom and hollow width decreases as the of KOH solution increases or the applied voltage decreases.

『황제내경(黃帝內經)』에서의 몸과 건강(健康)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study of heathy condition in Hunagdineijing)

  • The term '健康(heathy condition)' does not appear in East Asian medical classics. Its root comes from the ancient word 'hal' which can be translated as 'hale', 'whole', 'sound in wind and limb', and it means 'the physical state is flawless, whole, satisfactory, and strong'. The Japanese translated it into the Chinese letters 건강 in the 19th century and this was spread during the Japanese occupation era. This study is an attempt to explore what "huangdineijing" (the most representative medical documents of East Asian medicine) mentions about healthy condition, which is as a term to express the body's ideal state and what other concepts exist that correspond to 健康.

  • This study proposes the analysis and evaluation method of time series ultrasonic signal using the attractor analysis. Features extracted from time series signal analyze quantitatively characteristics of welding defects. For this purpose, analysis objective in this study is fractal dimension and attractor Quadrant feature. Trajectory changes in the attractor indicated that even the same type of defects carried substantial difference in fractal characteristics resulting from distance shifts such as parts of head and flange. Such differences in characteristics of weld defects enables the evaluation of unique features of defects in the weld zone. In quantitative fractal feature extraction, feature values of 3.848 in the case of part of head(crack) and 4.102 in the case of part of web(side hale) and 3.711 in the case of part of flange(crack) were proposed on the basis of fractal dimensions. Proposed attractor feature extraction in this study can enhance the precision rate of ultrasonic evalaution for defect signals of rail weld zone such as side hole and crack.

Solar Interior Currents Presumed by Solar Surface Magnetic Fields

  • The remote sensing technique of measuring the magnetic field was applied first to sunspots by Hale (1908). Later Babcock (1961) showed that the solar surface magnetic field on a global scale is a dipole in first-order approximation and that this dipole field reverses once every solar cycle. The Wilcox Solar Observatory (WSO) supplies the spherical harmonics coefficients of the solar corona magnetic field of each Carrington Rotation, calculated based on the remotely-sensed photospheric magnetic field of the solar surface. To infer the internal current system producing the global solar coronal magnetic field structure and evolution of the Sun, we calculate the multipole components of the solar magnetic field using the WSO data from 1976 to 2019. The prominent cycle components over the last 4 solar activity cycles are axis-symmetric fields of the dipole and octupole. This implies that the current inversion driving the solar magnetic field reversal originates from the equatorial region and spreads to the whole globe. Thus, a more accurate solar dynamo model must include an explanation of the origin and evolution of such solar internal current dynamics.

고고도 장기체공 전기 동력 무인기의 꼬리 날개 설계 (Empennage Design of Solar-Electric Powered High Altitude Long Endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)

  • 한국항공우주연구원(KARI)은 고고도 전기추진 장기체공 무인기(EAV-3)를 개발하고 있는 중 이다. 우선 고고도 상승 기술 시연을 위한 축소형 비행체 EAV-2H를 개발하였고 EAV-2H로 초도 비행시험을 수행한 결과 측풍에 대한 방향 안정성 및 조종성의 향상이 요구되므로 Advanced Aircraft Analysis(AAA)를 이용한 수직 꼬리날개와 방향타의 재설계를 진행하였다. 방향 조종성을 개선하기위해 방향타의 크기를 기존의 평균 방향타 시위대 수직 꼬리날개 시위 $C_r/C_v(%)=30$$C_r/C_v(%)=60$로 늘려 EAV-2H가 가지는 측풍에 대한 방향 조종성(${\beta}(deg)=25^{\circ}$, $v_1(m/sec)=3.54$)을 개선하였다. 또한, 측풍에 의해 발생하는 측력(side force)의 영향을 최소화하기위해 EAV-2H의 수직미익 크기를 기존 대비 15% 줄여(최소한의 방향 안정성 확보, $Cn_{\beta}=0.0588rad^{-1}$), $C_{y_{\beta}}$는 15% $C_{y_r}$는 22% 감소시킴으로써 측풍이 EAV-2H에 미치는 영향을 최소화 하였다. 설계된 EAV-2H의 꼬리날개의 성능은 비행 시험을 통해 검증하였고 그 결과를 적용하여 고고도 장기체공 전기추진 무인기(EAV-3)의 꼬리날개를 설계하였다.

고고도 무인기용 수소연료엔진의 냉각수 온도변화에 따른 연소 특성 (Characteristics of Combustion by Varying Different Coolant-temperature in a Hydrogen Engine for HALE UAV)

  • 최근 무인기에 대한 관심과 수요가 높아지고 있는 가운데, 가동범위가 넓고 전략적으로 활용이 많은 고고도장기체공 무인기의 동력원개발이 연구 목표로 검토되었다. 기존 왕복동 엔진에 수소 연료를 적용하는 기술은 현행으로써 적용성이 용이하고 경제적이다. 수소는 중량당 에너지 밀도가 높아서 한 번 충전으로 장시간 운항을 지속할 수 있고 환경적인 측면에서도 무공해 연료라는 긍정적인 부분이 존재하기 때문에 적합하다고 평가된다. 하지만 현재 수소연료를 왕복동 엔진에 적용한 개발사례가 적은 편이라 향후 기술적으로 많은 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 항공기는 운항고도에 따라 공기밀도 저감으로 인한 냉각성능 저하 또는 복사열 감소에 의한 주변온도 강하로 과냉각이 될 수 있는 요인들이 존재한다. 따라서 본 실험은 냉각수온을 변화시켜서 이러한 주변온도 변화가 수소연료 엔진에 미치는 연소특성에 대해 살펴보았다. 역화에 의한 안정적인 운전 영역의 제한은 냉각수 온도변화에 의한 영향보다 공기과잉률에 의한 영향이 지배적으로 나타났으며, 냉각수 온도가 증가할 경우 충진효율이 감소하여 토크가 감소하고 냉각수 온도가 감소할 경우 열손실이 증가하여 열효율이 감소하였다.

공학중심의 융합프로젝트 교수학습모형의 교육적 효과 (Educational Effects of an Instructional Model for Engineering-Centered Convergence Project)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a teaching and learning model that can effectively manage convergence education, which is one of the concerns of university education, at the level of course. The pre-collaborative instructional design stage is to prepare the operation of the convergence project course. It shares the common goal and establishes a team of relevant professors to set up the actual convergence project topic and establishes cooperation relationships with industry or community as needed. In the convergence project activity, students will be able to understand the learning objectives, learning activities, evaluation methods, and explain the subject of the convergence project by proceeding with the whole orientation. Students organize teams of interest and conduct learning and design activities on convergence technologies and present their results. In the educational improvement activities, professors will share the lesson process and results and discuss improvements through the improvement seminar. As a result of analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed convergence project based teaching and learning model, the convergence project experience has improved the cooperative self - efficacy for the learners and the results were confirmed that students perceived to achieve the expected learning goal and satisfied with their experience.

Cloning, Sequencing and Characterization of Mitochondrial Control Region of the Domestic Silkwom, Bombyx mori

  • The nucleotide sequence of the domestic silkworm (Bombyx mori) mitochondrial (mt) control region and its flanking genes was determined from PCR clones. The control region of the silkworm mt genome was located between the small ribosomal RNA gene and transfer RN $A^{Met}$. This 499 bp control region hale 95.4% A+T content. Extensive comparative analysis studies performed with similar control region of other insect genomes could not reveal a highly conserved region containing conserved motifs of animal mito-chondrial genome. The remarkable feature that found in this control region was the presence of tandem motifs containing nine repetitive sequences. The potential usefulness of this motif sequences for Bombyx species or their taxonomically related species is enhanced by its unique localization in the maternally inheritance mitochondrial molecule.e.
