  • A technology for inevitable integration as well as an ability of development of technology according to professional fields is needed and supported for securing technology in the era of international competition. In other words, advanced business technique and technology applied for streamlining of management are required and the relations between operations and systems could be clarified. This paper reviews the course for development of process used in the systems engineering and business administration and tries to seek the way of training professionals in a variety of fields for elevating domestic technologies in different fields to the international level. Particularly, it tries to get the way of overcome the present technical restriction that depends on imports through matching a hazard analysis method with the method above mentioned. Especially, it tries to present the way of contributing to securing software safety on the basis of the importance of development of process model that takes the life cycle into consideration.

Complex Fuzzy Logic Filter and Learning Algorithm

  • A fuzzy logic filter is constructed from a set of fuzzy IF-THEN rules which change adaptively to minimize some criterion function as new information becomes available. This paper generalizes the fuzzy logic filter and it's adaptive filtering algorithm to include complex parameters and complex signals. Using the complex Stone-Weierstrass theorem, we prove that linear combinations of the fuzzy basis functions are capable of uniformly approximating and complex continuous function on a compact set to arbitrary accuracy. Based on the fuzzy basis function representations, a complex orthogonal least-squares (COLS) learning algorithm is developed for designing fuzzy systems based on given input-output pairs. Also, we propose an adaptive algorithm based on LMS which adjust simultaneously filter parameters and the parameter of the membership function which characterize the fuzzy concepts in the IF-THEN rules. The modeling of a nonlinear communications channel based on a complex fuzzy is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of these algorithm.

Efficiency for extracting icariin from Epimedium koreanum Nakai by temperature and solvent variations

  • To improve industrial scale extraction method for extraction of icariin from Epimedium koreanum Nakai, the yields under different extracting conditions such as solvent, temperature, duration and solvent to plant material weight ratio were compared. Regarding extracting solution, highest extracts and icariin yield could be achieved when 10% EtOH was used. In case of plant material to extracting solvent ratio, no significant differences could be observed from 1/10 to 1/50, indicating 1/10 was the most efficient. Extracting temperature significantly affected extracts and icariin yields in that 9$0^{\circ}C$ increased the collected extracts and icariin contents up to 29.6% and 0.76%, respectively, compared to 27.2%, 0.33% at 7$0^{\circ}C$. The yield of extracts was less dependent upon extracting temperature compared to icariin yield. Regarding extraction time, 4 hr and 6 hr resulted in high extracts and icariin yield, respectively. We found extracting Epimedium koreanum Nakai in 10 times volume of 10% EtOH for 4 and 6 hr at 9$0^{\circ}C$ seem to be relatively efficient methods for extracts and icariin, respectively.

  • Recently the renewable energy has been used widely and the importance of renewable sources is bigger than before. So the government enforced a law to the public buildings to install the renewable energy facilities. The capacity of facilities is 5% of total construction cost until April 13, 2011. Since then, the government changed the law from 5% of total construction cost to 10% of predicted energy usage because of the practical use of the renewable energy facilities. So, in this study, the comparative analysis is conducted according to the law to the building installed PV system through the EnergyPlus simulation.

  • This paper is concerned with proving a conjecture that the two stage assembly system is reversible in deterministic makespan scheduling context. The reversibility means that a job sequence in the assembly system has the same makespan as that of its reverse sequence in the disassembly system which is the reversal of the assembly system. The proposed conjecture shows that the reversibility of serial flowshops can be extended to non-serial and synchronized shops.

  • This paper attempts to find the sources of materials technology innovation and to analyze the relationships between the sources and materials technology innovation. Starting from the traditional hypothesis on the innovation sources (e.g. technology-push, demand-pull and user-supplier), materials scientific knowledges, materials processing technologies and users' needs are found as three main sources of innovation in materials technology. There are not only close interactions between the sources and materials innovation, but also the interactions among the sources of innovations play important roles for materials technology innovation. This paper discusses the characteristics of interactions between sources of innovation in materials technology. This study on the sources and interactions among sources may provide important information for policymaking in materials technology

  • 본 연구는 건설된 구조물의 주요 구조부재에 각종 계측 Sensor를 설치하여 이로부터 다양한 정보를 제공받아 Monitoring하는 계측 System은 대형구조물의 구조적 응답을 계측하여 분석하고, 구조물의 위험요소를 사전에 발견하고 분석하여 적절한 대책을 수립함으로써 대형 시설물의 수명연장 및 유지관리 비용의 효율성을 높이고, 구조물의 사용성 및 안전성을 확보하고, 그 설계수명을 유지할 수 있는 것이다. 계측전 초기치와의 비교 및 시간 경과에 따른 추이 분석을 통해 이상상태를 발견하는 신호 기반 감시 수행하고 있고, 상태판정 및 손상도 추정이 가능하므로 향후 계속해서 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 지식기반 감시시스템이 필요하므로 본 연구에서는 공간 정보기반의 정보를 재생하여 GNSS/USN기술을 접목시켜감으로 대형시설물 안전관리가 매우 용이하게 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • Line capacity calculation has been used to determine optimum efficiency and safe train service for train scheduling plan and investment priority order throughout detecting bottleneck section. Because of some problems of Yamagisi and UIC methods for line capacity calculation, developing of the method of line capacity caculation and evaluation for the Korea circumstance is important. This paper deals with the reliability improvement on the integrated system of TPS(Train Performance Simulator), PES(Parameter Evaluation Simulator), LCS(Line Capacity Simulator) and simulation and sensitivity analysis for line capacity.

  • An interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is receiving increased attention for many industrial applications because of its high torque to inertia ratio, superior power density, and high efficiency. IPMSM is necessary to use the accurate information of the inductance for the precise torque control owing to the reluctance torque. This paper presents two method to measure the each-axis Inductance. The first method uses the peak current that is measured by applying the pulsewise voltage on the each position of IPMSM. The second uses the hysteresis loop of the flux and current measured by applying the positive and negative pulsewise voltage alternately on the each-axis.

  • 최근 대규모 해상풍력단지 조성을 위한 프로젝트 등이 진행되고 있다. 매우 튼 전력을 생산하는 풍력발전기를 계통에 연계시키기 위해서는 du/dt 필터, LCL 필터 등의 요소가 반드시 필요하다. 이러한 필터 설계를 위해서는 선제작한 후 실제 실험을 통해 그적합성을 시험 받는 수밖에 없다. 작은 규모는 상관없지만 이렇게 큰 용량의 필터를 설계하기 위해서는 적지 않은 노력과 비용이 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 설계를 위해서는 많은 시뮬레이션 수단이 강구될 수 있는바 본 논문은 FEM 프로그램을 이용하여 LCL 필터용의 3상 리액터를 설계하고 그 효과를 검증하고자 한다.
