In these days, 360 degree videos, which is provided via VR, have high resolution and quality of 8K. These kinds of videos inevitably require streaming technology which guarantees QoS. Therefore, we suggest MPEG DASH HTTP protocol which stably provides streaming services of high quality videos in 8K, which are 360 degree tile-encoded, on low-spec devices such as OTT and IPTV Settop and Tile Segment Cache management structure for servers operating streaming services.

음성 데이터를 IP기반의 패킷망을 통해 전송하는 기술인 VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) 기술은 음성 데이터를 기존의 PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)망을 통해 전송하는 방식에 비해 비용 절감 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 VoIP가 기존의 PSTN망을 대체하기 위해서는 QoS(Quality of Service)의 보장과 보안이 제공되어야 한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. VoIP망에서 보안을 위해서는 사용자간에 전송되는 음성 데이터에 대한 보안과 초기의 세션 연결 시 사용자를 인증하는 과정이 고려되어져야 한다. 실질적인 대화 내용인 음성 데이터의 보안도 중요한 부분이지만 대화에 참여하는 사용자를 인증하는 과정이 선행되어야 한다. VoIP에서는 세션 연결 설정을 위해 H.323과 SIP를 사용하고 있으며, 최근에는 H.323에 비해 간단한 SIP가 주목을 받고 있다. RFC3261에서는 SIP를 이용해 세션 연결을 하는 과정에서 사용자를 인증하기 위한 몇 가지 인증 메커니즘을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SIP를 이용하여 세션을 연결하는 과정에서 사용자의 인증을 위해 사용되는 인증 메커니즘 중 한 가지인 HTTP Digest Authentication의 취약점을 분석하고, 이를 보완하기 위한 새로운 인증 메커니즘을 제시한다.

The Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB) provides a searchable index peer-reviewed monographs and edited volumes published under an Open Access business model, with links to the full texts of the publications at the publisher's website or repository. This paper discusses a global analysis of open access books, which are available in the Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB). The data was collected from the open access directory at http://www.doabooks.org/ on $20^{th}$ October 2015. In total 3379 books are listed as available on the directory; the first and second books were published in 1866 and 1867 respectively. After 1962, the publication of books, increased gradually and the greatest number of books more than 300, was published in 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Nearly 47 percent of the books (1584) were published in the English language only.

One of the most important problems in cluster analysis is the selection of variables that truly define cluster structure, while eliminating noisy variables that mask such structure. Brusco and Cradit (2001) present VS-KM(variable-selection heuristic for K-means clustering) procedure for selecting true variables for K-means clustering based on adjusted Rand index. This procedure starts with the fixed number of clusters in K-means and adds variables sequentially based on an adjusted Rand index. This paper presents an updated procedure combining the VS-KM with the automated K-means procedure provided by Kim (2009). This automated variable selection procedure for K-means clustering calculates the cluster number and initial cluster center whenever new variable is added and adds a variable based on adjusted Rand index. Simulation result indicates that the proposed procedure is very effective at selecting true variables and at eliminating noisy variables. Implemented program using R can be obtained on the website "http://faculty.knou.ac.kr/sskim/nvarkm.r and vnvarkm.r".

In this paper, Web server is built up using PXA255, 32bit RISC processor with porting Embedded Linux and GoAhead, HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) web server, and the system with can monitor and control the environment and condition for AICC(Automatic Intelligent Cruise Control) is realized. For sending the operation condition and change of vehicle the desired data is derived by interacting ECU(Electric Control Unit) and Embedded system and the rpm of engine is controlled by step motor connected to throttle value.

페이스북 SNS 플랫폼에서 제공하는 데이터 수집 프로토콜을 이용해 콘텐츠들의 인기 점수와 사용자 의견들을 수집하고 수집된 정보를 가공하여 기계학습을 진행한다. 오피니언 데이터를 학습함으로 인해 인간의 관점을 모방하게 되며 결과적으로 콘텐츠의 질을 판단하는 요소로써 작용하도록 한다. 데이터의 수집은 페이스북 측에서 제공하는 Graph API 와 Python 을 이용하여 진행한다. Graph API 는 HTTP GET 방식의 프로토콜을 이용하여 요청 하고 JSON 형식으로 결과를 반환한다. 학습은 Multiple Linear Regression 과 Gradient Descent Algorithm(GDA)을 사용하여 진행한다. 이후 학습이 진행된 프로그램에 사용자 의견 데이터를 건네주면 최종인기 점수를 예측하는 시스템을 설명한다.

지금까지 메타-몰에서의 지불처리 보안 방안을 살펴보았다. 사실상의 표준인 SET이 1인의 상인만을 대상으로 하고 있으므로, 여러 하부 몰을 거느리고 원-스톱 지불을 지원하는 메타-몰에는 그대로 적용할 수 없었다. 따라서, 메타-몰에서는 지불대표자의 개념을 도입하여 Meta-Malls Coordinator가 SET에서의 상인 역할을 하면서 Mall Operator들에 대해 주문정보를 전달하도록 하였다. 고객, Meta-Malls Coordinator, 금융기관 간에는 SET 규정을 따름으로써, 메시지의 기밀성, 인증, 무결성, 연결성을 확보하였다. 그리고, Meta-Malls Coordinator와 Mall Operator 간의 주문정보에 대한 인증과 무결성을 위하여 주문정보에 전자서명을 하도록 하였으며, 전자서명의 Refreshness를 위하여 Challenge를 주고 받을 수 있도록 주문확인과 주문통지의 두 번의 메시지 전달단계를 정의하였다. 동시에, 주문확인 메시지는 재고확인 등의 판매 가능성 여부를 확인하는 절차를 겸하도록 하였다. 본 방법론은 SET을 메타-몰에 적용하는 방안으로서 구현 되었으나, SET이외의 지불방법론에 대해서도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다. 현재 (주)메타랜드(http://www.metaland.com)가 실제 고객들을 대상으로 이러한 지불정보 보안체계를 갖는 메타-몰 구조의 전자쇼핑몰을 운영 중에 있다.

IFLA(국제도서관협회연맹)의 어린이/청소년 도서관분과(Libraries for Children and Young Adults Section)는 전세계의 어린이 및 청소년을 위한 도서관 발전에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 평생학습의 중요성, 어린이의 독서, 그들의 정보를 제공받을 권리에 대한 인식을 고양시키고 있다. Biological methods are described for the assay of certain substances and preparations whose potency cannot be adequately assured by chemical or physical analysis. The principle applied through these assays is of a comparison with a standard preparation to determine how much of the examined substance produces the same biological effects as a given quantity (the Unit) of the standard preparation. In these dilution assays, to estimate the relative potencies of the unknown preparations to the standard preparations, it is necessary to compare dose-response relationships of standard and unknown preparations. The dose-response relationship in the dilution assay is non-linear and sigmoid when a wide range of doses is applied. The parallel line model (applied to the dose region with the steepest slope) is used to estimate the relative potency. In this paper, the statistical theory in the parallel line model is explained with an application to a dilution assay data. We have developed the computer system with MOCT which is called "The Integrated National Groundwater Information system" since 1995 and now begin to supply the database and related informations for ground water by internet homepage. The integrated system is composed of four sub systems which are "Groundwater Information System", "DUREBAK", "Hydrogeologic Map Management System" and "Groundwater World Homepage". The local government offices use the "DUREBAK" program to manage the well development and maintenance. About 1,000,000 wells are managed in "DUREBAK" program and they submit the well database to MOCT every year. And now everyone can obtain the well data and other informations through internet homepage.
