In this study, a proposal for revision of HSK Code was established on legally designated minerals and national stockpile minerals. It is difficult to exactly identify trade balances of minerals, such as lithium ore, rare earth ore, serpentine, kidney stone in legally designated minerals and ingot of indium, ferro-tungsten, ingot of antimony, granule of selenium, gallium, lanthanum oxide, cerium carbonate in national stockpile minerals because HSK Codes of them were not allocated separately. Furthermore, specific use, standard, component, type of products cannot be exactly identified in current HSK Code system. Therefore, it is makes rule to separately manage minerals which were managed by government such as legally designated minerals and national stockpile minerals. However, a proposal for revision of HSK Code system was established to comply with international standard(HS Code) and the items over a certain size(amounts : over 50 mil.$, volumes : over 5000 ton) were selected as revised subjects. Moreover hierarchies between HSK Codes were considered.

Purpose - The purpose of this research was to examine the regulation and distribution channel of second-hand goods in cross-border trade in order to propose methods of protecting consumers through the international standardization of the intensifying second-hand trade and resource recycling. Research design, data, methodology - This study first defines several concepts relevant to research in international second-hand goods. Second, a questionnaire and interviews were conducted with manufacturers of second-hand toner cartridges and automobile parts to identify the current status of export and manufacturing. Results - The study proposes the international standardization of second-hand goods and waste to protect consumers and promote efficient resource recycling. Conclusions - The results of the study reveal that second-hand goods (except automobiles) do not have an HSK code to use for import/export data collection. Though used car exports are declining, used cars are increasing. Collecting data on used car parts is impossible because the buyers purchase and ship the second-hand parts.

The bearing clearance is influenced by shrink fit and thermal expansion during operation. The designer must take into account the reduction of clearance after installation to the interference fits, and thermal expansion must be considered. The purpose of this study is to grasp the internal clearance variation and behavior of a bearing which is a deep connected with fatigue life of bearing and performance of spindle through FEM(Finite Element Method). Finite element analysis is performed by using commercial code ANSYS according to variation of thermal condition and rotational speeds. This paper presents correct negative internal clearance according to temperature during operation. Furthermore, interrelation between thermal expansion and contraction are presented to maintain adequate contact force for three type of spindle system (HSK-A60, HSK-40E, HSK-32E). The influence of the centrifugal force and Internal clearance variation of bearing is studied to operating rotational speed.
