선박환경에서 에너지 효율성을 고려한 TDMA기반 고속 WPAN시스템의 전송파라미터 분석 (Energy Efficient Transmission Parameters Analysis of TDMA based HR-WPAN System for Ship Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 선박용 해양텔레매틱스(Maritime Telematics)를 위한 무선 PAN(WPAN: Wireless Personal Area Network) 시스템의 에너지 효율성을 결정하는 전송파라미터를 분석하여 최적의 전송파라미터 선택 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 WPAN 시스템은 IEEE 802.15.3의 TDMA 기반의 HR(high rate)-WPAN으로 선박네트워크에 적용할 경우에 고려되어야하는 전송 파라미터를 분석하고 에너지를 절약할 수 있는 전송파라미터 결정방식에 대하여 제안한다. 특히 선박환경에서 에너지 소모량과 밀접한 채널 파라미터인 경로손실(path loss)을 결정하는 선박의 구성재질(철골구조의 대형선박, FRP소재의 중소형선박)과 HR-WPAN 전송파라미터들에 따른 에너지 소모량을 분석하고 에너지 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 선택방안을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 각 선박환경에 따라 전송률 선택방식, 전송전력 조절 방식 및 데이터 분할(fragment)크기의 선택에 따라 에너지 효율성능이 결정됨을 보였고 최적의 선택방안을 제시하였다.

딥러닝 의류 가상 합성 모델 연구: 가중치 공유 & 학습 최적화 기반 HR-VITON 기법 활용 (Virtual Fitting System Using Deep Learning Methodology: HR-VITON Based on Weight Sharing, Mixed Precison & Gradient Accumulation)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to develop a virtual try-on deep learning model that can efficiently learn front and back clothes images. It is expected that the application of virtual try-on clothing service in the fashion and textile industry field will be vitalization. Design/methodology/approach The data used in this study used 232,355 clothes and product images. The image data input to the model is divided into 5 categories: original clothing image and wearer image, clothing segmentation, wearer's body Densepose heatmap, wearer's clothing-agnosting. We advanced the HR-VITON model in the way of Mixed-Precison, Gradient Accumulation, and sharing model weights. Findings As a result of this study, we demonstrated that the weight-shared MP-GA HR-VITON model can efficiently learn front and back fashion images. As a result, this proposed model quantitatively improves the quality of the generated image compared to the existing technique, and natural fitting is possible in both front and back images. SSIM was 0.8385 and 0.9204 in CP-VTON and the proposed model, LPIPS 0.2133 and 0.0642, FID 74.5421 and 11.8463, and KID 0.064 and 0.006. Using the deep learning model of this study, it is possible to naturally fit one color clothes, but when there are complex pictures and logos as shown in <Figure 6>, an unnatural pattern occurred in the generated image. If it is advanced based on the transformer, this problem may also be improved.

A Multi-view Super-Resolution Method with Joint-optimization of Image Fusion and Blind Deblurring

  • Multi-view super-resolution (MVSR) refers to the process of reconstructing a high-resolution (HR) image from a set of low-resolution (LR) images captured from different viewpoints typically by different cameras. These multi-view images are usually obtained by a camera array. In our previous work [1], we super-resolved multi-view LR images via image fusion (IF) and blind deblurring (BD). In this paper, we present a new MVSR method that jointly realizes IF and BD based on an integrated energy function optimization. First, we reformulate the MVSR problem into a multi-channel blind deblurring (MCBD) problem which is easier to be solved than the former. Then the depth map of the desired HR image is calculated. Finally, we solve the MCBD problem, in which the optimization problems with respect to the desired HR image and with respect to the unknown blur are efficiently addressed by the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). Experiments on the Multi-view Image Database of the University of Tsukuba and images captured by our own camera array system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 본 논문에서는 급격히 변화하는 환경에서 생존하기 위한 기업 역량의 영향요인들을 전략적 인적자원관리의 관점을 통하여 해석하였다. 역량 중심의 전략적 인적자원관리에서는 인적자원역량을 증대하기 위하여 인적자원관리(HRM)와 기업전략과의 연계를 통한 학습기반의 형성이 중요함을 언급하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업 경쟁우위의 핵심 결정요소인 기업역량 구축 과정을 인적자원역량과 대 고객 역량과의 연계과정으로 실증 검증하였다. 본 연구는 직업능력개발원의 인적 자본 기업패널자료 2차년도 데이터를 기반으로 분석하였으며, 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석 결과, 인사부서의 전략적 참여와 정보시스템(IS) 활용능력은 인적자원역량에 모두 유의한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 인적자원역량은 대 고객 역량에 매우 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

정상인의 자세에 따른 자침 효과의 차이 (The Differential Effects of Acupuncture on Postures of Healthy Subjects)

  • Objective: The first aim of this study is to determine the effects of acupuncture on the autonomic nervous system (ANS) via Heart Rate (HR) and Pupil Size (PS), and to compare the effects of acupuncture on the subjects' ANS when they are in a sitting position with the effects when they are in a supine position. Methods: Ten healthy male subjects were randomized to receive either verum acupuncture stimulation in a sitting position (SitV), verum acupuncture stimulation in a supine position (SupV), sham acupuncture stimulation in a sitting position (SitS), and sham acupuncture stimulation in a supine position (SupS). Acupuncture stimulation was applied to Neguan point (PC6) on the forearm. The subject's electrocardiogram (ECG) and pupil size were recorded continuously from 5 min before stimulation to 12 min after stimulation. Results: Verum and sham acupuncture stimulation were found to have reduced heart rate (p<0.01) and to have increased pupil size (p<0.01) in all the subjects. But when the reduction in HR and the increment in PS after verum acupuncture stimulation (both sitting and supine position) were compared with those after sham acupuncture stimulation, it was found that the reduction in HR (74.48 and 73.47 bpm, p<0.063) and the increment of PS (7.32 and, 6.10 mm, p<0.001) after verum acupuncture stimulation were greater than those after sham acupuncture stimulation, and that the corresponding values were statistically significant. In addition, at the baseline, it was found that the subjects had a larger PS and a faster HR in a sitting position than when they did so in a supine position. And then the reduction and increment ratio in the subject's HR and PS when they underwent acupuncture stimulation in a sitting position was significantly different from the reduction and increment in their HR and PS when they underwent the procedure in a supine position-i.e., the reduction ratio in HR was greater when they underwent the procedure in a sitting position, and such reduction ratio was statistically significant (p<0.05). As for the increment in PS, it was greater when the subjects underwent the procedure in a supine position, and such increment was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Manual acupuncture stimulation on Neguan point (PC6) has more significant influence on the autonomic nervous system rather than sham acupuncture (tactile stimulation). And the position-induced different states of ANS have different influence on the acupuncture effect.

Takagi-Sugeno 추론기법과 신경망을 연계한 뉴로-퍼지 홍수예측 모형의 구축 및 적용 (II) : 실제 유역에 대한 적용 및 검증 (Establishment and Application of Neuro-Fuzzy Flood Forecasting Model by Linking Takagi-Sugeno Inference with Neural Network (II) : Application and Verification)

  • 본 연구에서는 앞선 연구를 통해 선정된 최적 입력 자료 조합을 이용하여 한강수계의 왕숙천과 금강유역의 갑천에 대한 Takagi-Sugeno 퍼지기법과 신경망을 연계한 뉴로-퍼지 홍수예측 모형을 구축하였다. 구축된 뉴로-퍼지 홍수예측 모형을 한강수계의 왕숙천과 금강유역의 갑천에 적용하여 30분, 60분, 90분, 120분, 150분, 180분의 선행시간에 대해 각각 홍수예측을 수행하였다. 선행시간별 예측수위를 관측수위와 비교한 결과 안정되고 정확도 높은 홍수예측을 하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 추가적으로 정량적 평가를 위해 평균제곱근 오차(Root Mean Square Error)와 같은 통계지표를 산정하여 모형의 적용성을 검증하였다. 검증 결과 모든 통계지표에서 큰 오차 없이 성공적으로 홍수예측이 모의됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 중소하천에서 충분한 선행시간을 확보한 정확도 높은 홍수정보시스템의 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Cervical Pathology in Cytology-Negative/HPV-Positive Women: Results from Lampang Cancer Hospital, Thailand

  • Background: To evaluate the cervical pathology of cytology-negative/high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) positive-women. Materials and Methods: This study recruited 4,583 women aged 30-70 years who had undergone cervical screening by liquid-based cytology and HR-HPV test (14 HR-HPV types) at Lampang Cancer Hospital during October 2012 to July 2013. Colposcopy was carried out in all women. Results: One hundred and ninety-two (4.19%) women were found to be cytology-negative/HR-HPV-positive. However, 23 cases were excluded because of incomplete information, leaving 169 women for further analyses. Of these 169, 45 (26.6%) were infected with HPV 16/18 and 49 (29.0%) with multiple genotypes of HR-HPV. Nineteen of 169 (11.24%) women were found to have CIN 2-3. No women in the present study had AIS or invasive cervical lesions. Prevalence of CIN 2-3 among women infected with HPV 16/18 was 15.6% which was higher than the 9.68% in those with non-HPV 16/18 oncogenic types. Conclusions: Overall, 11% of cytology-negative/HR-HPV-positive women had significant cervical lesions. Risk of harboring such lesions was substantially increased among those who were HPV 16/18 positive.

HPV Genotyping Linear Assay Test Comparison in Cervical Cancer Patients: Implications for HPV Prevalence and Molecular Epidemiology in a Limited-resource Area in Bandung, Indonesia

  • Background: Persistent infection with high risk human papillomavirus (hrHPV) is strongly associated with cervical cancer. Normal cervical cells may also harbor hrHPV, and detection of early hrHPV infection may minimize risk of cervical cancer development. This study aimed to compare two commercial HPV genotyping assays that may affordable for early screening in a limited-resource setting in Bandung, Indonesia. Materials and Methods: DNA from cervical biopsies with histologically confirmed as squamous cell cervical cacinoma were HPV genotyped by Linear Assay 1 (Roche Diagnostics, Mannheim, Germany) or Linear Assay 2 (Digene HPV Genotyping RH Test, Qiagen Gaithersburg, MD). In a subset of samples of each group, HPV genotype results were then compared. Results: Of 28 samples genotyped by linear assay 1, 22 (78.6%) demonstrated multiple infections with HPV-16 and other hrHPV types 18, 45 and/or 52. In another set of 38 samples genotyped by linear assay 2, 28 (68.4%) were mostly single infections by hrHPV type 16 or 18. Interestingly, 4 samples that had been tested by both kits showed discordant results. Conclusions: In a limited-resource area such as in Indonesia, country with a high prevalence of HPV infection a reliable cervical screening test in general population for early hrHPV detection is needed. Geographical variation in HPV genotyping result might have impacts for HPV prevalence and molecular epidemiology as the distribution in HPV genotypes should give clear information to assess the impact of HPV prophylactic vaccines.

Prevalence of High Risk Human Papillomavirus Infection with Different Cervical Cytological Features among Women Undergoing Health Examination at the National Cancer Institute, Thailand

  • High-risk (HR) human papillomavirus (HPV) testing is important in cervical cancer screening for triage colposcopy. The objective of the study was to evaluate the prevalence of HR HPV infection with different cervical cytological features among women undergoing health examination. A total of 2,897 women were retrospectively evaluated between May 2011 to December 2011. DNA was extracted from residual specimens collected during routine liquid-based cytology tests at the National Cancer Institute. Overall, HR HPV prevalence was 9.3% including 1.6% of HPV-16 and 0.4% of HPV-18. Of all 270 HPV positive samples, 211 (78.1% were HR-HPV non 16/18; 47 (17.4%) were HPV-16 and 12 (4.4%) were HPV-18. The prevalence of HPV infection was similar in all age groups, although a higher rate was observed in women age 31-40 years. Among women with normal cytology, HR HPV positive were found in 6.7%. In abnormal cytology, HR HPV were found 46.7% in atypical squamous cells (ASC), 54.8% in low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL) and 80.0% in high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL). HPV-16 was detected in 8.6%, 6.4% and 12.0% of ASC, LSIL and HSIL, respectively. The results of this study provide baseline information on the HPV type distribution, which may be useful for clinicians to decide who should be monitored or treated more aggressively.

부모의 어린이급식관리지원센터 인지도와 유아의 채소 섭취 관련 식생활 및 보육기관의 식단 메뉴에 관한 만족도 (Parents' Recognition of Center for Children's Food Service Management and Preschoolers' Satisfaction with Menu Provided by Childcare Centers and Food Life Regarding Vegetable Intake)

  • This study was conducted to determine parents' recognition of the Center for children's foodservice management (CCFSM) and to compare preschoolers' satisfaction for meals served by childcare centers and some aspects regarding the vegetable intake according to the parents' recognition of CCFSM. The subjects were 255 parents, whose children were 2~5 year old and attended a childcare center, were grouped according to the recognition of CCFSM (high recognition, HR, 27.5%; medium recognition, MR, 47.4%; low recognition, LR, 25.1%). Information was obtained by a self-administered questionnaire and data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0. Only 58.6% of HR and 10.7% of MR answered the they had participated education/event held by the CCFSM. More parents in the HR group (88.6%) acknowledged the helpfulness of CCFSM on the children's food habits compared to those in the MR group (63.6%) (P<0.001). Compared to the MR and LR groups, more parents in the HR group answered not only that they were 'satisfied'/'very satisfied' with the meals served by childcare centers (P<0.05), but also they tended to think that their children were also satisfied (P=0.061). Up to 31.2% of parents in the LR group answered that there was no need for education to increase the vegetable intake of their child compared to 14.3% and 17.4% in the HR and MR groups, respectively (P<0.05). Moreover, up to 26.6% of parents answered that school cook planned menus compared to 5.7% and 13.2% in the HR and MR group, respectively (P<0.001). In conclusion, the results provided the association between parents' high recognition of CCFSM and preschoolers' satisfaction for meals from childcare centers as well as a better chance for a desirable food life regarding vegetable intake.
