Currently, the accessibility of households for the visually impaired has increased compared to the past, but there are still many shortcomings in existing methods, and conversely, in the process of changing to a touch screen, there have been more situations that cannot be determined by hand. In this paper, we propose a method to increase the accessibility of blind people to refrigerators, one of the essential furniture, by changing people's action to voice with device linkage and server communication.

ASME BPVC provides stress evaluation rules for Class 2 and 3 nuclear piping. However, such rules are difficult to be applied to reinforced wall-thinned pipes during service. To resolve this issue, a new method for stress evaluation of reinforced wall-thinned pipes is proposed in this work, based on the equivalent stiffness concept. By converting a reinforced wall-thinned pipe to an equivalent straight pipe having the same stiffness, stress evaluation can be proceeded using the current ASME BPVC rules. The proposed method is applied to pipes with 4 different normal pipe size and the effects of reinforcement and wall-thinning dimensions on evaluated stresses are discussed.

4차 산업혁명의 기술이 발전함에 따라 세계는 눈부시게 발전하고 있다. 그러나 그와 동시에 어르신들의 치매로 인한 사회적 비용의 증가로 발생하는 문제점 또한 무시하지 못할 수준에 이르렀다. 이에 조기에 치매를 선별하여 예방하는 것이 중요시되었으며 다양한 연구기관에서는 빠르고 쉽게 치매의 전 단계인 경도인지장애를 선별하고자 여러 선별 검사지를 제작하여 경도인지장애 선별을 통한 치매를 예방하는 데 노력하는 중이다. 하지만 다양한 상황으로 각각의 효율성이 경도인지장애 선별에 대한 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구는 기존에 개발된 경도인지장애 선별지 들을 비교 분석 및 코로나 상황에 적합하게 비대면 방식으로 경도인지장애 선별이 가능하도록 보다 효율적으로 개선하였으며 이를 IoT 기기에 접목하였다. 또한 IoT 기기는 어르신들의 경도인지장애 선별검사에 대한 부담감을 줄이고자 친근한 인형 형태로 개발하였으며 상호작용을 위한 기능 제작을 통하여 마음 돌봄 서비스를 구현하였다.

The purposes of this research were to evaluate the relationships of between characteristics of noise and annoyance of dental hygienist by noise in dental clinic. To investigate the dental clinic workers' reactions to noise when occurred in dental clinic, the noise level test in dental clinic and questionnaire were taken. As a result of noise evaluation, It shows that the range of noise level was 67.7~78.3dB(A) and frequency was very high (more than 4KHz). It's seem to be begins occurrence of stamina-loss, contraction of peripheral blood vessel, decrease of adrenocortical hormones. Most of respondents were affected by noise: 67% of respondents were nervous about noise and the rest of respondents were bearable. Analysis by NR-curve showed that it was exceed the noise permit level in working space. As a result of correlation - test, the more exposed dental hygienist to noise, the more felt the unpleasantness and fatigue. It's hard to sufficient explanation to patients about the dental treatment. So it's thoughts that insufficient explanation will negative impact on the patients' satisfaction and increase competitiveness in dental clinics. To remedy a unpleasantness and fatigue of noise in dental hygienist, it's considered that making an offer the ear protection and choosing the low noise-vib. equipment and using the masking effect. Therefore, It can be provide a pleasant working environment with dental hygienist and It will have a great advantage to dental clinics to improve their competitiveness.

Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis as a representative method of nuclear analytical technique, has advantages of non-destructive, simultaneous multi-element analysis with the characteristics of absolute measurement method. Up to date, $k_0$-quantitative method which is accurate, convenient and user-friendly, has been generalized world-widely. In this study, it is intented to introduce the general concept of $k_0$-method and to measure $k_0$-parameters for the future implementation to our NAA system. For this objectives, the definition of relevant factors for the quantitative analysis and the equation for the experimental determination of parameters such as $Q_0$(${\alpha}$) and f were summarized. Furthermore, a foundation for the $k_0$-standardization method was prepared through the measurement of ${\alpha}$ and f-value which depend on the specific character of irradiation hole at NAA#1-hole of HANARO research reactor.

Up to recently the harmonic generation has deteriorated the quality of electricity and affected the performance on the electrical installation including OA, FA, IT devices and so on. Some studies of harmonic affects in diagnosis and the cause of accident has not done by the experimental data of harmonic source but merely by presumption according to qualitative analysis. So, in order to research the harmonic affect on the electrical installation according to quantitative analysis and gather reliable data over and over again, it is necessary to develop an AC power source which is capable of generating some harmonics. In this paper, we described about realization of AC power source which can produce and compose harmonics for the analysis of accident due to harmonics.

For its maximum impact on the scene of school as the educational equipment, it is necessary to understand equipmental characteristics of PDA and study the basis for utilizing it educationally. In this point of view, to inquire how PDA is helpful for education more than PC, the typical educational equipment in the past, PDA-based English vocabulary learning game is developed in this study, and after that it is applied on the scene of education. The result of study showed PDA can access the content more easily than PC, and learners expressed more curiosity and expectation of PDA than PC in a recent poll. In addition, under the condition of learner's voluntary use, the present study has found that learning with PDA is helpful to enhance the academic achievement more than one with PC.

We medical software is becoming important means to secure competitive power of medical service by explosive increase of medical device based on software, and the quality of medical service is affected to quality of medical software as well as medical devices. But domestic related study and development is not sufficient for quality of medical software, and a falling-off in medical software quality can induce a falling-off in quality of medical service. Therefore, it is necessary to raise qualitative level of medical service by progress and quality improvement of medical devices. Therefore, in this paper, we developed test module and qualify inspection table which can test medical software and produce result based on ISO/1EC 12119.

최근 멀티미디어 기능을 가지는 다양한 기기가 보급되고, 이러한 기기들을 위해 다양한 화질과 해상도를 가지는 멀티미디어 서비스가 소비되고 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 목적 및 기기의 종류에 따라 전송환경이 다르기 때문에, 압축된 영상이 가지는 특성 또한 다르다. 일반적인 동영상 압축 표준에서 구문요소들에 코드워드를 할당하는 방법은 표준화 과정에서 얻어진 확률과 통계적인 수치에 의해 최적으로 결정된 것이다. 하지만 확률과 통계적인 수치는 영상의 특성에 따라 차이가 있기 때문에 최적의 코드워드는 항상 달라지는데, 현재 표준압축방법은 이러한 확률적인 특성이나 통계적인 수치를 반영하기 어려운 단점을 가진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 영상의 특징 및 부호화 조건에 따른 압축데이터의 특징을 반영하여 슬라이스 단위로 마크로 블록 타입에 대한 코드워드를 적응적으로 할당하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법에서 부호화 조건에 따른 압축 데이터의 특징을 파악하기 위해 정해진 부호화 조건에 따라 한 번의 부호화를 수행하여 마크로 블록 타입에 대한 슬라이스 통계를 구한다. 그 다음 구해진 통계에 근거하여 마크로블록 타입에 대해 최적의 코드워드를 할당하고, 이 코드워드에 근거하여 다시 한 번 부호화를 수행하고 이렇게 발생된 비트스트림을 복호화기로 전송하게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 적용한 실험결과 BD-rate가 약 0.2~1.7% 정도 감소하는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Noise radiated from medical treatment at dental clinic will affect the patients. On such point of view, We investigated the noise characteristics in case of medical treatment (scaling, tooth eliminating) and non-medical examination (idling) and also evaluated the degree of indoor noise using the evaluation index such as PSIL, NRN and made up a questionnaire about the reactions to noise. As a result of noise evaluation, it shows that the range of noise level is 67.7~78.3 dB(A) and frequency is very high (above 4 k Hz) and respondents are affected by noise (unpleasantness, hesitation to visit dental clinic, shivering with noise, being astonishment). Analysis by PSIL showed that it was no problem to conversation between worker and patient. But it exceeded the noise permit level in working space by NR-curve. To relieve a fear of noise in patients, they are considered to offer the ear protection, choose the low noisevibration equipment and use the masking effect. They are of great advantage to dental clinics to i prove dental service and competitiveness.
