본 논문에서는 Multicast Forward Group 기반 라우팅 알고리즘인 PFGR(Packet forward group based routing)의 프레임워크를 제시한다. 단일경로를 지향하는 On-demand라우팅 프로토콜인 AODV흑은 DSR에서 링크 단절이 발생시 이루어지는 path repair에 의한 오버헤드는 심각하게 증가할 가능성이 생긴다. PFGR은 단일 경로가 아닌 그룹화된 경로를 형성하여 링크 지속시간을 늘임으로써 결국 path repair 오버헤드를 줄일수 있는 라우팅 알고리즘이다. 기존 On-Demand 라우팅에서의 링크 지속시간을 비교 분석한 시뮬레이션 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 PFGR 알고리즘의 경로지속시간이 비약적으로 상승하였다. 보다 상세한 라우팅프로토콜의 설계 및 분석은 앞으로 해결해 나가야 할 과제이다.

Purpose : In order to estimate clinical effects of Oriental Medicine Treatment with acupotomy therapy of Tarsal tunnel Syndrome Methods : From 5th November, 2008 to 8th November, 2008, 1 male patient diagnosed as Tarsal tunnel syndrome(clinical diagnosed) was treated with general oriental medicine therapy (acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) and acupotomy. Results : The patient's Rt foot paresthesia, pain were remarkably improved. Conclusions : This study demonstrates that oriental medical treatment with acuputomy therapy has notable effect in improving symptoms of tarsal tunnel syndrome. as though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.

Objectives : To present proper protocol as global standard- clinical study about acupuncture treatment, and to demonstrate effectiveness of Sa-am Acupuncture treatment for obesity. Methods : We randomly allocated participants to treatment group 1 and 2. The group 1 is treated by real acupuncture and the group 2 is treated by Kim Sham Acupuncture. We treated Bi-jang seung-gyeok (脾臟勝格) ; Daedon(LR1), EunBaek(SP1) Gyoung-geo(LU8) Sang-gu(SP5), to both group. Primary outcomes were measured by the Body Composition Analysis(Inbody. Korea). Secondary outcomes were measured by Blood Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL, LDL Cholesterol. Results : After treatment, the group 1 shown significant weight loss that analysed by Kruskal-Wallis certification, but didn't show notable change in body fat, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol. Group 2 didn't show significant change in body weight, body fat, triglyceride, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, but total cholesterol was notably decreased. Controled group was not changed in body weight, body fat. Aftter treatment, 3 groups didn't show significant change in body weight, body fat, triglyceride, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol.

This study is aimed at classifying different types of parks in Gwang-Ju city and providing efficient Planning and guidelines to satisfy the needs of park users. The first stage of this study was accomplished by site surveys of neighborhood parks in Gwang-Ju where park types, locations, neighboring conditions, park layout, and other physical environments were surveyed for the specific status of parks. With those basic data, urban neighborhood park types were classified into different categories: 1) urban neighborhood parks; 2) riverside neighborhood parks; and 3) natural(mountain side) neighborhood parks. For the second stage of this study, behavior patterns and satisfaction were investigated to provide empirical data on the relationship between the physical environment and human behavior. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The highest level of satisfaction for the users of urban neighborhood parks in Gwang-Ju city is the accessibility of the parks which are small but located in neighborhoods, The users tend to visit the nearby parks regardless of size. 2. The users have relatively high levels of satisfaction for urban neighborhood parks which have a lot of green zones or park facilities. Therefore, the park planner should consider the natural environment in the park area and should reconsider the type of park in the planning process. 3. The different types of urban neighborhood parks in Gwang-Ju city do not affect the level of satisfaction and the motivation of park visits. However, the accessibility of the parks is the most important factors of users' satisfaction regardless of the type of the park. 4. The level of user satisfaction for all of the urban neighborhood parks in Gwang-Ju city indicates that the users have a relatively low level of satisfaction. Especially, 26.2% of the users have a high level of dissatisfaction. The new parks, which have recently been developed, have a higher level of satisfaction than the old parks which have a lack of facilities, insufficient maintenance, and poor management planning in the park. 5. As a result of factor analysis, all city neighborhood parks showed a similar tendency with urban type parks, but showed a tendency that was different from the other park types.

Objective : To carry out the oriental medicine treatment on a patient with oculomotor nerve palsy accompanied by Diabetes mellitus complication history Methods : We conducted one patient with oculomotor nerve palsy at Won-Kwang University Kwang-Ju Oriental Medical Hospital. We treated patient by herbal medicine, acupuncture, etc. Results : We had an effect that one patient's symptom had improved. Conclusion : We suggest that the oriental medical treatment and management have an effect with oculomotor nerve palsy accompanied by DM complication history.

Objectives : This observation was to report the clinical effects of acupotomy in treating wrist ganglion. Methods : From 7th April, 2010 to 12th May, 2010, 1 female patient who had a wrist ganglion was treated with ultra sound-guided acupotomy therapy and self moxibustion & massage. Results : The patient's wrist ganglion was disappeared on the surface of the skin after just one time acupotomy therapy. Hypoechoic lesion was turned into hyperechoic lesion on a ultrasonographic. After 1 month, a wrist ganglion was recurred, but the size of wrist ganglion was reduced. Conclusions : Acuputomy therapy has an effect of reducing the wrist ganglion size, but patient self management is important in preventing recurrence. The ganglion not visible on the surface of the skin must be considered as a treatment target.

본 논문은 스포츠 방송의 몰입감 증대를 위한 진동촉감 제시 시스템 및 장치를 제안하며, 촉감 정보를 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 촉감제시 방법론 및 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 최근 디지털 컨텐츠의 전달에 있어 오감을 통한 정보 전달의 관심이 증대됨에 따라, 대중을 대상으로 다양한 정보를 전달하는 디지털 매체에서의 시청각과 더불어 촉감 제시의 역할과 중요성이 증대되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 동적인 현장 상황을 실감 있게 전달하는 스포츠 방송에서의 햅틱 효과와 역할 그리고 가능한 시나리오를 정의하고, 진동촉감 제시 장비를 설계하여 촉감 정보 표현에 대한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 제안된 촉감을 이용한 스포츠 방송 시나리오 중 축구 방송을 기반으로 사용자 촉감 인지 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과를 바탕으로 축구 방송 시스템을 구축하여 실감방송 전시회 시연을 통해 진동촉감 시스템 및 촉감 제시 방법론을 검증하였다. 촉감이 인간의 오감 중 시청각 다음으로 정보를 인지하는 중요한 감각 체계인 만큼 많은 양의 정보를 대중에게 전달하는 방송 시스템에서 시청각과 더불어 효과적인 정보 전달 체계로써 기여할 것이라고 여겨진다.

Purpose: In order to estimate clinical effects of acupotomy and venesection in a patient with peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery. Methods: From 17th August, 2009 to 29th August 2009, 1 female patient with peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery was treated with general oriental medicine therapy(acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) and acupotomy with venesection. Results: The patient's chief complaints- Lt hand numbness, Lt arm edema, Lt. wrist flexion limitation - were notably improved. Conclusions : This study demonstrates that oriental medical treatment with acupotomy and venesection therapy has significant effect in improving symptoms of peripheral neuropathy and upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery, as though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.

Purpose In order to estimate clinical effects of Oriental Medicine Treatment with acupotomy therapy of Achilles Tendinitis Methods From 4th August, 2008 to 14th August, 2008, 1 female patient diagnosed as Chronic Achilles Tendinitis (clinical diagnosed) was treated with general oriental medicine therapy(acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) and acupotomy. Results The patient's chief complaints- Lt. heel pain and stiffness, dorsi-flexion limitation, nodules in the achilles tendon- were notably improved. Conclusions This study demonstrates that oriental medical treatment with acuputomy therapy has significant effect in improving symptoms of achilles tendinitis. as though we had not wide experience in this treatment, more research is needed.
