Three naked and three malting barley cultivars were grown at constant temperatures of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 28$^{\circ}C$, and day/night temperatures of 6/2, 10/6, 14/10, 18/14, 22/18, 26/22 and 30/26$^{\circ}C$ through the fourth leaf stage in growth chambers to determine the effects of the temperature on leaf emergence rate and phyllochron in naked and malting barley seedlings. The number of leaves per main stem was recorded daily from the first leaf stage to the fourth. At a given temperature, the emergence of new leaves was a linear function of time for all cultivars. There were no great differences in leaf emergence rate and phyllochron between constant and variable day/night temperature regimes except at 28$^{\circ}C$. Leaf emergence rate and phyllochron significantly differed among cultivars and among mean temperatures within cultivars. For all cultivars, leaf emergence rate per day increased parabolically with increasing mean air temperature until an optimum temperature was reached and then declined. There were no differences in the optimum temperatures for the leaf emergence rate per day among six cultivars, which ranged 20.1 to 21.5$^{\circ}C$. The leaf emergence rates at the optimum temperatures ranged 0.202 to 0.226 leaves / day for naked barley cultivars and 0.231 to 0.241 leaves / day for malting barley cultivars. As temperature increased, leaf emergence rate per GDD decreased exponentially and the phyllochron (GDD/leaf) increased exponentially. The mean of the phyllochron for six cultivars was 46.2 GDD at 4$^{\circ}C$ and 129.3 GDD at 28$^{\circ}C$. These results suggest that the temperature and cultivar effects must be considered for prediction of leaf development in barley.
The utility tunnels are the important facility as a mainstay of country because of the latest communication developments. However, the utilities tunnel is difficult to deal with in case of a fire accident. When a cable burns, the black smoke containing poisonous gas will be reduced. This black smoke goes into the tunnel, and makes it difficult to extinguish the fire. Therefore, when there was a fire in the utility tunnel, the central nerves of the country had been paralyzed, such as property damage, communication interruption, in addition to inconvenience for people. This paper is based on the fire occurred in the past, and reenacting the fire by making the real utilities tunnel model. The aim of this paper is the scientific analysis of the character image of the fire, and the verification of each fire protection system whether it works well after process of setting up a fire protection system in the utilities tunnel at a constant temperature. The fire experiment was equipped with the linear heat detector, the fire door, the connection water spray system and the ventilation system in the utilities tunnel. Fixed portion of an electric power supply cable was coated with a fire retardant coating, and a heating tube was covered with a fireproof. The result showed that the highest temperature was $932^{\circ}c$ and the linear heat detector was working at the constant temperature, and it pointed at the place of the fire on the receiving board, and Fixed portion of the electric power supply cable coated with the fire retardant coating did not work as the fireproof. The heating tube was covered with the fireproof about 30 minutes.
Technetium-99m-hexamethylpropyleneamine oxime $(^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO)$ is a neutral-lipophilic chelate which is used for scanning cerebral blood flow. The labeling efficiencies of $^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO$ is known to be sensitive to the amount of pertechnetate added and the quality of the pertechnetate. Because of these factors, the manufacture recommends that HM-PAO kits be reconstituted with a maximum of 30 mCi pertechnetate which was eluted <4 hr earlier from a generator which had been eluted < 24 hr previously. So we measured the labelling efficiencies and the decomposition rate constant according to the amount of pertechnetate added, the volume of pertechnette added, and generator in-growth time. We used the 3-system chromatographic methods (paper & ITLC-SG chromatography) which analyzed the labelling efficiencies of the $^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO$. There was no significant difference in labelling efficiencies between variable pertechnetate acitvities added. ($39.9{\pm}4.9\;mCi:\;87.8{\pm}5.1\;(%)$, $60.8{\pm}5.0\;mCi:\;90.7{\pm}2.2\;(%)$, $79.0{\pm}6.0\;mCi:\;86.8{\pm}3.9\;(%)$, $106.6{\pm}11.6\;mCi:\;87.7{\pm}1.2\;(%)$, p>0.05) No significant difference in labelling efficiencies were found between pertechnetate of 4ml and 5ml. (4ml : $89.1{\pm}3.2(%)$, 5ml: $87.3{\pm}4.0(%)$, p>0.05). There was no difference between 1-6 and 10-48 hr of generator in-growth time. (1-6 hr: $87.8{\pm}4.0(%)$, 10-48 hr: $89.6{\pm}1.6(%)$, p>0.05) The mean value of decomposition rate constant was $0.196{\pm}0.097\;(hr^{-1})$, and there were no difference according to the amount of pertecnetate added and the volume of pertecnetate added, ($39.9{\pm}4.9\;mCi:\;0.208{\pm}0.059\;(hr^{-1})$, $60.8{\pm}5.0\;mCi:\;0.191{\pm}0.100\;(hr^{-1})$$79.0{\pm}6.0\;mCi:\;0.192{\pm}0.118\;(hr^{-1})$, $106.6{\pm}11.6\;mCi:\;0.212{\pm}0.030\;(hr^{-1})$, p>0.05, 4 ml: $0.200{\pm}0.074\;(hr^{-1})$, Sml: $0.193{\pm}0.115\;(hr^{-1})$, p>0.05). In the case of using the first eluate, the labelling efficiency of $^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO$ W3S 82.1%. These data suggest that there were no significant alteration in labelling efficiency of $^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO$ according to the considerable range of pertechnetate activities and volume added, and generator in-growth time. Also, it was shown that one vial of HM-PAO kit supplied the $^{99m}Tc-HM-PAO$ which was used for 3-4 patients.
It was characterized the hexane biodegradation and mineralization using a hexane-degrading consortium, and analyzed its bacterial community structure by 16S rDNA PCR-DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis). The specific growth rate (${\mu}_{max}$) of the hexane-degrading consortium was 0.2 $h^{-1}$ in mineral salt medium supplemented with hexane as a sole carbon source. The maximum degradation rate ($V_{max}$) and saturation constant ($K_{s}$) of hexane of the consortium are 460 ${\mu}mol{\cdot}g-DCW^{-1}{\cdot}h^{-1}$ and 25.87 mM, respectively. In addition, this consortium could mineralize $49.1{\%}$ of $^{14}C$-hexane to $^{14}CO_2$, and $43.6{\%}$ of $^{14}C$-hexane) was used for the growth of biomass. The clones isolated from the DGGE bands were closely related to the bacteria which were capable of degrading pollutants such as oil, biphenyl, PCE, and waste gases. The hexane-degrading consortium obtained in this study can be applied for the biological treatment of hexane.

The anoxic activated sludge process was applied to the treatment of industrial box-mill wastewater, which exhibited the high removal efficiencies of $90{\sim}94%$$ TCOD_{Mn}$ and $58{\sim}81%$ Color. For the design of industrial anoxic activated sludge process, Monod bio-kinetic coefficients of box-mill wastewater were estimated as follows: $K_{max}$(maximum specific substrate removal rate)=0.52 $day^{-1}$, $K_s$(half saturation constant)=314 mg/L, $K_d$(decay coefficient)=0.274 $day^{-1}$, y(microbial yield coefficient)=0.908 mg/mg, and ${\mu}_{max}$(maximum specific growth rate)=0.472 $day^{-1}$. Space loading factors for the design analysis were practically determined as the values of F/M ratio=$0.043{\sim}0.07$ kg-$TCOD_{Mn}$/kg-SS-day, BOD space loading=$0.18{\sim}0.3$ kg-$TCOD_{Mn}/m^3-day$, and ${\theta}_x=6.8{\sim}26.4$ day when considering the relationship of these loading factors with growth dynamics of microorganisms, the F/M ratio that is inversely proportional to ${\theta}_x$ should be equivalent to ${\mu}_{max}$ in units, but exhibited the significant difference between theses two values. Therefore, it is considered that high safety factors are requested in the design of anoxic activated sludge process that is based on Monod bio-kinetics of microorganism.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the light quality of a Light Emitting Diode (LED) on the phosphate uptake of Prasinophytes Tetraselmis suecica and Tetraselmis tetrathele. These species were exposed to a blue LED (max = 450 nm), a yellow LED (max = 590 nm), a red LED (max = 630 nm) and a fluorescent lamp (control) at $100{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1}$. The maximum uptake rates (${\rho}_{max}$) of T. suecica and T. tetrathele under the red LED were $6.35pmol\;cell^{-1}\;hr^{-1}$ and $9.85pmol\;cell^{-1}\;hr^{-1}$, respectively. The half saturation constants (Ks) of two species were $9.43{\mu}M$ and $21.2{\mu}M$, respectively. The phosphate affinity of the two species under the red LED was higher than that of other wavelengths. Thus, the optimum light source to ensure economically effective and productive growth in a Tetraselmis culture system (Photo-Bioreactor) would be red LEDs because of the high growth rate shown, regardless of relatively low nutrient conditions.

We investigated occurrence and molecular phylogeny of the toxic epiphytic dinoflagellate Ostreopsis at seven sampling sites in the coastal waters off Jeju Island of Korea in April, 2017. During the sampling period, surface water temperature ranged from 15.7 to $18.3^{\circ}C$ and salinity was relatively constant, ranging from 33.4 to 34.9. Of a total of 13 macroalgal species collected from all sampling sites, Ostreopsis cells were observed from 8 macroalgal species and the highest cell abundance ($157.5cells\;g^{-1}$) was recorded on the red alga Grateloupia filicina at St. 6. LSU rDNA D8/D10 sequences of all Korean Ostreopsis strains isolated from the 4 sampling sites were 100% identical. Molecular phylogentic analyses (BI and ML) inferred from LSU rDNA alignment showed that the Korean Ostreopsis strains placed into the previously described the Ostreopsis sp. 1 clade, which contained strains isolated from the temperate coastal waters of Japan. The Korean Ostreopsis sp. 1 strain grew in a wide range of temperature ($10-30^{\circ}C$) and salinity (25-30), with its maximum growth rate of $0.49d^{-1}$ at $25^{\circ}C$ and salinity of 30, indicating that they can be tolerated in temperate areas.

In order to elucidate the physiological function of circulating IGF-I on muscle protein synthesis in the chicken under malnutritional conditions, we administrated recombinant chicken IGF-I using a osmotic mini pump to fasted young chickens and measured the rate of muscle protein synthesis and plasma metabolite. The pumps delivered IGF-I at the rate of $22{\mu}g/d\{300{\mu}g{\cdot}(kg\;body\;weight{\cdot}d)^{-1}\}$. Fractional rate of protein synthesis in the muscle was measured using a large dose injection of L-[$2,6-^3H$]phenylalanine. Constant infusion of chicken IGF-I did not affect plasma glucose level. Significant interaction between dietary treatment and IGF-I infusion was observed in plasma NEFA and total cholesterol concentrations. When chicks were fasted, IGF-I infusion decreased plasma NEFA and total cholesterol concentrations. On the other hand, IGF-I administration did not affect plasma levels of both metabolites. Fasting reduced plasma triglyceride concentration significantly. IGF-I infusion also decreased the level of plasma triglyceride. Plasma IGF-I concentration of young chickens was halved by fasting for 1 d. IGF-I infusion using an osmotic minipump for 1 d increased plasma IGF-I concentration in fasted chicks to the level of fed chicks. Fasting decreased body weight and the loss of body weight was significantly ameliorated by IGF-I infusion. There was a significant interaction between dietary treatment and IGF-I infusion in the fractional rate of breast muscle protein synthesis. There was no effect of IGF-I infusion on muscle protein synthesis in fed chicks. Muscle protein synthesis reduced by fasting was ameliorated by IGF-I infusion, but did not reach to the level of fed control. Muscle weight of fasted chicks infused with IGF-I was similar to fasted birds without IGF-I infusion, which suggests that muscle protein degradation would be increased by IGF-I infusion as well as protein synthesis in fasted chicks.
For the treatment of poorly biodegradable polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in dye-processing wastewater, immobilized microbial beads were prepared by uslng agar-acrylamide method. PVA removal efficiency for the synthetic wastewater was 85% at the PVA volume loading rate of $3.1g/\ell$.day. In case of real desizing wastewater, PVA removal efficiency was 81.3% at the PVA volume loading rate of $3.25g/\ell$.day. In observation of cross section of immobilized bead passed 5 months with diameter of 2.4mm, the growth of cell was limited by the resistance of substrate and oxygen transfer for the inners region of more than 48% of bead radius from the surface. It was estimated that 70% of total removed PVA was degraded by the immobilized cells in the continuous immobilized reactor. Substrate utilization rate in the suspended reactor was decreased with increasing dilution rates above 0.083 hr-1, but that in the immobilized reactor was increased with increasing dilution rates up to 0.125hr-1. The substrate removal efficiency of immobilized reactor was much superior to that of suspended reactor with increasing dilution rates. Saturation constant of substrate utilization rate equation, Ks was $6.6 g PVA/\ell$, and maximum specific substrate utilization. k was 0.175g PVA/g cell.hr
Feeding proper level of ration matchable with the appetite of fish will enhance production and also prevent waste of food and its consequence, side effects such as pollution of culture medium. To pursue this goal, elaborate studies on dissolved oxygen concentrations- as the major force in inducing appetite and the growth outcome are necessary. The growth of common carp of 67, 200, 400, 600, and 800 gram size groups was studied at oxygen concentrations ranging from 2.0 to 6 mg/$\iota$ in relation to rations from 1 to as many percent of the initial body weight as could be consumed under constant temperature of $25^{\circ}C$. The results from the experiments are summarized as followings; 1. Appetite: The smaller fish exhibited higher degree of appetite than the bigger ones at the same oxygen concentrations. The bigger the fish the less tolerant it was to the lower oxygen thersholds, and the degree of tolerence decreased as ration level increased. 2. Growth : Growth rate (percent per day) increased - unless consumption was suppressed by low oxygen levels- as the ration was increased to maximum. In case of 67 g fish, it reached the highest point of $5.05\%$ / day at $7\%$ ration under 5.0 mg/$\iota$ of oxygen. In case of 200 g fish, the maximum growth rate of $3.75\%$/day appeared at the maximum ration of $6\%$ under 5.5 mg/$\iota$ of oxygen. In 400 g fish, the highest growth of $3.37\%$/day occurred at the maximum ration of $5\%$ and 6.0 mg/$\iota$ of oxygen. In 600 g fish, the highest growth rate of $2.82\%$ /day was at the maximum ration of $4\%$ under 5.5 mg/$\iota$ oxygen. In case of 800g fish, the highest growth rate of $1.95\%$/day was at maximum tested ration of $3\%$ under 5.0 mg/$\iota$ oxygen. 3. Food Conversion Efficiency: Food conversion efficiency ($\%$ dry feed converted into the fish tissue) first increased as the ration was increased, reached maximum at certain food level, then started decreasing with further increase in the ration. The maximum conversion efficiency stood at higher feeding rate for the smaller fish than the larger ones. In case of 67 g fish, the maximum food conversion efficiency was at $4\%$ ration within 3.0-4.0 mg/$\iota$ oxygen. In 200g fish, the maximum efficiency was at $3\%$ ration within 4.0-4.5 mg/$\iota$ oxygen. In 400g fish, the maximum efficiency was at $2\%$ ration within 4.0 - 4.5 mg/$\iota$ oxygen. In 600 and 800g fish, the maximum conversion efficiency shifted to the lowest ration ($1\%$) and lower oxygen ranges. 4. Behaviour: The fish within uncomfortably low oxygen levels exhibited suppressed appetite and movements and were observed to pass feces quicker and in larger quantity than the ones in normal condition; in untolerably low oxygen the fish were lethargic, vomited, and had their normal skin color changed into pale yellow or grey patches. All these processes contributed to reducing food conversion efficiency. On the other hand, the fish within relatively higher oxygen concentrations exhibited higher degree of movement and their food conversion tended to be depressed when compared with sister groups under corresponding size and ration within relatively low oxyen level. 5. Suitability of Oxygen Ranges to Rations: The oxygen level of 2.0- 2.5 mg/$\iota$ was adequate to sustain appetite at $1\%$ ration in all size groups. As the ration was increased higher oxygen was required to sustain the fish appetite and metabolic activity, particularly in larger fish. In 67g fish, the $2\%$ ration was well supported by 2.0-2.5 mg/$\iota$ range; as the ration increased to $5\%$, higher range of 3.0-4.0 mg/$\iota$ brought better appetite and growth; from 5 till $7\%$ (the last tested ration for 67 g fish) oxygen levels over 4.0 mg/$\iota$ could sustain appetite. In 200 g fish, the 2 and $3\%$ rations brought the best growth and conversion rates at 3.5-4.5 mg/$\iota$ oxygen level; from 3 till $6\%$ (the last tested ration at 200 g fish) oxyge groups over 4.5 mg/$\iota$ were matchable with animal's appetite. In 400, 600, and 800 g fish, all the rations above $2\%$ had to be generally supported with oxygen levels above 4.5 mg/$\iota$.

제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한

② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
