Today the realization of a welfare society is urgently needed as growing of economy. To promptly meet the needs of the times, the ratio of a matriculation of the physically disabled is getting higher, stretching opportunities of a higher education. But, the walk environment in university educational facilities is still insufficient because of the indifference to the education of the physically disabled. The purpose of this research is to suggest the direction to improve the walk environment for all users through evaluation of the accessibility of the walk environment in university educational facilities, and the scope of the research is the internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities. The first step of the research is preparatory study review to extract the elements of the accessibility of the Universal Design Principles. And then, we evaluate the accessibility of university educational facilities through the site visits. The results of this research are as following: 1) The internal and external walk environment of university educational facilities needs more physical improvement for keeping accessibility. 2) We need to provide consistent guidances from the external sidewalks to main entrances, slopes, staircases, elevators, and corridors. 3) The walk environment of university educational facilities needs to maintain continuously.

Computer Education form is rapidly growing and has been developed in a variety of forms such as off-line. on-line, multimedia, ICT education . These forms are changed to E-Learning, Blended-Learning and Ubiquitous-Learning. Ubiquitous-Learning model schools have already been running on a national scale according to the policy of the Ministry of Education. In this study, to understand the necessity for the Ubiquitous-Learning and Ubiquitous-Environment, the awareness of the Ubiquitous environment and U-learning in model schools and general schools is analyzed and compared. Through this study, a desirable model about Ubiquitous-Learning and Environment will be explored.

Daily newspapers are one of the most influential mass media and the news coverage can be used an indicator of social issues and needs. The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of physical environment in apartments, and to examine the underlying social ideas. In doing so, the contents of national daily newspapers in the past ten years were analyzed by using frequencies. The study found that sophistication, diversity, and differentiation were drawn as social values that lie in the physical environment of apartments, and the characteristics were related to housing types, space planning and complex layout. The finding shows that the coverage of the physical environment in apartments has been growing, and the increasing attention to the residential environment remains strong and significant.

Double skin façade is known that several features affected the building energy and daylighting performance. That is why the envelope is able to consist of all architectural materials such as glass, aluminum, wood and insulation for vision of residents and workers in buildings. Its specifications is very diverse according to the building designers and building owners. In recent times, visual environment became a major focus and resulted in the development of cutting edge engineering of diverse glazing systems and shading devices by growing interests of friendly environment. Thus this research has evaluated the fluctuations of interior lighting and atmospheric conditions based on double skin facade systems. Especially in terms of daylighting environment as dependent on solar variations, this research provides quantitative analysis of interior lighting conditions and how it affects the living conditions as well as improve the design of interior spaces.

Because energy consumption of the construction part is very high, there is a growing need to introduce environment-friendly buildings. Therefore Green Building Rating System is enacted in Korea. Though environment-friendly factors such as green area affect the apartment housing price, there's no saying whether Green Building Rating System directly affect the apartment housing price. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the impact of Green Building Rating System on an apartment housing price. The analysis result demonstrated that Green Building Rating System don't affect the apartment housing price. This result means that there is a problem with the effectiveness of Green Building Rating System. The government ought to institute incentive program to ctivate the market of environment-friendly building.

This paper proposes a Distributed Transaction models based on the multimedia framework (MPEG-21) in digital convergence environment. Digital media market is growing up rapidly according to the extension of internet and universality of multimedia contents. So, importance of the effective management with the production and distribution of produced multimedia contents is becoming larger. For effective management of multimedia contents, the multimedia contents which are represented with different standard each other can be processed adaptively in the variable network environment. A free compatibility among the different terminals and standards are the essential particular should be offered for the digital convergence environment. A multimedia framework supports this compatibility and various multimedia services. In this paper, the Distributed Transaction models that multimedia contents can be circulated among the individual users safely and freely are proposed and the relation technologies are described.

Recommendation Systems are information technologies that E-commerce merchants have adopted so that online shoppers can receive suggestions on items that might be interesting or complementing to their purchased items. These systems stipulate valuable assistance to the user's purchasing decisions, and provide quality of push service. Traditionally, Recommendation Systems have been designed using a centralized system, but information service is growing vast with a rapid and strong scalability. The next generation of information technology such as Cloud Computing and Big Data Environment has handled massive data and is able to support enormous processing power. Nevertheless, analytic technologies are lacking the different capabilities when processing big data. Accordingly, we are trying to design a conceptual service model with a proposed new algorithm and user adaptation on dynamic recommendation service for big data environment.

The natural environment plays an important role not only in ecological sustainability, but also in human health. Growing attention has been focused on the health benefits of natural environments with increasing scientific evidence in this field. Urban green space has positive effects on individual and community health; thus, it is considered as social infrastructure. The natural environment promotes mental health by relieving psychological stress and depression. Physical health can be improved by experiencing nature, which reduces physiological stress and boosts the immune system. Several international initiatives have been undertaken to improve our understanding in this field and to utilize these benefits for health promotion. Interdisciplinary approaches are needed to promote human health through the natural environment in the fields of science, education, planning and policy.

Due to the increasing use of smart phones, using Wifi, Wibro of mobile devices spread. Accordingly, Need of using peer-to-peer file sharing between mobile devices is growing. However, common Peer-to-Peer(P2P) system is too complex and is not suitable to be applied to mobile devices. Thus, the need of research has shown to improve way in a mobile environment that has a constraints as mobility and the scope of communication. Among them, there is a Chord as contents look up algorithm. Chord is the issue. Chord as the DHT-based P2P protocol shares files, index-key and distributed key across the network. However, exist Chord doesn't consider the mobility. So, It has a lot of problems in the mobile environment. Thus, in this paper, I will try to explore an appropriate way of Chord in a mobile environment.

This paper represents a critical review of current the relationship between aquaculture and the environment, focusing on the development of marine aquaculture for conservation of resources and environment in Korea. Aquaculture has grown rapidly during the past few decades in Korea. This expansion was possibly because of the growing demand for aquatic products and the failure of the capture fishery to keep pace with the demand. Nevertheless, the aquaculture industry must counter criticisms about adverse environmental effects and lack of sustainability. The productivity of Korean aquaculture is decreasing by environmental pollution, is suffering difficulty because competitive power of the aquaculture industry is weak, external effects of aquiculture is giving negative effects to coastal fishery. Therefore, aquaculture must improve as environmentally sound aquaculture for fisheries sustainability, and intensive aquaculture of high density must convert by low input sustainable aquaculture. Finally, the aquaculture system of Korea has to change to aquaculture for conservation of non - renewable resources and environment, it may contribute to development of Korean fisheries.
