주민참여에 의한 농촌관광마을 만들기 : 장흥군 진목마을을 사례로 (Rural Tourism Village Building with Residents' Participation : In Case of Jinmok Village in Jangheung County)

  • 본 연구는 농촌관광마을 만들기에 있어서 주민참여 확대를 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 농림부의 녹색농촌체험마을사업이 진행중인 전남 장흥군 회진면 진목마을을 사례로 주민참여가 어떤 형식과 수준으로 이루어지고 있는지 주민참여의식의 실태를 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과, 농촌관광마을 만들기의 궁극적인 목표와 방법론 등 인식의 전환이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 마을주민 모두를 공동체로서의 '마을'로 인식시키고 공동작업 속으로 이끌어내는 것이 중요하게 대두되었다. 이를 위해 사업초기에 소규모라도 주민들에게 이익이 돌아갈 수 있는 사업의 발굴 및 실행이 필요하고, 사업단계별 주민의 적극적 참여와 역할이 요구되었다. 민박이나 숙박시설의 운영도 검토되어야 할 사항으로 나타났으며, 사업에 부정적 견해를 가지거나 방관자적 입장을 취하는 마을주민들에게 주민교육을 통한 참여의식 고취가 시급한 과제로 밝혀졌다. 끝으로 주민참여 활성화 방안으로 교육, 견학 기회 확대를 통한 주민교육 및 능력개발이 중요하며, 마을주민 스스로가 자립할 수 있는 동기부여가 매우 중요함을 알 수 있다. 과소화 노령화된 우리나라의 농촌현실을 감안하면, 농촌관광은 지속가능한 농촌발전을 위한 현실적인 대안이 될 수 있다.

대도시 외곽지역 논경작지의 토지이용 및 피복변화에 따른 온도 변화모형 연구 (A Study on Temperature Change Profiles by Land Use and Land Cover Changes of Paddy Fields in Metropolitan Areas)

  • 본 연구는 도시미기후 측면에서 냉섬 역할을 하는 논경작지의 대규모 택지개발로 인한 도시기온 변화량를 분석하여 논경작지 보존을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 도시온도 상승을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 인천시 부평구와 부천시의 개발 전 후 토지피복 변화를 분석하기 위해 1989년 5월 17일과 2000년 5월 7일 위성영상을 산림, 초지 및 식재지, 논경작지, 나지, 시가화 지역을 구분하여 분석한 결과, 기존 인천시 부평구와 부천시 중앙에 넓게 분포하고 있던 논경작지 대부분이 신도시 건설로 인해 시가화 지역과 개발 중인 나지로 변한 것으로 분석되었다. 토지피복변화 유형별 지표면 온도 변화 현황 분석 결과, 지표면 온도가 높아진 주요 유형은 논경작지에서 나지로 변화된 유형($+1.4939^{\circ}C$), 논경작지에서 시가화 지역으로 변화된 유형($0.9356^{\circ}C$)이었다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 온도 변화 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 논경작지 변화지역을 대상으로 블록별 평균 지표면 온도차를 분석한 결과, 1989년 세부 연구대상지는 논경작지였기 때문에 $19{\sim}20^{\circ}C$ 사이의 균일한 온도분포를 나타낸 반면, 시가화 지역으로 변한 2000년 블록별 지표면 온도는 $19.1{\sim}23.9^{\circ}C$로 온도편차가 크고 분포가 다양하게 나타나고 있었다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 도시기온 변화 원인 분석을 위해 지표면 온도 변화량과 도시기온 변화 영향요인간 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 녹지율 상관계수는 -0.662로 강한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 건폐율, 불투수포장율, 용적율은 지표면 온도 변화량과 상관계수가 +0.231, +0.226, +0.123으로 통계적 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 지표면 온도 변화모형을 구축하기 위해 녹지율을 독립변수로 지표면 온도 변화량을 종속변수로 한 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 기존 논경작지에서 시가화 지역으로 변화할 경우 녹지율 및 불투수포장율이 0%라 가정할 때 $+3.889^{\circ}C$의 온도 상승이 예상되며 녹지율이 10% 증가할 때마다 $+3.889^{\circ}C$에서 $-0.430^{\circ}C$ 만큼 온도저감 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

환경생태계획의 도시기후 변화 대응 가능성 연구 -남양주 월산리 마스터플랜을 중심으로 (A Study on the Urban climate Mitigation Effects with Ecological Landscape Planning with reference to Namyang-Ju Walsanli Master-plan)

  • To meet with the nation's policy of Green Growth, local governments are rushing to propose an ecological urban development plan. And although various studies stress on the need of ecological planning to harmonize development with preservation, we have come to a point in which a quantitative evaluation of how much ecological planning contributes to the environmental load is needed. Through the increasing tendency of making plans based on the development of IT technology, capability of gathering environmental data and scientific instrument, studies on ecological planning's effect towards environmental load has recently begun. This study aims to perform a quantitative evaluation on how ecological planning mitigate urban heat island in the region of Namyang-ju Wallsanli. Three theories were used to mitigate urban heat island ; White network, Green network and Blue network. As a result, the atmosphere temperature was reduced the whole site $1.1^{\circ}C$ and partly $7^{\circ}C$ and the mean radiant temperature was reduced the whole site $1.1^{\circ}C$ and partly $8.7^{\circ}C$ on the modified ecological landscape plan in summer. The PMV index is 0~1 in ecologically modified landscape plan otherwise almost 3 in landscape plan. This study has its limits on the fact that results may differ from the actual plan as the study was performed based on the land use plan and building plan. However, what is important is that it shows a quantitative result of the effect that ecological planning has on surrounding environment and reducing environmental load.

대규모 도시 재개발에 따른 기상환경변화 (The Changes of Meteorological Environment by Urban Development)

  • Urbanization affects the local thermal environment due to the large scale land use changes. To investigate the weather environment change of large scale urban redevelopment, 9 surface temperature and humidity observations were accomplished at Eunpyeong new town area. The observation period is from March 2007 to February 2010. In the center of development area, the air temperature has increased and relative humidity has decreased, by the changes of the land cover and building construction. In the area where the green zone is maintained, air temperature and relative humidity were not changed significantly. The air temperature and relative humidity for the other development observation stations is decreased and increased, respectively. The relative temperature difference between study area and a neighboring rural location was increased during observation periods. The difference is the highest during winter. The urban-rural minimum temperature difference was increased at development area, which means that urbanization affects increasing of minimum temperature in study area.

  • 오늘날 지구온난화는 전 세계적으로 가장 주요한 문제 중 하나로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 지구온난화는 급속한 에너지 사용량의 증가에 의한 이산화탄소 발생의 증가가 가장 큰 원인이 된다. 그러므로 이에 대비하기 위해서 는 모든 영역에서 에너지 절약에 대한 노력이 필요하다. 세계의 총에너지 사용량 중 건설 활동과 건물운영에서 사용되는 에너지량이 차지하는 비율이 절반이 넘는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 건물에너지 발생량을 줄이는 것은 전체 에너지량을 절감시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 건물에너지 소비에 대한 관심의 증대와 함께 건물의 에너지 소비와 $CO_2$ 발생량을 줄이기 위해 친환경 건축물 등급 및 인증이 요구되고 있다. 건물에너지를 줄일 수 있는 여러 가지 요인 중에서 재료의 열전도율은 패시브적인 방법으로 건물에너지를 직접적으로 줄일 수 있는 가장 기본적인 요소라 할 수 있다. 특히 전통적으로 바닥 복사난방시스템을 사용하는 우리나라의 주거건물에서 바닥마감재의 열전도율은 난방에너지 효율을 결정하는 중요한 요인이다. 본 논문에서는 주거건물의 난방에너지 절감을 위해 건축 재료의 열전도율 측정방법을 조사하고 난방 효율 평가를 위한 축소모형을 제안하였다.

환경부하 저감을 위한 기후순응주거 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Acclimatization's Housing for Environmental Load Reduction)

  • The concept of sustainable development to preserve natural environment through economy in resources and energy is gradually distinguished since environmental problems as a series of air pollution and global warming take place now. Building occupies more than 1/3 of energy consumption in the whole world. Energy consumption of buildings caused a quick increase in the amount of energy use by air conditioning, which has a lot of effects on exhaustion of fossil energy as well as an increase in environmental load. Therefore, this research intends to suggest characteristics and direction for the designing of acclimatization's housing through the case study on acclimatization's housing. Acclimatization's housing is designed to reduce building load from the designing stage unlike green home or low-energy apartment. Also, factors which are commonly applied to acclimatization's housing are applied complexly by design strategic factors of Heating, Cooling and Lighting. The applied design factors make effects mutually and complexly. In addition, design strategy showed different priority by designing direction.

냉기류를 이용하여 공동주택단지 내 지하주차장 오염농도를 저감하는 기후 디자인에 관한 연구 (A study on climate design using cold air flow to reduce air contaminant concentration of underground garage in the apartment complex)

  • This study suggested practical application of climate design on apartment complex with the focus on the use of Cold Air Flow and green building design method. The domestic research on the wind path analysis has been associated since the early 21th century in urban planning and site planning, this initiative study aimed to mitigate the urban heat island effect and to promote the sustainable urban development. It is, however, mostly focused on the flow analysis and heat flow in the urban context, due to the poor application of the wind path analysis in actual planning and design. Special attention is paid to the possibilities of identifying and developing the application methods in relation to Cold Air Flow and building design. This study examined these relations and suggested some trenchant approach to a more comprehensive and efficient use of the wind flow analysis in climate design.

  • Currently, geothermal heat pump systems are being installed in new official and commercial building, welfare facilities, and school but there are a few cases for the housing heat sink in Korea. The reason is that there are no progressive taxes for the household electrical use, no actual output for the application of geothermal technology, high initial investment. For the overall use in multi family apartment such as the Green Home etc, technology development and building of the relevant research team need to be done through preliminary study. Core subjects for overall use include cooling heating load estimation for the multi family apartment, economical efficiency of the geothermal cooling and heating system, design and construction technology of the geothermal cooling and heating system for the multi family apartment, commercialization plan, and state of the art analysis. Selection of the detailed subjects with respect to core subject, driving schedule and commercialization plan, driving system, presentation of the utilization plan.

  • Today, the whole world is going through a big chaos due to the COVID-19, but paradoxically, the emergence of COVID-19 has been leading to the need for sustainable development, such as Green New Deal that can improve global warming and carbon emissions, and the need for sustainable architecture is growing bigger and bigger in the architectural field as well. The level of CLT buildings in Korea is at a very rudimentary stage, while CLT buildings remedying existing wooden buildings are getting the spotlight among European countries for sustainable architecture. This study was conducted to categorize structure layer compositions of overseas CLT buildings and analyze architectural techniques and materials applied by collecting and analyzing information about CLT structure layer compositions of overseas CLT building-related institutions, companies and cases. When classifying structure layer compositions of foreign CLT buildings depending on the roles of layers. it was revealed that exterior wall structure layers were combined and organized within a sequence of external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, sloped roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, board, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing, flat roof structure layers were external finishing, ventilation, waterproof, planking wood, external insulation, waterproof, external insulation, airtightness, structure, airtightness, interior insulation, interior finishing.

  • As a portal to rural town, Myeon near large cities is expected to represent image of the rural area. But, the landscape are changing rapidly due to development pressure and to the expansion of the transportation network. For visitors and transit traffic, Recognizing that the characteristics of the streetscape is an important task for the vitalization of the rural district. In particular, it was found that the visual quantity of the central street in the location of the town was closely related to the preference of the streetscape, and the visual quantity of trees and the visual quantity of the building showed an inverse relationship of + and - respectively. Since this is not a simple ratio of the sky to the building, but a relative factor, the possibility of landscape improvement can be improved through management of public facilities or green spaces and maintenance of open spaces or gaps between buildings. It seems that it is necessary to secure separate means for the management of the architectural landscape, such as the establishment of a special landscape plan or establishment of ordinances.
