In this study, we observed air temperature to make clear that land coverage condition and stand form has a certain relationship to air temperature during the night in various green space. And with revolution analysis, we interpreted relationship of air temperature distribution in the green space, The way of analysis is this land coverage rate and air temperature, of number of tree volume of tree air temperature. With this experimental result, we can propose green plan, which is taking into consideration lower effect of air temperature. In this result, lower zone is formed in forest and water area, higher zone is formed in paved surface and barren ground. but this gap is a little. arbor+subarbor area, in the point of water area surrounded stand is formed relative lower air temperature. As a result to make up efficiency lower air temperature area, it is needed to make water area which has surrounded forest, and it is needed to make stand form lower air temperature 2~3 layer forest. In order of arbor, subarbor, shrub, the lower air temperature is more effect.

Machining pressed compacts of ceramic and WC-Co materials can be the most cost effective way of forming the bodies prior to sintering when the required number of pieces is small. In this study, in order to clarify the machinability for turning, the $Si_3N_4$ and the WC-Co green compacts unsintered were machined under different cutting conditions with various tools. Absorbing chips by vacuum hose decreases tool wear. The tool wear becomes larger in the order of the ceramic, CBN and cemented carbide tools in machining the $Si_3N_4$ green compacts. In machining the WC-Co green compacts, the tool wear becomes larger in the order of the ceramic, cemented carbide and CBN tools. The land of cutting edge does not affect tool wear. When machining with cemented carbide tool, the tool wear i equal cutting length is nearly identical in spite of the increase of cutting spee, and the roughness of machined surface was the best in the cutting speed of 90 m/min. The tool wear decreases with the increase of rake angle and relief angle and with the decrease of nose radius. The machined surfaces become worse with the increase of feed rate and depth of cut, and with the decrease of rake angle and relief angle. The tool wear is not affected by the feed and depth of cut.
This paper makes the case that a new policy strategy to enhance a global green recovery is needed urgently. The new strategy requires two essential elements. First, G20 economies should follow the lead of South Korea and China and turn their green stimulus investments into a serious long-term commitment, and to support these investments, they should adopt environmental pricing policies and instigate pricing and regulatory reforms to reduce carbon dependency. Second, the G20 also needs to target and coordinate assistance to developing economies in science, technology and innovation (STI) for clean energy. Such assistance is essential to help developing economies to overcome the skills, technological and capital gap that they face in clean energy technologies over the long term. Reform of the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is also necessary to establish a long-term global price signal for carbon, and to increase the coverage of developing economies, the sectors and technologies and the overall financing of clean energy projects. Formulating such a policy strategy should appeal to both the Asian-Pacific and Western economies comprising the G20, and by working together to formulate such a strategy, the G20 could lead the way toward a new era of global economic management and STI cooperation in clean energy.
Since 2010, RDA has discovered 30 Green-Road as the way of developing rural area. However, results from conference with expert and village leaders of Green-Road concluded that there were problems such as little financial benefits due to mismanagement and needs of improving the efficiency of management. In order to respond to these issues, this research has conducted empirical investigation about the status, management of Green-Road and its influences on local area. Main purposes of this investigation was to reveal the various obstacles in road management, and to find better ways of road management. To accomplish the goal of research, this study conducted survey and interviews with leaders in villages. Particularly, the investigation had focused on the specific management issues suggested by village leaders. Based on the results, this research suggested establishing a committee for creating leaders network and developing effective management method in order to improve road management and its consequences.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the way how to improve the school green building certification system based on life cycle assessment methodology and to assess $LCCO_2$ in outline. Green Building Certification System for School is comprised of 7 categories and 39 items. 7 categories include Land use and Transport, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Water, Management, Ecology, Indoor environmental quality. School is a public facility for students. So Green Building Certification System for School must have educational point of view adding to energy saving, reduction of greenhouse gas emission, etc. Also it needs to be classified into three categories ; kindergarten, elementar/middl/high school and university. Improvement plans for items are as follows ; energy consumption and $LCCO_2$ assessment considering life cycle, deletion or integration of duplicate items by comparing other systems, application of passive solar systems, consideration of the law and standards change, and selection of items considering specific building use.
It has been used so many kinds of architectural materials and interior products in current building construction, and use of composite architectural materials is increasing with the development of chemical technology. As the green architecture has become the center of public interest, much effort is conducted in advanced countries on the LCA point of view, such as restriction of architectural materials that emitting pollution substances, developing of Non-Toxic architectural materials, and recycling of used materials, etc. with the cooperation of related organizations, material manufacture companies, and construction companies. Because the kinds of materials to be used in building constructions are so various, there might be some possibility of personal and subjective choice at the time of materials selection resulting the missing the requirements of building components and the choice of harmful materials to human. One way to resolve the material problem is to present the green architectural materials which coincide with the quality performance at service and not harmful to man and nature. At this point of view, this study aims to develop the material classification model by investigating the major labelling system about green architectural materials in both domestic and abroad and to implement an efficient material selection system by making a powerful database of environmental standard and quality basis of building requirements.

Developing a metallization that has low cost and high efficiency is essential in solar-cell industries, to replace expensive silver-based metallization. Ni/Cu two-step metallization is one way to reduce the cost of solar cells, because the price of copper is about 100 times less than that of silver. Alkaline electroless plating was used for depositing nickel seed layers on the front electrode area. Prior to the nickel deposition process, 2% HF solution was used to remove native oxide, which disturbs uniform nickel plating. In the subsequent step, a nickel sintering process was carried out in $N_2$ gas atmosphere; however, copper was plated by light-induced plating (LIP). Plated nickel has different properties under different bath conditions because nickel electroless plating is a completely chemical process. In this paper, plating bath conditions such as pH and temperature were varied, and the metal layer's structure was analyzed to investigate the adhesion of Ni/Cu metallization. Average adhesion values in the range of 0.2-0.49 N/mm were achieved for samples with no nickel sintering process.

Purposes: The purpose of this study is to develop and test a possible model that investigates the relationships between green investment, CSR disclosure, social collaboration initiatives, and firm distribution performance to deal with environmental change because it's become the major stakeholder since it affects increasingly global company performance index. Research methodology: In this study a quantitative method was adopted. The 220 respondents were owners and managers of manufacturing enterprises from Indonesia. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses, and the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) was used as the data analysis tool. Findings: The study's finding shows that green investment has a significant effect on CSR disclosure, and CSR disclosure has a positive relationship with social collaborative initiatives and the firm's distribution performance. Similarly, social collaborative initiatives also significantly impact a firm's distribution performance. Limitations: This study uses variables that are still abstract and have not been able to regress the dimensions contained there into conclusion variables for each antecedent variable. In addition, this study only used a sample with a small scope, namely Central Java Province, Indonesia. Contribution: The findings of this study contribute to the body of literature in the field of organizational management and support the agency and stakeholder theories. For the practical contribution, this study provides the way to build and implement green-based investment strategies as a competitive edge and improve firm's distribution performance.
Diverse types of meteorological disasters that are frequently occurring at the present time, such as urban flooding, draught, heat waves, or tropical nights do not only cause casualties and property damages but also make it difficult to preserve the natural environment of the city. That is why Low Impact Development or Green Infrastructure has recently received lots of attention as a means to minimize meteorological disasters, adapt to climate change and to leave a better urban environment for the next generation. As of now, Korea's low impact development and green infrastructure technology are standing at the stage of incubation or demonstration. Both central and provincial governments have accelerated the updating of laws and regulations, which allows us to turn the Gray City with Gray Infrastructure that only uses water into a Green City with Green Infrastructure that manages the water. To spread and distribute such a notion in a systemic way, it requires new technology development tailored to Korea, verification of technology, and maintenance of related technological standards, cooperation with other industries, training & promotion, and the participation of citizens.

The demand for green tourism has increased in Korea. The increasing demand for green tourism caused is by reduction of working hours and longing for rural life. Moreover, many view amenity regarded as a good resource of green tourism. Amenity is however an abstract and complex idea. Even though many people were interested in amenity, the movement or practice of amenity in Korea was still as its in infancy stage. This paper was an exploratory study of amenity and paving the way for further studies on amenity in Korea. The objectives of this study were 1) to explore the philosophical background, origin and history, and classification of amenity, 2) and decide on future course of using amenity for rural viability.
