제천시의 방재형 도시 근린공원 조성 계획 (Planning of Neighborhood Parks for the Disaster Prevention in Jecheon City)

  • 급속한 기후변화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 재해 규모의 대형화 및 다양화는 근본적인 해결 방안을 요구하고 있다. 특히 도시 공간은 도시 인구의 증가 현상과 불투수층의 기반시설에 기초하여 재해의 피해와 대응에 대한 복합적 대책을 수립해야 하는 실정이다. 이에 공공 공간인 도시의 녹색공간을 활용하여 방재공간을 확보하고, 재해저감형 공원시스템을 도입함으로써 토지 매입의 경제적 문제와 방재시스템의 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있다. 각 지자체는 최근 발표된 국토교통부의 가이드라인을 통해 재해저감 유형별 시스템과 선도 사업을 선정하여 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시민의 생활 건강과 행복의 녹색 공간인 도보권 근린공원을 대상으로 도시의 물 관리와 소생태계 보전을 함께 갖추는 도시 녹지 공간을 방재형 근린공원의 조성 모델로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 통해 추후 기존 도시 구조 내 생활권 근린공원의 기후변화 적응 모델로 활용하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • A planned access method on constantly-changing-community unit plan changes and develops based on the periodical situation and also plan theory. In this research, it is to present the link between the theory of complex city change and the plan factor of it, and to show how Korean residential complex plan has changed as time passed and how new concept of city plan came up and by applying new methods how can this affect our real world and the past plan. In the phase of analysis, it analyzed the flow of 'community unit plan' and its theory and investigated the factor of compositional space and built a analysis frame. The factors of community unit plan are space structure, size and shape of block, population, distribution of facilities and movement system. It chose the place that can represent the flow of community unit plan trand and that indicates the obvious development leading to Jamsil (1975), Gwa Chun (1980), Mok Dong (1983), Sang Ge (1985), Ilsan (1989), Dong tan (2001) and Eun Jung (2003) total of 7 places. And to compare a similar size of the city, it selected a small community unit. Based on the result of theoretical study and prior research, it can be said that the space composition style has change from a whole complete complex area to a linked-cross over community unit and the access of urban level was on set. Also, a pedestrian walking area was secured and the dense of building structure and pleasant environment wanting need was in balance. For facility plans, the usage of facility and functional change brought change of type, size and disposition. The walking area for pedestrian became a huge matter. Therefore, market, education, public facilities and green system collaborated to co-build a whole community unit and activated the walking environment. Also, public transportation, environment friendly city organization was built.

상주지방의 고주택 정원양식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the traditional Garden Style of Sang Ju Districts in Korea)

  • To investigate the traditiional gaden style of Sang ju Districts, 5 renown houses of noble family in Lee Dynasty were chosen to surey the environmental landscape and characteristics inner and outer space. 1. Traditional houses were located in natural environments based on topography(pung su-ji ri : forming philosophy of Taoism Buddbism and Korean native Sharmanism) which were reflected the 5 Elements of positive and Negative(Yin and Yang 5 Elements) 2. The formation of space is made of oblong by fence arrangement of dwelling housos has An Chae and Sa Rang Chae, and inner court of Anchae has style of oblong, and outer court of Sa Rang Chae has style of sililar oblong. Inner court is closed and outer is half opened. 3. Flow planning is straight and blique line because arrangement of dwelling houses is formed by theory of Dong-Suh Sa Taek(東西四宅), the flowing is complicated and connected from gate to room of An Chae. 4. Character of garden have simple neat whereas vegetable yard, green shade tree, and fruit trees have. Houses were built with their natural environments and streams in order to borrow landscaping in Sa Rang Chae. Specially they were not built pond. 5. Houses has one or two vegetable yard along inner and outer space and are seen as mixed planting more deciduous trees than evergreen trees.

  • This study suggested a vegetation restoration plan for a coastal area where the ecosystem conservation fund return project, targeting the whole area of Dalmaji-gil, located in Haeundae, Busan. After distinguishing if it would be a proper site for the operation of the ecosystem conservation fund return project by analyzing the ecological environment, human environment, and the current status of land owners, the target species for vegetation restoration was determined, and the facilities and programs were selected in accordance with the spatial division of the biosphere reserve. The basic direction is as follows. First, is the expansion of green space and the securement of life habitats downtown. Second, is the conservation of core areas by separating the conserved area from the space for use. Third, is the establishment of ecological resting space and the reinforcement of an ecological educational programs. The significance of this study is to suggest a vegetation restoration plan of a coastal area, fully utilizing the existing vegetation of the subject area, by suggesting the land use and flow planning, environmental improvement (vegetation restoration) plan, life habitats establishment plan, planting plan, and hydrologic plan, facilities, maintenance, and monitoring plan based on the basic direction. This study would provide useful basic data for ecosystem conservation and restoration in the Korean Peninsula, surrounded by the ocean on three sides.

전략환경평가 모형의 적용에 관한 연구(II): 수원 도시기본계획 평가를 사례로 (A Study on the Application of the Strategic Environmental Assessment(SEA) Model(II): with reference to Suwon Urban Comprehensive Plan)

  • In this study, for the effective environmental investigation at the level of planning, environmental assessment model to be integrated with urban comprehensive plans was developed. This model was applied to the Suwon City urban comprehensive plan and was tested to derive the future application program and the adaptability to the current research issues. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, we defined basic items for environmental assessment as to be used in the developed SEA model. We also defined three ranges and twelve items for the environmental assessments, which can be used in the assessment of the urban comprehensive plan through the expert advices. Second, we performed the case study by applying the developed SEA model to the Suwon City urban comprehensive assessment, and investigated the environmental impacts through an expert inquiry at the "phase 5" of the model. The results of the case study showed that Suwon City urban comprehensive plan contained partially discrepancies at the goal of the planning. The spatial strategy for leisure, park and open space, and green belt was analysed not to be effective in energy use. The case study also indicated that the environments of Suwon City are expected to be much worse in each sectional plan, if the City was to implement the present five sectional plans for life boundary and distribution of population, land use plan, transportation plan, industrial development plan, and life environmental plan. Third, according to the result of the case study, an mitigation plan for urban comprehensive plan of Suwon City was proposed as the following four stages; modification of planning goal, modification of site alternatives, modification of planning contents, and proposal of mitigation measures.

북한 건축 전문매체 분석을 통한 살림집 계획 동향 (North Korean Housing Planning Trend through Analysis on North Korean Architectural Media)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the supply status and planning trend of North Korean housing through analysis on the North Korean architecture specialized media data. The flat composition is changing and the living room is becoming the center of the houses. Also, in the urban areas, the standard apartment type is four apartments in a row and the plan form is getting diversified into circle type, Y type, and irregular type. On the other hand, in the rural areas, two houses in a row and single house are typical and the change in planning scale and space structure are not substantial. Since the 2000s, design changes have been made to emphasize the third dimensional structure of buildings such as the elliptical houses and L-shaped houses. Furthermore, 8~10 households are located on one floor which leads to the tendency of the building enlargement. In terms of house size, a square concept was introduced to replace the initial 2~3 room concept and the basic module of the room planning the 3 room house based on $3m{\times}3m$. However, there seems to be no standard house size, and the house size may differ depending on the social classandregion. In the early 1980s, when there was focus on the apartment complex construction, the high-rise apartment buildings of 30~40 floors was planned. However, during the Pyongyang redevelopment project, apartments of more or less than 10 floors were built and row-houses of more or less than 4 floors were built. In terms of the complex scale, a lot of small complexes of around 300 households are emerging after 2010. The construction projects are mainly limited to specific regions such as Pyongyang and Samjiyeon, and also limited to specific classes such as the workers and soldiers initially and the scientists lately. In addition, living boundary composition and ancillary facilities for sufficient green area ratio securement and the people of North Korea are maintained consistently. In recent years, the specialized floor planning such as solar house and the house for the disabled people, framework houses for redevelopment business, and multi-storied house construction technology are also emerging.

도시의 3차원 물리적 환경변수와 지표온도의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Three-Dimensional Built Environment and Urban Surface Temperature)

  • This study examines the relationship between three-dimensional urban built environment and urban surface temperature using LANDSAT 8 satellite image data in Seoul city. The image was divided into 600m×600m grid units as an unit of analysis. Due to the high level of spatial dependency in surface temperature, this study uses spatial statistics to take into account spatial auto-correlation. The spatial error model shows the best goodness of fit. The analysis results show that the three-dimensional built environment and transport environment as well as natural environment have statistically significant associations with surface temperature. First, natural environment variables such as green space, streams and river, and average elevation show statistically significant negative association with surface temperature. Second, the building area shows a positive association with surface temperature. In addition, while sky view factor (SVF) has a positive association with surface temperature, surface roughness (SR) shows a negative association with it. Third, transportation related variables such as road density, railway density, and traffic volume show positive associations with surface temperature. Moreover, this study finds that SVF and SR have different effects on surface temperature in regard to the levels of total floor areas in built environment. The results indicate that interactions between floor area ratio (FAR) and three-dimensional built environmental variables such as SVF and SR should be considered to reduce urban surface temperature.

도로변 완충녹지의 식재구조에 따른 초미세먼지(PM2.5)농도 저감효과 연구 - 서울 송파구 완충녹지를 대상으로 - (A Study on Decreasing Effects of Ultra-fine Particles (PM2.5) by Structures in a Roadside Buffer Green - A Buffer Green in Songpa-gu, Seoul -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 도시계획시설로 조성되는 완충녹지가 $PM_{2.5}$(초미세먼지) 저감에 효과가 있는지를 규명하고, 도로변 완충녹지의 구조, 녹량(녹지용적), 식재유형에 따른 초미세먼지 변화량을 분석하여 초미세먼지 저감을 위한 완충녹지 조성 시 활용할 수 있는 요소들을 도출하는 것이었다. 연구대상지는 송파구를 선정하였고, 양재대로, 송파대로에 인접한 5개의 완충녹지에서 16개 조사구를 선정해 현장조사를 실시하였다. $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 측정결과, 조사구별 평균농도는 계절 상관없이 보도 $46.6{\mu}g/m^3$, 녹지 $45.5{\mu}g/m^3$, 주거지 $42.9{\mu}g/m^3$로 모두 도로($53.2{\mu}g/m^3$)보다 낮았으며, 주거지 농도 값이 가장 낮았다. 완충녹지의 농도 저감효과 확인을 위해 완충녹지의 녹량과 초미세먼지 상대비율간의 상관관계 분석결과, 교목과 관목 전체 녹량이 높은 그룹의 상대비율이 낮은 것으로 확인되어 완충녹지 녹량의 영향력을 증명했으며, 관목 부족형이 교목 부족형보다 농도상대비율이 더 높은 것으로 확인되어 관목의 영향이 더 큰 것으로 판단되었다. 교목과 관목의 식재구조에 따른 녹피율과 녹지용적계수가 복합적으로 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 저감에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 교목의 열수와 관목의 층위구조가 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도 저감에 중요한 영향요인으로 판단되었다. 특히, 초미세먼지 농도가 높은 겨울철 완충녹지의 $PM_{2.5}$ 농도저감 특성 분석결과, 관목의 녹피율이 중요한 요인이었다.

보행접근성 분석에 기반한 근린공원의 공원서비스 평가 - 성남시 분당구를 대상으로 - (Evaluation of Park Service in Neighborhood Parks based on the Analysis of Walking Accessibility - Focused on Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si -)

  • 도시화가 진행되면서 공원녹지에 대한 수요는 증가하고 있다. 공원녹지는 도시 내에서 사람들이 자유롭게 옥외활동을 할 수 있는 공간으로 인식되고 있어 중요한 공간이다. 공원서비스 권역은 거리를 기반으로 어느 범위까지 서비스를 제공하고 있는지를 보여주는 척도이다. 이 과정에서 접근성이라는 개념은 중요하게 작용하며 특히 보행은 사람의 가장 기본적인 이동수단으로서 공원 이용에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 하지만 현재 공원서비스 권역 분석은 소외지역을 발견하는 것에 중점을 두고 있어 수혜지역에 대한 세부적인 평가는 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 보행네트워크의 보행접근성을 바탕으로 공원서비스 권역을 평가하고자 한다. 공원서비스는 이용자가 직접 공원을 방문함으로써 발생하는 서비스로서 접근성이 이용 가능성으로 나타날 것으로 판단된다. 보행네트워크의 정량화를 위하여 본 연구에서는 공간구문론을 활용하여 통합도 값을 바탕으로 보행접근성 분석을 진행하였다. 통합도 값은 보행네트워크의 접근성 정도를 수치화하여 보여주는 지표로서 본 연구에서는 통합도 값이 높을수록 공원 이용 가능성이 높다고 해석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분당구의 공원서비스 권역은 43%를 차지하고 있으며, 보행접근성이 높은 구간이 대부분 포함되어 있지만 일부 보행접근성이 좋은 구간은 제외되어 있다. 이는 도시계획 과정에서 주거지역과 상업 및 업무 지역이 우선적으로 지정되고 그 후에 공원녹지 지역이 선정되는 과정에서 나타나는 현상으로 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 분당구를 기준으로 공원서비스 권역 및 공원서비스 권역 내 보행접근성을 법정동별로 분류하였다. 개별 법정동 별로 차이가 나타나며, 이에 따른 공원에 대한 이용 가능성이 다르게 나타날 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 같은 도시계획 과정에서 만들어진 지역이라도 보행접근성에 따른 공원서비스 권역의 평가는 차이가 나타났다. 이를 활용하여 생활권 계획에 반영될 수 있는 개별 동 단위의 평가가 가능하며 추후 이를 반영한 공원녹지 정책에서 유용한 지표로 활용될 수 있다.

종분포모형을 이용한 도시 내 양봉꿀벌 서식환경 분석 연구 - 천안시를 중심으로 - (Habitat Analysis Study of Honeybees(Apis mellifera) in Urban Area Using Species Distribution Modeling - Focused on Cheonan -)

  • The problem of the population number of honeybees that is decreasing not only domestically but also globally, has a great influence on human beings and the entire ecosystem. The habitat of honeybees is recognized to be superior in urban environment rather than rural environment, and predicting for habitat assessment and conservation is necessary. Based on this, we targeted Cheonan City and neighboring administrative areas where the distribution of agricultural areas, urban areas, and forest areas is displayed equally. In order to predict the habitat preferred by honeybees, we apply the Maxent model what based on the presence information of the species. We also selected 10 environmental variables expected to influence honeybees habitat environment through literature survey. As a result of constructing the species distribution model using the Maxent model, 71.7% of the training data were shown on the AUC(Area Under Cover) basis, and it was be confirmed with an area of 20.73% in the whole target area, based on the 50% probability of presence of honeybees. It was confirmed that the contribution of the variable has influence on land covering, distance from the forest, altitude, aspect. Based on this, the possibility of honeybee's habitat characteristics were confirmed to be higher in wetland environment, in agricultural land, close to forest and lower elevation, southeast and west. The prediction of these habitat environments has significance as a lead research that presents the habitat of honeybees with high conservation value of ecosystems in terms of urban space, and it will be useful for future urban park planning and conservation area selection.
