A green area plan is getting attention as a way to solve the recent urban problems such as the rise of environment problems. To correspond to this change, there were dramatic amendments for the green area related laws. These amendments are appraised as the epochal turning point for the green area policies. This study is to introduce the main contents of amended urban green area law and urban park law in Japan, to compare with the Korean green area related laws, and to summarize the special features of both countries' green policies and the comments about the Korean green area policy structures. As a result, this amendment of Japan established the unified green area policy structure supporting the green area policies of municipal governments and is inducing living environment improvement by securing green area in the center of city, support, and the participation of residents. On the other hands, this amendment of Korea is a lack of the systemization of green area policy and the phased establishments of green area plan in spite of the scope of whole city because of absence of the unified high level plan.
This studies was carried out to estimate the influence of mowing height, time lapse, rolling, and dew removal on green speed of putting green in Lake Side C. C. on 29, 30 Jun. 1998. The results were as follows. As mowing height increased, green speed tended to be decreased. After mowing, green speed tended to be decreased over the time, and appeared to be decrease significantly on the next day[Y=3.206-0.127.X1-1.41$\times$10-2.X4(Y=green speed, X1=mowing height, X4=time lapse)]. This suggests that the frequency of mowing must be increased to maintain the green speed. But, frequent mowing cause the turfgrass of putting green to be stressed. Rolling tended to increase green speed[Y=3.555-0.202.X1+0.111.X2(Y=green speed, X1=mowing height, X2=rolling)]. Thus, rollers is thought to be an tool used to increase green speed and rolling is expected to be able to decrease turfgrass stress while maintaining the performance level of the putting green. Dew removal appeared to increase green speed significantly[Y=2.499-0.125.X1+0.366.X3(Y=green speed, X1=mowing height, X3=dew removal)]. Thus, dew removal is expected to maintain the green speed in the morning.
The purposes of this studies were (1) to compare environmentally responses with green responses, (2) and departmentalized green responses, (3) and linked green responses to sustainability. First, I compared environmental responses with green responses. Environmental responses and green responses had different paradigm. So it is impossible to compare them same criteria. And there is no theory and method to prove which is better. I can't tell which one is better because they environmental responses and green responses. Second, I departmentalized green responses and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each departmentalized green responses. Third, linked green responses to sustainability. It is difficult to seek environmentally sustainable society without losing sustainable economic growth. Green responses and environmentally sustainable society seems to impractical. Environmentally sustainable society and sustainable economic growth seems to will never meet no matter how far extended. At the present speaking, sustainable economic growth and an environmentally sustainable society were incompatible.
This research was conducted to suggest some directions for desirable urban green space planning through 1) establishing a new classification system by examining the existing concept, problems and characteristics of green space and 2) defining the essence of green space environment and finding some analytical and evaluative methods through a clear establishment of functions, indicators of green space. In the research, measurements of the amount of green space was accompanied with measurements of green covered space, green volume, and the structure of greenery within the frame of vision. As result, three-dimensional measurement was possible, three-dimensional measurement was possible, which turned out to be more effective than the existing 2-dimensional measuring method. It is found that the ratio of green covered space is to proportional to the ratio of green volume in this study. Therefore in green space planning process it is desirable to consider the ratio of green volume all together.
In this study, in order to find out relationship of green space distribution and lower air temperature effect, observed air temperature distribution in and out green space in the cloudy. On basis of the result, we are analyzed relationship of air temperature distribution in and out green space, of green space distribution and air temperature of, lower air temperature effect and the urban in between the green space by using regression analysis. According to the result, the higher temperature zone formed around urban, and the lower temperature zone was similar to shape of green space. In case of the green space, higher temperature zone is formed around paved surface and barren ground, lower temperature zone is done forest and water area. To compare air temperature of windward and leeward around green space, the windward formed the lower temperature zone and although the wind direction is not the leeward to the green space, air temperature formed lower temperature zone to the urban in between the green space.

Substantial growth in the economy and extensive use of natural resources has become a major issue in the modern world. Organizations have started to worry about the environment and are beginning to invest in and practice green strategies. Companies should be responsible for the environment and use sustainable methods to run their businesses. The main purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual approach to Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) in the hospitality industry. The theoretical framework of GHRM practices such as green recruitment, green selection, green training and development, green performance appraisal, green reward and compensation, and corporate environmental responsibility have been comprehensively studied for this purpose. Green Human Resource Management in the hospitality sector is a less studied and rarely implemented phenomenon. The integration of GHRM and CER along with green competitive advantage and green supply chain management in hospitality is new concept in hospitality industry. Study suggests that Corporate environmental responsibility (CER) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) have a significant role in the hospitality industry. However, for sustainable development of tourism and hospitality, this concept should be capitalized with necessary research and development.

It also improves consumers' green brand knowledge, positively influences their attitude toward green brands. This research examines the role of green brand image between green marketing practice and consumers' green purchasing intention Research design, Data, and methodology - This research has conducted the 'Qualitative Content Analysis' in the current literature dataset. It is crucial to create the procedures and processes that is used to acquire the data needed to structure or solve problems. Finally, total 35 prior studies included for the analysis. Result - Based on prior studies, the current authors figured out that the green brand image plays an essential role in promoting companies' efforts in green marketing practices and green purchase intentions through its mediating ability by fostering trust, green perceived value, green brand loyalty, and social responsibility as a significant determiner of green practices Conclusion - This research concludes that green brand positioning helps companies secure a special place in a consumers' mind by facilitating the design of the desired green brand awareness image and strengthening consumers' desire to purchase a specific green product/service. Green brand positioning centers on the way marketing communications of green brand features green brand knowledge.
The "Green Policy" of Korean government is classified as three categories, the first is 'reduction of fossil fuel use', the second is 'clean energy development' and the last is 'sustainable green property which has a continuous value in the use'. In this matter, this study provides how the green property concept include green infrastructure and how to link the green infrastructure to effective geo-spatial management by cadastre system. The establishment of green infrastructure is not a simple procedure, but definitely starts from the cadastre system. If the green policy includes sustainable way of land/marine use, the green cadastre is significant because of its possibilities to be used as a powerful implementation.
The Green integral equation for the calculation of the forward-speed time-harmonic radiation-diffraction potentials IS derived. The forward-speed Green function presented by Brard is used and the correct free surface boundary condition for the Green function is imposed. The cause of the mistakes in the existing Green integral equation is also pointed out.
Global regulatory pressures relating climate change and environmental responsibility are asking companies to find out the best way for sustaining their continuous business growths. It could be known that inadequate management for environmental issues are bad for business, negatively affecting brand image, causing unnecessary losses and costs for environmental preservation. For this reason, environmentally conscious green business growth has been recognized as an essential requirement for a company to stay in business. Many companies are looking for green business opportunities of improving their environmental and financial results, and struggling with how green fits into their business. In this paper, the Green Six Sigma, an environmentally conscious Six Sigma methodology, is presented as a way to find solutions for green growths. The Six Sigma is known as a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for achieving world-class performance in any process from manufacturing to transactional. In chronological order, the Six Sigma has been evolved from Motorola's quality-oriented methodology to GE's cost-oriented lean approach, and is being evolved and developed as an environment-oriented green growth approach. There is no doubt that the Green Six Sigma, as an engine of green growth, is a power tool for achieving competitive business performance and reducing the impact on the environment.
