건축설비 관련 현황과 교육면에서의 개선방향 고찰 (A Study on Present Condition and Educational Improvement Plan of Building Services System)

  • The education of building services field at university is not enough, although the field has become to be very important in architectural engineering. This lack of education is one of the reason that the level of domestic building services field is lower than that in developed countries. Present conditions of related laws, fields of work after graduation and education at university in building services field have been studied, and education conditions have been investigated divided into four-year architectural engineering course and five-year architecture course. Though building services field has become more important at university education, the number of credits and professor of the field is still small than other fields of architectural engineering. More practical curriculums are necessary to meet the expectation of companies, and it will be one of the method to meet it that criteria of curriculum constitution is according to ABEEK(Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea) in more architectural engineering department.

Buckling and bending of coated FG graphene-reinforced composite plates and shells

  • The advancement of theoretical research has numerous challenges, particularly with regard to the modeling of structures, in contrast to experimental investigation of the mechanical behavior of complex systems. The main objective of this investigation is to provide an analytical analysis of the static problem of a new generation of composite structure, namely, functionally graded FG graphene reinforced composite GRC coated plates/shells. A complex power law function is used to define the material's graduation. Investigations are conducted on Hardcore and Softcore coated FG plates/shells. The virtual work approach is used to perform the equilibrium equations, which are then solved using the Galerkin technique to account for various boundary conditions. With reliable published articles, the presented solution is validated. The effects of hardcore and softcore distributions, gradation indexes, and boundary conditions on the buckling, bending deflection and stresses of FG GRC-coated shells are presented in detail. Obtained results and the developed procedure are supportive for design and manufacturing of FG-GRC coated plates/shells in several fields and industries e.g., aerospace, automotive, marine, and biomedical implants.

패션 CS(Costumer Service) 교과목 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Fashion CS Course)

  • As an effort to improve the employment of graduates from fashion.related departments, this study purposed to develop a course that may contribute to a broader range of employment, focusing on CS, which has been overlooked by fashion.related departments, among various job categories in the fashion industry. In order to determine the necessity of the new course, we surveyed job categories that enrolled students wanted to have after graduation and graduates'opinions on and responses to the opening of the new course. In addition, for the efficient design of the course, this study extracted the practically applicable goals and contents of the course from basic theories in previous CS .related studies in the area of fashion studies and from interviews with field workers in related businesses. Through these multi.sided approaches, this study proposed a fashion CS course as a major applied subject with an hours' theory and two hours' practice classes, and suggested a weekly teaching plan of 15 weeks. This study is meaningful in that it expanded the scope and variety of employment for students of fashion.related departments, and developed a course that can be immediately applicable to any CS.related jobs. The results of this study are expected to expand work areas for graduates from fashion.related departments in the fashion industry.

컴퓨터공학 분야의 캡스톤디자인 모델 사례 연구 (Case Study on Capstone Design Model for Computer Engineering)

  • 본 연구에서는 동양미래대학 컴퓨터정보공학과의 캡스톤디자인 관련 교과목을 소개하고, 2015년 1년 동안의 운영 사례를 통하여 컴퓨터공학 분야의 캡스톤디자인 모델을 제안한다. 2015학년도 1학기와 2학기에 각각 운영된 '시스템분석설계'와 '졸업작품(종합설계)'에 대한 운영 사례에서 수업 일정과 내용 등을 제시하고, 컴퓨터공학 분야에서 창의적 문제해결 능력을 갖춘 현장실무형 인재양성을 위한 캡스톤디자인의 성공적인 운영을 위해 캡스톤디자인 모델의 수행 단계를 교과목계획, 프로젝트계획, 개발 구현, 결과보고, 학생 및 교과목평가, 교과목환류의 6단계로 제안하며, 각 단계에서의 주요 사항을 제시한다. 본 연구의 캡스톤디자인 모델의 특징은 거시적인 관점에서 '교과목계획'과 '교과목환류'와 같은 사전 사후 단계의 필요성과 중요성을 제시하며, 소프트웨어공학 요소인 프로토타입과 형상관리 등을 활용한다는 점이다.

업무공간에서 모듈화 된 실내조경이 업무자의 심리적 회복에 미치는 효과 - 업무공간 벽면조경을 중심으로 한 예비연구 - (The Impact of Modulized Interior Landscape on Office Workers' Psychological Wellbeing - A Pilot Study of Focused on the Office Wall -)

  • As office workers tend to spend more time indoors nowadays, the importance of physical environments has been emphasized. Those who work longer hours in the office are likely to get more stress from the environments. A number of studies have proved that the plants (natural elements) were effective in relieving stress. Therefore, it is concluded that interior landscape is effective on enhancing the psychological wellbeing of office workers. The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) to determine the best modulized designs through rating psychological indices, and (2) to prove its effectiveness by applying those designs onto actual office environments. This study was conducted from April, 2012 to November, 2012. The subjects of the study were comprised of 154 juniors and seniors in Seoul Women's University. They are university students who are seeking jobs upon graduation. To this end, field investigations, surveys, and literature reviews were conducted. The results of the study indicated as follows: First, the most optimal models for psychological wellbeing have been derived. Second, the interior landscape had a positive effect on the psychological wellbeing of the office workers. On the basis of these findings, interior landscape with greens plays a big role in promoting the psychological wellbeing of the office workers. Also, its effect can be maximized when modulized design is combined with interior landscape. The limit of this study lies in its simplicity of design elements as emotional design aspects were quantified for statistical processing. In the near future, further studies focusing on various design elements need to be carried out. To sum up, the researcher hopes that these findings contribute to psychological recovery of the office workers, and interior landscape becomes more prevalent in the workplace.

국내 플랜트 엔지니어링 산업의 기계공학 분야 기술인력 수급을 위한 대학교육 개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of University Education to Supply Technical Manpower for Plant Engineering Industry in Mechanical Engineering Field)

  • In this study, improvements of university education are suggested so that university graduates can work in plant engineering industry without major retraining which is required in plant engineering companies. Before disposition of manpower to the plant engineering site, new recruits are retrained by the company for about 2~3 years, since university education is not sufficient and appropriate to handle plant engineering tasks. It is urgent to integrate into university education practical plant engineering that can be used effectively after graduation. In case of S2 University located in Seoul, it is enough to supplement interdisciplinary program to plant engineering subjects if proper texts are developed. To replace plant engineering education offered by the company with the university education, following measures should be taken. First, basic plant engineering should be taught for 15 hours. Second, education on design and drawings should be reinforced.

사용자 보안을 강화한 다중 계정 서비스 구성을 통해 이루어진 공학 교육 실천 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Practical Methodology of Engineering Education through Multi-account Service Composition with Enhanced User Security)

  • 사용자의 계정 정보를 관리하고 NFC(Near Field Communication)와 OTP(One Time Password)를 이용한 이중 보안 시스템을 제안 하고, NFC의 1m 미만의 범위 내에서 인식하는 특징과 NFC 자체의 높은 보안성을 이용하여, 사용자 인증 단계를 강화한 결과물은 4년제 학부체계의 전자공학 전공에서 2인 1조로 1년 6개월 동안 진행한 졸업작품 설계과정에서 이루어졌다. 본 학회의 학술대회를 포함하여 국내 전문학회 학술발표대회 및 논문경진 대회에 3회 참가하여, 중간 결과들을 발표하였고, 지도교수가 포함된 6인의 전공교수들에 의한 3차 심사단계를 거쳐 졸업 작품으로 합격하였다. 합격된 사항은 발표논문 체계로 구성하여 합격한 다른 인원들과 함께 졸업 논문집을 발간하였다. 이러한 단계를 거쳐 얻어진 설계 및 제작의 경험을 통해, 자신감을 얻고 취업 기회를 적극적으로 모색하는 성장의 단계를 갖는 계기가 되었으며, 취업을 통해 공학교육을 실천하는 하나의 방법론을 제시하였다.

패션스페셜리스트에 대(對)한 인식(認識)과 선호(選好) (Recognition and Preference for Fashion Specialist)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist among students from 4-year and 2-year colleges in Taegu, in order to provide basic data for the effective management methods for the students. The objects of the survey were students in Taegu and Kyungbuk province; 287 students from 4-year colleges and 430 students from 2-year colleges, making the total of 717 students. The survey tool was a questionnaire, which consists of 7 general questions, 7 major curriculum related questions, and 6 questions regarding the information about a fashion specialist, and students career plan. It also contains 3-level Licurt type questionnaire on the recognition of and the preference for a fashion specialist from 20 professional fields. SPSS is used for frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, $x^2$-test and ANOVA. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The students' motivation in choosing their major as clothing and fashion design was out of independent career plan (86.7%). They were quite content with their major but were unsatisfactory with the current curriculum. 2. The subjects students thought necessary in preparing to be a fashion specialist were pattern, clothing construction (40.1%), clothing design (33.7%), and fashion marketing (18.9%). The answer to the question about the most important subject in the future was fashion marketing (57.2%). 3. What students consider most in choosing a job was aptitude and ability (70.8%). The most preferable clothing types that students want to work with after graduation were womens clothing (52.1%) and wedding dress (18.1%). 4. The means of getting information on a fashion specialist were magazines or broadcasting (72%) and school lectures (20.6%), and there was a significant deference among colleges. 5. Fashion coordinator was the highest recognized specialist (2.64) and the lowest was fashion converter (1.23) among other fashion specialists. 4-year college students had higher recognition in all areas (20 areas) than 2-year college students, and there was a significant deference among colleges in 20 areas.

핵심기본간호술 재교육이 졸업학년 간호학생의 임상실습스트레스, 비판적 사고성향 및 수행자신감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the Reeducation of Core Fundamental Nursing Skills on Clinical Stress, Critical Thinking Disposition and Self-Confidence in Nursing Skills of Senior Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills on clinical stress, critical thinking disposition, and self-confidence in nursing skills of senior nursing students. Methods: A quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Participants were recruited from two nursing colleges. The sample consisted of an intervention group (n=33) that participated in the educational program and a control group (n=32). The data were collected using self-administered questionnaires. Data analyses utilized $x^2$-test & t-test. Results: After the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills, senior nursing students had less clinical stress (t=-2.089, p=.041) and more self-confidence (t=1.008, p=.318) in nursing skills. However, it had no effect on critical thinking disposition (t=1.008, p=.318). Conclusion: Reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills is important to the nursing profession. Also, nurses who are self-confident in their nursing skills are less stressed about improving the quality of their work due to the reeducation of core fundamental nursing skills. Therefore, it is vital for nursing colleges to reeducate core fundamental nursing skills to their students before graduation.

아두이노를 활용한 프로젝트 기반의 임베디드 시스템 교육 (Project-based Embedded System Education Using Arduino)

  • 본 논문에서는 공학계열 학생들의 임베디드 시스템 수업 사례로 아두이노를 활용한 프로젝트 기반의 학습을 제안한다. 이러한 프로젝트 기반 학습을 공학교육에 도입함으로써 학생들은 전공 교과과정을 통해 학습했던 개별적인 이론들을 실제로 구현해 볼 수 있는 계기가 되었으며 프로젝트 개발의 전 과정에 참여함으로써 현장 실무능력을 쌓을 수 있는 경험을 하게 되었다. 수업 전후 프로젝트 기반 학습의 교육적 효과를 알아보기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 프로젝트 기반 학습은 팀 체제로 운영이 되기 때문에 구성원들 간의 상호작용을 통하여 조직 내에서의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 팀워크를 키울 수 있는 바탕이 되었고 프로젝트의 수행과정에서 만들어진 모든 자료들은 학생들의 포트폴리오 제작에 사용될 수 있어 졸업 후 취업활동을 위한 자료에 큰 도움이 될 수 있었다.
