Early-type galaxies (ETGs) are generally dominated by old low-mass stars, which are not very productive of dust, and hot interstellar plasmas, which are very destructive of dust. Thus ETGs provide harsh environments for survival of dust. It has been found that some ETGs contain a large amount of dust, and yet its supply mechanism is not understood well. We present the result of a systematic study of dust in ETGs with the AKARI mid- and far-infrared all-sky surveys. From the AKARI result and the Ks band data obtained by ground-based telescopes, we find that there is a global correlation between the dust mass and stellar luminosity. We also compare the AKARI all-sky survey result with the CO data to discuss origins of dust in ETGs.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate on the fitting with human resource practice and strategic on 6 public hospital in the point of resource based view. At the result of this study, public strategy is not much fitted into HRM(human resource management) system, but it shows positive result of the fitting with efficiency strategy and HRM system. These results were associated with the integration of G Medical Center. Generally 6 public hospitals of the HRM system and the strategy had not been linked. They also did not achieve a great outcome. We suggest that the manager in charge of each hospital make strategies of the hospital, and then evaluates about fitting with HRM system. We hope, hereafter, it applied the analysis methods that evaluates it with financing result and individual non-financial result all together.

A simulation method has been purposed in this paper to optimize the stack structure of metal/ITO cathode for full transparent or top emission devices. The result demonstrates that the complexity of the two proper layers thicknesses design is reduced. Finally, the experiment data also strain the simulation result.

This paper discusses the effect of plating condition on the mechanical property of electroplated Cu film. Current density, the amount of the organic additives was found to affect the residual stress of electroplated copper film. The result show that, in the case of residual stress, the copper film deposited at higher additive result in lower residual stress and plating current by $15mA/cm^2$ induced a better result than any other ones.

This paper is a part of the development on the safe navigation model of tugs and barges in Korea waters. desk-top tug-barge simulator is to train the crew of tugs and barges, especially tugs' crew. It is connected with steering and engine telegraph console and winch control console, and can describe three types of operation mode for a tug-barge working unit, towing mode, side by side and push mode. It can also record and assess each simulation run. The evaluation module can confirm the result of a finished simulation run and help trainees to find and correct their faults, and it is composed of result evaluation and process evaluation.

Virtual reality applications in Head-Mounted Displays require high frame rates and low latency rendering techniques. Ray tracing offers many benefits, such as high-quality image generation, but has not been utilized due to lower performance than rasterization. But that can obtain good result combined with gaze-tracking technology and human visual system's operation principle. In this paper, we propose a method to optimize the foveated sampling map and to maintain the visual quality through the fast voronoi nearest interpolation. The proposed method further reduces the computational cost that has been improved by the previous foveated sampling. It also smoothes the voronoi boundary using adaptive sibson interpolation, which was not possible in real-time. As a result, the proposed method can render real-time high-quality images with low visual difference.

식도천공은 신생아에서 드문 질환이다. 그러나 영양관 삽관으로 인한 의인성 식도천공은 미숙아에서는 특히 드물지 않게 나타난다. 의인성 식도천공은 기흉같은 심한 합병증을 유발하며 사망을 일으킬 수 있다. 일반적으로 식도천공의 결과로 기흉이 발생하는 것으로 알려져있다. 반면에, 저자들은 기흉이 먼저 병발하고 이 후 의인성으로 발생한 식도천공을 경험하였다. 증례의 식도천공은 환아에게 기흉이 발생한 채로 영양관을 삽관하여 야기되었다. 기흉이 있는 상태에서 영양관 삽관을 고려할 때는 더 심사숙고 하여야 할 것이다.

There are lots of specialized graduate schools such as law school, medical school, business school. These specialized graduate schools has been designed to train the special experts practically from 1990s in Korea. For all that, there are no specialized graduate schools supported by the Small and Medium Business Administration(SMBA). So we will research the establishment plan of SME(Small and Medium Enterprise) specialized school for the development of SMEs. Recently, the SMBA supports the 2 types of graduate school such as the entrepreneurship graduate school and consulting graduate school. However, it is clear that these 2 types of schools are yet insufficient in terms of efficiency and redundancy. As the representative specialized graduate schools are law school and MOT(Management of Technology) in Korea, we do the comparative study with law school and MOT school. Through the comparative study, we can find some implication for SME specialized graduate school. As a result, the SME school has to need the training system such as the special master's and doctor's degree, over 3 year course work, daytime class, many practical professors, specialized programs with industry like the MOT school. In conclusion, we suggest that : First, the SME specialized graduate school has to be designed for potential SME consultants. Second, the entrepreneurship graduate school and the consulting graduate school can be integrated into the SME specialized school easily. Third, the SME specialized graduate school can have new educational models.

The AKARI 9 and 18 µm diffuse maps reveal the all-sky distribution of the interstellar medium with relatively high spatial resolution of ~6". The zodiacal light is a dominant foreground component in the mid-infrared. Thus, removal of the zodiacal light is a critical issue to study low surface brightness Galactic diffuse emission. We carried out modeling of the zodiacal light based on the Kelsall model which is constructed from the COBE data. In the previous study, only a time-varying component of the zodiacal light brightness was used for determination of the model parameters. However, there remains a residual component of the zodiacal light around the ecliptic plane even after removal with the model. Therefore, instead of using a time-varying component, we use the absolute brightness of the zodiacal light and we find that the new model can better remove the residual component. As a result, the best-fit model parameters are changed from those in the previous study. We discuss the properties of the zodiacal light based on our new result.

This paper proposes a wireless LAN antenna system that tracks an object automatically by using image-based tracking. The proposed system consists of a camera and a pan-tilt unit in addition to a directional wireless LAN antenna. The camera and the directional antenna are set in same direction and they are set on the pan-tilt unit. A target object which has a wireless LAN receiver is tracked by using images captured by the camera. And the directional antenna faces in same direction as the camera by the pan-tilt unit. Therefore, the directional antenna keeps pointing the receiver, and a transmitting efficiency is improved. A result of a fundamental experiment shows that a receiver attached to a flying airship was tracked by a prototype of the proposed antenna system. The airship flied about, and the proposed antenna system was set on a roof of a building. The experimental result indicates an effectiveness of the proposed system compared to the conventional directional LAN antenna.
