User Responses Towards Information Distribution of Copyright Law No. 28 of 2014 Concerning Permits for Commercial Use of Music Performing Rights

  • Purpose: This article discusses public acceptance in the information distribution of Copyright Law no. 28 of 2014 and Government Regulation No. 56 of 2021 in Indonesia concerning the commercial use of music. Hospitality industry is one of the most affected by this regulations, which some hotelsrefused to comply. To get royalties, LMKN approaches with socialization either directly or indirectly to commercial music users. Research design, data and methodology: Quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires, then testing the validity and reliability tests using the SmartPLS application. The population studied were Hotels on Java and Bali Island in Indonesia. The research sample is 100 hotels. Result: R-Square value of 0.706 for the construct (Y) User Response which means that (X) Socialization can explain the variance (Y) User Response of 70.3%. This shows that the level of influence (X) Socialization has an effect on (Y) User Response. Conclusion: User responses regarding the distribution information of the Act indicate the need for socialization, because socialization provides literacy to the public. More frequent socialization will provide a good opportunity to increase the response of commercial music users.

100 K-Poison: 한국어 생성 모델을 위한 독성 텍스트 저항력 검증 데이터셋 (100 K-Poison: Poisonous Texts Resistance Test Dataset For Korean Generative Models)

  • 본고는 한국어 생성 모델의 독성 텍스트 저항 능력을 검증하기 위해 'CVALUE' 데이터셋에서 추출한 고난도 독성 질문-대답 100쌍을 바탕으로 한국어 생성 모델을 위한 '100 K-Poison' 데이터셋을 시범적으로 구축했다. 이 데이터셋을 토대로 4가지 대표적인 한국어 생성 모델 'ZeroShot TextClassifcation'과 'Text Generation7 실험을 진행함으로써 현재 한국어 생성 모델의 독성 텍스트 식별 및 응답 능력을 종합적으로 고찰했고, 모델 간의 독성 텍스트 저항력 격차 현상을 분석했으며, 앞으로 한국어 생성 모델의 독성 텍스트 식별 및 웅대 성능을 한층 더 강화하기 위한 '이독공독(以毒攻毒)' 학습 전략을 새로 제안하였다.

개인정보 특화 개체명 주석 대화 데이터셋 기반 생성AI 활용 개체명 탐지 (Named Entity Detection Using Generative Al for Personal Information-Specific Named Entity Annotation Conversation Dataset)

  • 본 연구에서는 민감한 개인정보의 유출과 남용 위험이 높아지고 있는 상황에서 정확한 개인정보 탐지 및 비식별화의 효율을 높이기 위해 개인정보 항목에 특화된 개체명 체계를 개발하였다. 개인정보 태그셋이 주석된 대화 데이터 4,981세트를 구축하고, 생성 AI 모델을 활용하여 개인정보 개체명 탐지 실험을 수행하였다. 실험을 위해 최적의 프롬프트를 설계하여 퓨샷러닝(few-shot learning)을 통해 탐지 결과를 평가하였다. 구축한 데이터셋과 영어 기반의 개인정보 주석 데이터셋을 비교 분석한 결과 고유식별번호 항목에 대해 본 연구에서 구축한 데이터셋에서 더 높은 탐지 성능이 나타났으며, 이를 통해 데이터셋의 필요성과 우수성을 입증하였다.

Optimizing Distribution Channels: How Digital Marketing Communication Enhances Trust and Loyalty in Indonesian Banking

  • Purpose: This study explored how Indonesian banks utilize digital marketing communication strategies to optimize their distribution channels, leading to enhanced customer trust and brand loyalty. It examined specific methods such as sponsorships, social media, institutional partnerships, and mobile banking application features as key components of this digital distribution strategy. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: This study employed mixed methods design to assess digital distribution impacts. It involved 385 Jakarta bank customers. The sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula. Results: The findings indicate that effective digital distribution strategies, including sponsorships, social media engagement, and user-friendly mobile banking applications, significantly enhance customer trust and loyalty. However, overly complex features may negatively impact loyalty. Conclusion: Thisstudy demonstrates a clear connection between the strategic use of digital marketing channels, such as sponsorships, social media, institutional partnerships, and mobile banking features, and the development of customer trust and loyalty. The results provide valuable insights to Indonesian banks in designing digital distribution strategies that prioritize building trust and fostering integrated customer interactions. Tailored digital marketing approachesthat optimize distribution can significantly enhance both trust and loyalty among Indonesian bank customers.

Development and Evaluation of Smartphone Detox Program for University Students

  • This study evaluates the effectiveness of smartphone detox program for smartphone addiction among university students. To reduce the rate of smartphone addiction and its negative effects on physical, mental and social wellness, a six-session program was applied to sixteen participants who voluntarily completed the entire program and responded to pre-post survey. Smartphone Addiction Proneness Scale (SAPS) was used for smartphone addiction assessment with Mental Health Scale, Positive Psychological Capital Scale for mental wellness and Self-Management Scale for physical and social wellness. Results received after the program indicated that, smartphone addiction and mental health scores decreased significantly while the average scores of self-management and positive psychological capital increased respectively. Furthermore, the rate of high-risk group decreased, and the participants, affirmed in their self-evaluation report that excessive use of smartphone negatively affects their body, mind and interpersonal relationship. Thus, smartphone detox program is effective in reducing smartphone addiction and improving the students' wellness.
