2D카메라를 이용한 A* 경로 계획 기법 (A* Path Planning using 2D Camera)

  • 본 논문에서는 로봇이 정해진 폐구간을 이동하기 위해서 위에서 아래로 촬영한 카메라 정보를 활용한다. 로봇을 특정위치로 이동시키기 위해서는 카메라를 제어하는 서버 시스템과 로봇의 위치를 인식하기 위한 마크가 필요하다. 서버는 로봇의 위치를 로봇으로 인식하는 마크의 색 값으로 카메라로부터 인지하고 로봇에 위치 이동 명령을 수행할 서버와 로봇이 네트워크를 통해 Planning을 수행한다. 본 연구에서 휴머노이드 로봇인 나오와 로봇에 위치를 촬영할 카메라 그리고 이미지 처리를 하기 위해 OpenCV와 이동 알고리즘으로 $A^*$를 활용하여 Planning을 구현한다.

  • This study was carried out to evaluate cytotoxic effects of Houttuynia cordata THUNB extracts on A549 (lung cancer), MDA-MB231 (breast cancer), SNU-C4 (colon cancer) and B16 (mouse melanoma) cell lines. We have determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazoliumbromide (MTT) assay. The 150 $\mu$g/$m\ell$ concentration of methanol extract (63.81 ％) of Houttuynia cordata THUNB was shown significantly antitoxic activity on A549 cell lines. (omitted)

  • This research was performed to investigate the protective effect of Yangguksanwha-tang(YST) agaist ischemic damage in PC 12 cells. To elucidate the mechanism of the protective effect of YST on ischemic insult. cell viability and changes in activities of Superoxide dismutase. Glutathione Peroxidase. Catalase. capase 3 and the production of Malondialdehyde were observed after treating PC12 cells with YSt which was metabolized by rat liver homogenate. (omitted)

  • Active upwelling air motion in every summer over the Tibetan plateau is an essential process controlling activities of asian summer monsoon which affects water cycle and precipitation in eastern Asia. Large heating rate of surface air on the high plateau with average height of 4000m is considered to cause such large scale upwelling over the plateau. (omitted)
