일본 전통마을의 유지.관리방법 분석 -쯔마고마을과 시라카와마을을 사례로- (An Analysis of Management Methods for Traditional Village in Japan -The Case of Tumago Village and Shiragawa Village-)

  • The traditional village, which is subject for this paper, can be defined as a community having unique combinations of natural, cultural, and social characteristics of that nation, which reflects settlement environments during hundreds of years. Now, in spite of tis potential power of traditional village, national strategies do not find satifsactory directions in Korea. In terms of this concenrs, this paper tries to analyze and diagnose about successful precedents(Tsumage village and Shiragawa village, Japan) with focus on the village management. And this paper aims to explore concrete management systems of Japanese cases, to find clues for practical application, and to suggest several instructive concepts in the light of management system of traditional village management. The analysis is progressed in three viewpoints(village space, village attraction, and village community). And it is extracted that diverse management systems are necessary to secure sustainable traditional village and their way of life, particularly in the face of the pressure of tourism. As a result of exploring of Japanese two cases, representative characteristics, which are found, are as follow; Fist, objective of management is not tourism development but maintenance of sustainable life system. Second, management systems are having not compulsory but spontaneous open decision making process, and in particular, village management is mainly operated by the local government and semipublic institute(inhabitants-oriented0 which have the strongest influential power in village composition units. Finally, village management programs are mostly experience-type and are composed of public law and regulations, diverse operation program, and individual efforts of inhabitants for village management. Because this paper mainly focused on two precedents, there should be more diverse cases. however, extracted conclusions have practical meanings for village management and can be used in re-establishing management concepts of Korean traditional villages.

영화의 유통전략에 대한 연구: 심플렉스 해법을 중심으로 (Cost Distribution Strategies in the Film Industry: the Simplex Method)

  • Purpose - High quality films are affected by both the production stage and various variables such as the size of the movie investment and marketing that changes consumers' perceptions. Consumer preferences should be recognized first to ensure that the movie is successful. If a film is produced without pre-investigation and analysis of consumer demand and taste, the probability of success will be low. This study investigates the balance of production costs, marketing costs, and profits using game theory, suggesting an optimization strategy using the simplex method of linear programming. Research design, data, and methodology - Before the release of the movie, initial demand is assumed to be driven largely by marketing costs. In the next phase, demand is assumed to be driven purely by a movie's production cost and quality, which might also further determine consumer demand. Thus, it is essential to determine how to distribute pure production costs and other costs (marketing) in a limited movie production budget. Moreover, it should be taken into account how to optimally distribute under the assumption that the audience and production company's input resources are limited. This research simplifies the assumptions for large-scale and relatively small-scale movie investments and examines how movie distribution participant profits differ when each cost is invested differently. Results - When first movers or market leaders have to choose both quality and marketing, it has been proven that pursuing a strategy choosing only one is more likely than choosing both. In this situation, market leaders should maximize marketing costs under the premise that market leaders will not lag their quality behind the quality of second movers. Additionally, focusing on movie marketing that produces a quick effect while ceding creative activity to increase movie quality is a natural outcome in the movie distribution environment since a cooperative strategy between market competitors is not feasible. Conclusions - Government film development policy should ignore quality competition between movie production companies and focus on preventing marketing competition. If movie production companies focus on movie production quality improvement then a creative competition would ensue.

이태리 섬유산업(纖維産業)의 고부가가치화(高附加價値化) 전략(戰略)에 관한 고찰(考察) - TEXTILE DESIGN을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on the Strategy Highvalue-added in Italian Textile Industry - Focusing on Textile Design-)

  • Over the past, the Korean Textile Industry has been able to establish as one of the most competent textile producer of the world. Today, however, with rapidly changing market requirements, the Korean Textile Industry is requested to improve systems for highvalue textile's market. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to propose suggestions for the strategy recommendations in the Korean Textile Design, researching on the highvalue-added Como Textile Design in Italy. As we analyzed them, the bases of their global success are as follows. 1) Participating in the making of the Global Trend in textile design market, Italian design companies lead to move international market influentially. 2) Dividing target depending on the country's textile market, Italian design companies build up their global marketing capability to increase design sale's effect. 3) Organizing and Participating in the international textile design show and fair, Italian companies attempt to set up Italian image creation as the global advertising. 4) Ensuring an adequate supply of human resource, Industry, Labor Unions, Government and Academy have a cooperative relationship to assist each other. In the basis of the above mentioned, we can suggest the strategies to accelate improvement and development in the Korean Textile and Textile Design Industry. 1) It needes to establish a monitoring system for current information in the International Textile Design Industry. 2) It needs to start building up Korean textile companies global marketing capability to produce adaptable design in market's request. 3) It needs to study and to find our traditional motifs continuosly for creating modern design following the recent Design Trend. Finally, It needs to have a close relationship between industry and education to establish human resource for the Korean Textile Industry's future success in the global market.

환경관리인의 교육.훈련 현황 및 개선 방안 연구 (Regimes for the Improvement on Education and Training for Environmental Mangers on site)

  • The environmental quality in Korea was significantly deteriorated though the past economic development period. Even though the government has spent huge sum of resources on the policies and projects to improve the environmental quality, it is much removed from what the people hope for. To solve the environmental problems effectively, pollutants generated at source should be kept as minimum as possible, and possible, and pollutants from source be controlled before leaving the sources, and most of all, environmental strategies and systems be established and enforced properly. So, it is not too much to say that nation's environmental quality is entirely dependent on the education and training of the environmental managers such as environmental employees for air, water, and noise discharge facilities, technicians at environmental plants, and environmental officers of central and local governments. Regimes for the improvement of the education and training for environmental managers are suggested into four categories-educational institute, circular of the study, training contents and trainees. Referring to the improvement of integrated institute, and to improvement on educational institute, it is necessary to investigate the feasibility of integrated institute, and to recommend the inclusion of the local colleges and universities, and environmental societies. For the improvement on training courses, it is necessary that the non-obligatory course be expanded, and the courses be developed in such a way to meet the needs from the field. As for the improvement on training contents. It is suggested that the practical training on size be strengthened, and also full time environmental specialist and integrated committee be required to develop the effective circular and selection of proper lectures. Finally, environmental education for high ranked officers of autonomies, and international courses for developing countries are suggested.

  • 지식기반 사회를 맞이하여 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 관심이 점점 높아가고 있다. 2001년부터 컴퓨터 교육이 초 중등학교 교육과정에 필수적으로 포함되고, 교육정보화 사업이 2000년 안에 마무리됨에 따라 교원 양성 대학에서는 예비교사들에게 학교 현장에서 필요한 컴퓨터 교육, 컴퓨터교육과정, 컴퓨터 교수법 및 교재연구등에 대한 교육들이 이루어질 수 있는 표준화된 교재가 필요하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 예비교사들에게 정보소양 능력뿐만 아니라 학교 현장에서 컴퓨터를 효과적으로 가르치기 위한 컴퓨터교육 교재개발에 관하여 연구하였다.

캄보디아 건축 사업 진출을 위한 우선적 확보역량분석 (Analysis of Concentrate Competency for Cambodian Building Construction Projects)

  • 우리나라 해외건설 누적 수주 금액은 2012년 6월을 기준으로 5,000억 달러를 달성하였으며 더 나아가 2020년 1조 달러를 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 국내 건설기업들도 해외건설시장 진출을 목적으로 여러 전략을 구상하고 있다. 특히, 해외건설시장 진출을 위해서는 시장에 따른 경쟁력을 가져야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경제 성장과 더불어 정부의 인프라 시설 확충 및 개발 부문의 투자가 증가하고 있는 캄보디아 건축시장의 진출 경쟁력 분석을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 캄보디아 건축시장 진출을 위해 사업유형별 필요 경쟁역량을 IPA기법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 도급사업에서는 발주정보 및 글로벌 공급역량이 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났으며, 투자사업에서는 시장정보, 사업타당성 조사를 포함한 설계이전 단계의 역량 및 글로벌 네트워크가 필요한 경쟁역량으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리 건설기업들이 향후 캄보디아 건축시장 진출 시 필요한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트교육정책의 태동 배경을 밝히고, 스마트교육정책이 가지고 있는 정책적 특징을 분석하여 정책과제와 정책 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 스마트교육정책은 배분 정책의 유형에 따른 특성을 가지고 있다. 둘째, 스마트교육정책은 다른 정책에 비해 정책의 유형적인 정도(tangibility)가 매우 큰 편이며, 정책 효과(impact)에 대한 검증이 필요한 단계라고 할 수 있다. 셋째 스마트교육정책은 그동안 우리나라에서 1996년부터 추진되어온 교육정보화 종합 발전 방안의 역사적, 맥락적 동질성을 계승한 정책으로 향후 정책 추진에 있어서도 이에 기반한 추진전략이 필요하다. 넷째, 스마트교육정책은급변하는 정책 환경에 발맞추어 정책 추진에 있어서도 큰 폭의 유연성을 확보하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 과학적 정책 설계와 전략적 투자가 이루어져야 하고, 정책 오류 사례 등을 관리하여 향후 정책 설계에 활용할 필요가 있다.

  • 국내 화물자동차운송시장은 공급과잉이라는 열악한 경영환경에 직면해 있을 뿐만 아니라 화물운송과정에 있어서 심각한 구조적 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 요인들은 국내 화물자동차운송산업의 경쟁력을 약화시키고 관련산업의 발전을 저해하는 결과를 초래하고 있다. 특히 최근 한국경제의 침체와 화물자동차운임하락 등의 문제는 화물자동차 운수사업자들의 생계를 위협하고 있다. 한국 정부 및 국회는 화물자동차운수사업법의 개정을 통해 이러한 문제를 정책적으로 해결하고자 노력하고 있다. 개정법률안의 핵심적 내용 중의 하나는 화물자동차운송정보망 사용의 의무화이다. 본 논문에서는 화물자동차운송정보망의 구축전략을 개념적으로 제시하고 4가지 수요 시나리오를 가정하여 정보망사업에 대한 경제적타당성 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 화물정보망의 구축은 각 화물자동차운송사업자들의 유형별로 전국적 기반하에서 각각 구축하는 것보다는 화물자동차운송사업자들이 공동으로 지역별로 구축하는 것이 보다 효과적으로 나타났다. 이러한 공동 정보망 구축시 투자 타당성은 높은 것으로 나타났다.

중국 성시 및 자치구 과학기술 예산활용 효율성 분석에 관한 연구 (An Efficiency Analysis of Science and Technology Budget in Provinces and Autonomous Regions in China)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국 자치성별 과학기술 예산활용 효율성을 분석하고 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. 중국교육부가 공시한 2013-2017년의 고등교육 통계연감에서 데이터를 확보하여, 맘퀴스트 분석방법을 활용해 투입대비 산출의 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 기술 진보가 낮은 것은 생산성 MPI지수의 변동을 일으키는 원인이며, 기술적 효율성의 영향을 받은 도시는 효율성을 높이려면 지역 내 대학의 내부 조율, 구조조정 등 내부적 요인의 개선이 필요한 것으로 파악되었다. 기술변화의 영향을 받은 지역은 정부정책, 경제 환경, 사회 환경이나 기술의 발전 등 외적 요인에 대한 적절한 대응이 필요한 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 중국의 자치성별로 과학기술 예산활용 효율성을 제고하는 데에 참고자료를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 향후 비효율적인 지역의 효율성을 높이기 위한 전략의 수립 및 필수적인 요소에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

영양사의 기호도에 따른 학교급식에서 전통음식의 이용실태와 활용증대 방안 (Utilization Status and Efforts to Increase Usage of Traditional Foods in School Lunch according to Dietitians' Preference)

  • The study was conducted to assess school dietitians' preferences for traditional foods, to determine the association with their perception and usage status, and to develop the strategies to increase its utilization of traditional foods in school lunches. The information was obtained by the self-administered questionnaire from the subjects, which were 198 dietitians in schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. According to the preference for traditional foods, subjects were distributed into three groups (High = 54, Medium = 128, Low = 16). The significances of differences between groups were determined using SPSS 12.0 at p < 0.05. Compared to the dietitians with lower (medium and low) preferences, those with high preferences answered that they had better knowledge (p < 0.001) for traditional foods, and served them more in school lunches (p < 0.01). Also, more dieticians in the high preference group not only felt that they need to train school administrators (p < 0.01) as well as themselves (p < 0.05), but also were currently providing students with the nutrition education on traditional foods (p < 0.05). The results presented the evidence suggesting that having dietitians with higher preference for traditional foods can offer an effective strategy to increase the opportunities for schoolchildren to be exposed to traditional foods. Development of the standard recipes for use in school lunches by the government or the association was answered as the best strategy to increase the use of traditional foods, regardless of the dietitians' preferences.
