본 연구는 학술적 기업가의 역할을 중심으로 학술적 기업가의 벤치기업 창업활동을 지원하기 위한 산 학 관 협력모델의 구성을 탐색하였다. 벤처기업 창업 인프라 제공 주체는 정부, 대학, 벤처캐피탈기관 등이 대표적이며, 그 가운데 대학, 특히 학술적 기업가들의 역할이 가장 중요하다. 이와 같은 학술적 기업가의 성공적 창업은 기초환경요인의 유효성 여부에 크게 좌우된다. 대학은 학술적 기업가들의 창업동기와 제약 요인을 바탕으로 정책, 절차, 그리고 보조금 지원 등 공식적 지원프로그램을 통해 경제개발에 기여할 수 있는 연구를 수행하도록 지원할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 기술이전시스템 추측, 협동 교육시스템 도입, 벤처기업 창업보육시스템 구축, 그리고 학술적 기업가 활동 지원문화 조성프로그램 등을 마련해야한다. 이에 본 연구는 학술적 기업가의 창업동기를 바탕으로 창업활동을 하나의 과정으로 간주하고 창업지원 주체별 역할에 근거하여 학술적 기업가의 창업활동을 지원하기 위한 산 학 관 협력 모델을 탐색하였다.

With the rapid growth of high-tech, the development of cultural and creative industries has gradually become the focus of national industrial development. With the proposal of China's "Belt and Road" strategy, the role of cultural and creative industries in the provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" in the entire international trade is becoming increasingly critical. It is necessary to explore solutions to improve the competitiveness of China's cultural and creative industries, factoring the surrounding cities of the "Belt and Road" as an example. Thus, this paper proposes the six-element diamond model based on innovation capability and government support to render a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the cultural and creative industries in the 31 provinces and cities across the country. The results show that the overall competitiveness of the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road" cultural and creative industries is weak. Focusing on the 18 provinces and cities along the "Belt and Road", using the linear regression measurement model quantitative analysis, the four types of influencing factors affecting the development of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries along the "Belt and Road" were obtained. Finally, according to the four types of influence, the competitiveness improvement plan is proposed from the four aspects: government role, consumption preference, industrial innovation ability, and the introduction of high-quality talent.

Recently, the government has been pursuing various policies to create new industries and jobs through the invigoration of start-ups. For the sustained growth of start-ups, it is necessary to look not only at the supply of risk capital but also at policies for venture capital firms that nurture and foster start-ups. The purpose of this study is to estimate the effects of the nurturing and fostering role of risk capital, such as mentorship on the performance of start-ups, and to do this we analyzed the effects, as a newly introduced form of venture capital, of mentoring by an accelerator and investor ties on the performance outcomes of start-ups. We find that mentoring and investor ties for start-up enterprises positively influence follow-up investment in start-ups. In addition, this study finds that with a younger CEO of a start-up, it is more likely that the performance of the start-up will improve. Meanwhile, when examining increases in employment as a measure of the business performance of start-ups, mentoring and investor ties are found to have a positive effect on the increase of employment at start-ups. These results suggest that there is a need to promote policies that strengthen the mentoring role of venture capital in Korea's equity finance policies and in the government's SME support policies.

The history of Korea's overseas construction began in 1965, and the cumulative contract amount is about $180 billion over the last 40 years. During the period, Korea's overseas construction industry has played an important role for economic development. However, it seems that the industry is in a sea of trouble. Overseas construction orders have declined due to various reasons such as companies losing confidence, limited financing, lack of competitiveness, and so on. This paper addresses the brief history of Korea's overseas construction industry and the problems that the industry is facing. Then it suggests a few measures for the improvement of the industry.

The objectives of this study were: a) to analyze the upbringing policy for woman farmers in Korea, b) to find out the needs for the policy related to women's roles in decision making of farming activities, and c) to promote the programs in agricultural system for supporting rural women according to their role types and needs. This study was based on a literature review and discussions with the panel of experts witness and professionals including rural women. The major findings and conclusions from this study were as follows: 1 ) First of all, the policy for upbringing woman farmers had been improved. however, policy measures were still inadequate and were plenty of room for development. 2) Government policies were not focussed directly to meet the actual needs of rural women according to their various roles. 3) More government efforts should be enhanced to modify the policy and social system for rural women, and should be organized into the practical programs after careful considerations on the status of woman farmers according to their role types. 4) The five-year upbringing plan for woman farmers should be expanded to include strengthening economic power, widening woman farmers' influence. development of intellectual capacity and strengthening of self-enlightenment better health care and welfare services. and providing equal opportunities for women farmers.

The purpose of this paper is to introspect again the role of the criminal law at a time when it is said that numerous criminal and legal discussions are needed to develop the so called "reply manipulation " case that is shaking the nation's political history. The research method considered the literature and precedents discussed in the past, and discussed the issue of subculture abuse caused by the internet, which is a product of convenience and affluence that came with the Forth industrial revolution through criminal law. Through a computer program, a discussion was held on what penalties would be imposed on the criminal law for attempting to manipulate public opinion by manipulating the so-called number of comments or Reaction. Question of whether the criminal law should further emphasize the need for a discussion on the need for a method to strengthen the preventive functions of the criminal law and expand the scope of punishment in order to address new causes of risk that came with the development of science. Without reflecting on whether such as "government-inspired demonstration "would be possible in today's world that was in the public perception of the authoritarian government of the past, it is a problem to see that the political goals of a particular group can be achieved by manipulating comments or creating public opinion on the Internet. The duty of criminal law is to protect the interests of the law. The role of the criminal law should be maintained the self limiting as far as possible in cases of violation or danger of the law. Still, it is a problem that the role of the criminal justice system today is too aggressive and is seen as a top tool rather than a last resort for solving problems. he role of the internet will be expanded further in the Hyper Connected society. To solve these problems, we should look forward to a change in the priority of other laws and policies other than criminal law.

본 연구는 집단주의 문화와 개인주의 문화 정부 및 공공기관 광고 콘텐츠에서 문화적 가치가 어떻게 표현되고 있는지를 내용분석과 실험연구를 통하여 조사하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구1은 집단주의 문화 표본으로 선정된 한국과 개인주의 문화 표본으로 선정된 미국의 정부 및 공공기관 인쇄 광고가 고유한 문화적 가치를 반영하는 가를 내용분석 하였다. 연구2는 두 문화의 정부 및 공공기관 인쇄 광고물의 소구에 대한 상대적 반응이 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지를 연구하기 위하여 실험을 수행하였다. 이 두 가지 연구의 결과는 문화적 배경이 정부 및 공공기관의 광고 메시지 소구방식과 효과의 커뮤니케이션 프로세스에서 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 보여 주었다. 이 연구는 글로벌 마케터와 광고주는 글로벌 환경에서 광고를 실행할 경우, 문화적 유사성과 차이점을 고려하여 메시지 전략을 수립해야 할 필요성이 있다는 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 보여 주었다.

Objectives: This paper aims at addressing the importance of community-based health promotion. It would identify the origin of community health programs in Korea, which emphasized community involvement. And it would reveal the discontinuity of community-oriented health programs in the current health promotion activities. Finally, the methods of attaining community-based health promotion would be suggested. Results and Conclusion: Community-based health promotion had been implemented in rural areas by medical schools in the 1970s and 1980s, which emphasized the role of village health workers. But their roles has disappeared since the government-initiated health promotion policies and programs have been implemented in the mid-1990s. This paper addressed the factors contributing to this discontinuity, such as the expansion of heath insurance system, the change of health care discourses, the monopoly of resources for health promotion by government, and the bureaucratic approach to health promotion, etc. This paper suggested the utilization of voluntary and civic organizations in community for realizing the goal of community-based health promotion.

Not only has there been movement along the sectoral continuum, Johnston argues, but changes in the spatial balance of policing are also visible. More concretely, he suggests that British policing has been undergoing a century-long process that has gathered pace since the 1960s. Three factors have been central to this process. First, legislative centralization brought about by the Police Act 1964 - which established the tripartite structure for police governance and amalgamated forces - and the Local Government Act 1972 which reorganized local government. Secondly, the political and industrial unrest of the 1970s and early 1980s led to the establishment of new levels of national police co-operation and, in the words of one author, to the establishment of a 'de facto national police force'. Thirdly, increasing European influence has further internationalized police co-operation and organization. Johnston concludes that the spatial restructuring that appears to be taking place in British policing is indicative of a broader process of fragmentation of social structures and systems for maintaining order.
