This study aims to determine the effect of changes in learning systems and its effects on students' learning outcomes amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study are the students who are in Jakarta, Indonesia. "Non-probability random sampling" technique has been used to select the samples while the sampling method used is "purposive sampling", where criteria are used to select samples. The samples in this study are 200 people taken randomly using Google Form. Concentration ability and learning interest can affect learning outcomes with the mediation of learning comfort and a good learning environment. As well as physical distancing can moderate the effect of concentration ability and learning interest on learning outcomes. The ability to concentrate on improving learning outcomes requires psychomotor improvement. Whereas interest in learning with indicators of learning awareness can improve learning outcomes. A clean environment is a strength in the learning comfort and the community environment can be recommended in the learning environment. The implementation of the restriction of gathering becomes an important point of physical distancing. The other novelties are the learning comfort and the learning environment as mediating variables and physical distancing as moderating variables in one study at a time.

In the current Covid-19 pandemic, technology's role is important; with technology, all activities can carry on. This study explains that technology, organizational culture, and job satisfaction at rural banks in Bali can be a motivation for improving performance, especially during a pandemic. A questionnaire is distributed online using Google Form to a total of 350 employees; the data is collected from a sample of employees from rural banks in Denpasar, Bali. Respondents had to meet the following criteria: a minimum work period of one year and a minimum high school education or equivalent. With these criteria, 100 samples were obtained. The dependent variable is employee performance; the independent variables are organizational culture, technology, and job satisfaction; the intervening variable is work motivation. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling with a variance-based or component-based approach with Partial Least Square. The study results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction, and technology provide motivation and have a significant positive effect on employee performance. However, organizational culture does not have a positive or direct impact on employee performance. The study results can be used as a basis for designing business strategies to improve employee performance in a competitive environment to advance the credibility of a bank.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of attitude toward green brand on green brand positioning and repurchase intention of environmentally friendly products, product knowledge on attitude toward green brand and the effect of green product knowledge on green repurchase intention. This study uses a structural equation approach with a sample size of 175 and uses an eight-point Likert scale. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for respondents are to use environmentally friendly cosmetic products and the respondents live in Central Java and have consumed more than two times. Online sampling using google form. Data were analyzed using statistical software AMOS 22. The results showed that green brand positioning has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Attitude toward green brand has a positive effect in mediating the relationship between green brand positioning and repurchase intention. Similarly, green brand knowledge has a positive effect on attitudes, although green knowledge has no positive effect on repurchase intention. Product positioning in the minds of consumers is important in shaping attitudes. It is important for companies to continue to develop environmentally friendly products so that product positioning can be distinguished from competitors' products.

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of strategic innovation on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance of companies in the Industrial Estate of Thailand. The sample of this study was 360 companies and data was collected by distributing questionnaires through mail and Google form. Out of the 360 questionnaires, 192 responses were received and usable. The study period was November 2020 to February 2021. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test hypotheses regarding the influence of strategic innovation on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance. The results of this study show that strategic innovation has a positive direct effect on organization development, organizational effectiveness, and firm performance. Organizational development has no significant relationship with organizational effectiveness and firm performance, and organizational effectiveness has no significant relationship with firm performance. Strategic innovation has a strong direct positive effect on the company's performance. It indicated that strategic innovation is essential for organizations to drive business growth, generate value for the company and its customers, and create a competitive advantage. This type of innovation is essential for organizations to adapt to the speed of technology change. In addition, theoretical contributions, managerial contributions, limitations, and future research recommendations were presented in this study, including conclusions were shown.
Purpose: A good physical appearance greatly affects a person's self-confidence, especially when the media constantly depicts that beautiful men and women are those with perfect bodies, which later forms the perception that being fat or too thin is not attractive. That is in line with the increasing knowledge and the need for nutritious foods and drinks for diets. Therefore, this study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the Weight Rejuvenation Program Everyday product innovation towards millennial purchase decision and the motivation of having an ideal body as a moderating effect. Research design, data, and methodology: Distributed online Google form questionnaires to 96 audiences who commented on "Mute" web series. The respondents consisted of 63 women and 33 men from the millennial generation who lived in Greater Jakarta and were classified as the middle to upper economic class. After all of the data were collected, they were processed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares. Results: Product innovation had a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of the millennial consumer, but motivation did not have the moderating function in the relationships between product innovation and purchase decision. Conclusions: The main factor for product innovation that can be accepted by millennials is the product quality that remains good.
Purpose - The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of bakery revisit intention. This research selects Paris Baguette as the research context because the market share of Paris Baguette was the highest in Korean bakery market. Design/methodology/approach -This research employed revisit intention as the dependent variable, while this research chooses six attributes to account for revisit intention. Six attributes are price fairness, taste, product variety, accessibility, display, and membership. This research uses survey as the main instrument. For the data collection, online survey using Google survey form was implemented. The survey participants are domestic consumers of Paris Baguette. The number of observation is 245. For the data analysis, this study used frequency analysis, correlation matrix, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression model. There are four control variables, which contains age, gender, visiting frequency, and monthly income. Findings - The results shows that price fairness, taste, product diversity, and accessibility are significant attributes with the positive effect. Among the significant attributes, taste presented the highest magnitude to explain the revisit intention. However, membership and display appeared as non-significant attributes to account for bakery revisit intention. Research implications or Originality - This study provides the bakery managers with the information to design their service and product. This study also contributes to the literature by understanding the consumer behavior more in the domain of bakery service.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance with readiness to change and empower knowledge sharing quality as mediating variables. The survey was conducted by collecting the respondents' data by filling up forms which were designed using the google form application and collecting it using WhatsApp. This was performed on 400 respondents, encompassing employees from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control in Indonesia. The research model adopted was validated using Structural Equation Modeling technique with AMOS tool. The findings showed transformational leadership as a significant predictor of readiness to change and it proved relevant in empowering knowledge sharing quality, which in turn affects organizational performance. Furthermore, the effects of both two mediating variables was also examined, and only readiness to change significantly influenced the relationship between predictors of transformational leadership and organizational performance. The findings of this study showed the need for transformational leaders as the research focused on understanding the differences in employee character. This is required to encourage better performance by empowering quality knowledge dissemination mechanisms, with continuous in-house training activities. Therefore, the model adopted in this research and the hypotheses prove the direct effect of transformational leadership on organizational performance, achievable through the mediating role of readiness to change.

This study aims to examine the impact of service recovery in building customer loyalty through the mediating role of customer satisfaction and corporate image. This study also aims to examine the reciprocal relationship between customer satisfaction and corporate image in building customer loyalty. This study uses data from 126 consumers who have received recovery for a service failure in five logistics companies which operates in Southeast Sulawesi in Indonesia, namely; JNEs; J&T Express; Pandu Logistics; MEC; and TiKi. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was then distributed to all respondents via google form. The distribution of respondents at each logistics company provider was as follows: 19 respondents were customers of JNEs; 17 respondents were customers of J&T Express; 32 respondents were customers of Pandu Logistics; 21 respondents were customers of MEC; and 37 respondents were customers of TiKi's. The structural model developed in this study was tested using Partial Least Squared (PLS) method. The research found that service recovery has a direct effect on customer satisfaction and corporate image as positive and significant. Customer satisfaction and corporate image have a reciprocal relationship which then roles in building customer loyalty. Service recovery has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through the mediating role of customer satisfaction and corporate image.
Purpose: Purchasing food via online shopping channels is booming during Covid-19 Pandemic in Vietnam. However, the perceived risks of food bought via online shopping channels may discourage consumers. Hence, this study assesses the effects of perceived risks on food purchase intention via online shopping channels in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: This study applied the multiple regression analysis with 253 samples collected from consumers who frequently purchase food via online shopping channels in Vietnam. The questionnaire is provided to respondents via Google Form. The sample collection method is convenience sampling. Three hundred samples were collected, but 253 samples are used after filtering the responses with missing data. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and regression analysis are used for data analysis on SPSS software version 20. Results: The results show that product risk, security risk, time risk, and fraud risk of the seller negatively affect the intention to buy food via online shopping channels in Vietnam. Conclusions: The study provides several implications and recommendations for food companies and online food sellers. Reducing customers' perceived risks online food makes customers more willing to buy food online during Covid-19 Pandemic. Limitations and suggestions for further research are also discussed.
PURPOSE. The aim of this study is to summarize various biomechanical aspects in evaluating the long-term stability of dental implants based on finite element method (FEM). MATERIALS AND METHODS. A comprehensive search was performed among published studies over the last 20 years in three databases; PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The studies are arranged in a comparative table based on their publication date. Also, the variety of modeling is shown in the form of graphs and tables. Various aspects of the studies conducted were discussed here. RESULTS. By reviewing the titles and abstracts, 9 main categories were extracted and discussed as follows: implant materials, the focus of the study on bone or implant as well as the interface area, type of loading, element shape, parts of the model, boundary conditions, failure criteria, statistical analysis, and experimental tests performed to validate the results. It was found that most of the studied articles contain a model of the jaw bone (cortical and cancellous bone). The material properties were generally derived from the literature. Approximately 43% of the studies attempted to examine the implant and surrounding bone simultaneously. Almost 42% of the studies performed experimental tests to validate the modeling. CONCLUSION. Based on the results of the studies reviewed, there is no "optimal" design guideline, but more reliable design of implant is possible. This review study can be a starting point for more detailed investigations of dental implant longevity.
