실시간 범죄대응을 위한 지능형 방범 통합 플랫폼 요소 설정 및 연계방안 연구 (A Study on Establishment and Connection of Intelligent Security Integrated Platform Elements for Real-Time Crime Response)

  • 본 논문은 실시간 범죄대응 및 예방적 방범을 위한 지능형 방범 통합 플랫폼 개발 연구를 진행하였다. 방범 시스템 및 플랫폼 연구, 지능형 방범 관련 연구 등의 선행연구와 지자체 통합운영센터 방범시스템 사례를 분석하여 지능형 방범 플랫폼 요소를 설정하였다. 이를 통해 실질적인 지능형 방범 플랫폼을 개발하고, 확장성을 고려한 기존 지자체 및 스마트시티 통합플랫폼 시스템과의 연계방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 기존 지자체 통합관제센터에서 사후처리로만 활용되는 CCTV 모니터링을 실시간 범죄에도 대응 가능하게 하고, 실외 뿐 아니라 실내에서도 신고자의 정밀한 위치를 파악하여 골든타임 내 사건 사고를 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 관제효율 향상 뿐 아니라 시민참여를 강화하여 시민 중심의 범죄 예방형 사회안전망 정보공유서비스 제공이 가능하다. 지능형 방범 플랫폼은 기존 지자체 시스템 및 스마트시티 통합플랫폼을 비롯한 타 방범서비스와의 연계 확장성을 고려하여 개발하였으므로 지자체 확산 보급되기 용이한 장점을 가진다. 향후 지능형 방범 플랫폼의 실질적 적용 및 운영, 지자체 확산을 위한 정책적 지원 등의 후속연구가 진행되어 국민들이 안전한 생활을 영위하는데 도움이 되길 기대한다.

화재수신기 기반의 화재감시로봇을 위한 프로토콜 설계 (Protocol Design for Fire Receiver­based Fire Detection Robots)

  • 기존의 화재 관련 소방로봇들은 원격조종기로 제어되어 화재현장에서 화재 상황을 감시하거나 화재를 진압하는데 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 화재 발생 후 골든타임 안에 로봇을 준비하고 투입하는데 많은 시간이 소요되어 소방로봇으로서의 역할을 충분히 다하지 못한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 자율 주행 화재감시로봇을 활용하면 화재수신기와 연동하여 화재 신호 발생 시 출동한 로봇이 화재 현장의 동영상을 촬영하여 방재 담당자에게 영상을 전달함으로써 실제로 화재가 발생했는지 또는 오보인지를 확인 할 수 있도록 정확하고 빠른 판단 기회를 제공하고 동시에 화재를 초기 진압함으로써 대형 사고로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 자율이동 화재감시로봇의 구성과 이 로봇이 화재수신기와 연동하는데 필요한 통신 프로토콜을 제안한다. 실시간으로 다수의 화재감시로봇을 제어할 수 있는 통신 프로토콜을 설계하며 화재수신기와의 통신을 무선 Wi-Fi를 이용하여 이더넷 네트워크의 인터페이스 역할을 수행하도록 계층적 네트워크로 구성한다. 설계하는 화재감시로봇과 화재수신기간의 무선통신을 구현하고 필드시험을 통하여 동작의 유효성을 확인한다.

Differential Frost Tolerance and Enzymatic Activities in the Leaves and Immature Fruits of Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.)

  • In this experiment, five commercial cultivars and one wild species of loquat were used to investigate frost tolerance and enzymatic activities in leaves and young fruits under cold stress at $-3^{\circ}C$. The frost injury, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and oxygen-scavenging enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) were studied. This results showed that the wild species 'Wild Oak-leaf' loquat was the most frost tolerant among accessions tested, followed by the cultivar 'Golden Block'. Other cultivars, 'Wu Gong Bai', 'Taicheng 4', 'Xiangzhong 11' and 'Zaozhong 6', were relatively weak in frost tolerance. The enzymatic activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased initially and then decreased as the exposure time increased. However, the enzymatic peak occurred later in the frost-tolerant accession than in the frost-sensitive accession. The correlation coefficients of MDA contents between leaves and immature fruits were from 0.93 to 0.99 in the five commercial loquat cultivars. For the 'Wild Oak-leaf' loquat, the correlation coefficients of MDA and POD were 0.98 and 0.95, respectively, but the coefficients for SOD, CAT and APX were relatively low. In general, there were good correlations between loquat leaves and immature fruits in MDA content and enzyme activities. These results indicate that analysis of these physiological and biochemical activities in loquat leaves could potentially be used to predict the cold tolerance in loquat at immature fruit stage and to accelerate breeding programs for cold tolerance in loquat.

  • 인공지능은 빅데이터 분석 기술에서 보다 인간적인 기술로 진화하고 있다. 인공지능은 사물인터넷의 센싱 기술로 말미암아 인간의 오감보다 더 정교한 감각 기관을 가질 것으로 예측된다. 그리고 인공지능은 클라우드 네트워크 기술로 언제 어디서나 인터넷에 접속하여 컴퓨팅 자원을 지원받을 수 있을 것이다. 이처럼 인공지능은 최신 기술들의 총아로 발전 중에 있다. 이와 동시에 인공지능에 대한 불안과 미래 시대에 대한 암울한 전망도 높아지고 있다. 대부분의 기술 디스토피아적 미래상은 현상을 객관적으로 조망하는 관조적 시야를 잃어버렸을 때 발생한다. 또한 이러힌 비관론은 기술 발전의 미래상을 인간 의지의 주관적 미래상으로 전환시킬 능력과 자신감의 부재를 반영하기도 하다. 이 글은 인공지능 기술과 서비스의 발달에 따른 대량해고와 실업, 기계에 의한 인류 종말 등 일반적 주제를 다루기보다는 가까운 지금 일어나고 있는 개인정보보호 침해의 이슈를 다루고자 한다. 더 나아가 이 논문은 개인정보보호를 보장하면서 인공지능 산업을 발전시킬 수 있는 도덕적/법제도적 모델에 대해서도 고찰하였다.

유럽 골드워크 자수의 시대별 변천과 사회·문화적 가치 (Transition and social-cultural values of goldwork embroidery in Europe)

  • Goldwork embroidery is the art of embroidery using metal threads. As well as being used as a decorative element of religious clothing, flags, performing costumes, uniforms, and badges, goldwork embroidery is also used in many current designer collections. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the techniques and materials of goldwork embroidery and the formative characteristics and socio-cultural values of goldwork embroidery from its beginning to the early 20th century. For this study, various embroidery works, costumes, museum portraits, and literature were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the transition of goldwork embroidery was divided into 4 categories: The beginning of goldwork embroidery; the golden age of goldwork embroidery; the maturity of goldwork embroidery; and various goldwork embroidery (depending on the materials used, usage, and design features). The earliest extant example is the "Maaseik fragments" in Belgium dating from the late 8th to early 9th centuries. Until the 15th century, the Church was the most important patron of goldwork embroidery; however, after the 15th century, goldwork embroidery was produced on costumes. Second, the social-cultural values of goldwork embroidery (based on transition and formative features) were classified as expression of divinity, instrument of governance, desire to be approved, and tools of self-expression. Through this study, it is evident that there have been many advances in both technique and technology over time. Furthermore, patterns of usage and social-cultural values of goldwork embroidery have changed significantly.

구강암 발암과정에서 genistein의 혈관형성 억제에 관한 연구 (ANTI-ANGIOGENIC ACTIVITY OF GENISTEIN IN ORAL CARCINOGENESIS)

  • Angiogenesis inhibition is major concern to cancer chemotherapy and many studies about compound inhibiting angiogenesis is in progression. The long-known preventive effect of plant-based diet on tumorigenesis and other chronic diseases is well documented. Especially soy extract, genistein, is known to be potent angiogenesis inhibitor and prevent development and progression of tumor. In the present study, the effect of angiogenesis on tumorigenesis and chemopreventive effect of genistein by angiogenesis inhibition in hamster buccal pouch oral carcinigenesis model induced by 7.12-dimethylbenza(a)nthracene (DMBA) was studied. Forty eight Syrian Golden young adult hamsters (150-200 gm) were divided into two groups. In control group, 0.5% DMBA in heavy mineral oil was applied to hamster buccal pouch three times a week and in experimental group, 0.1 mg of genistein is administered orally everyday in addition to DMBA application. The animals were euthanized from 2 weeks to 16 weeks with interval of 2 week. H&E staining and immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate microvessel density by using factor VIII-related antigen and avidin-biotin technique. Microvessels per area was quantified and compared between control and experimental group statistically. The results were as follows. 1. Microvessel density was increased time dependently in both groups and especially the increase was significant from 12 weeks to 16 weeks. 2. When comparing both group, the experimental group showed significantly low microvessel density than control group in 12 weeks (p=0.043), 14 weeks (p=0.050), 16 weeks (p=0.037). Based on these results, it was concluded that genistein influenced oral carcinogenesis by angiogenesis inhibition.

호텔 종사원의 직무만족요인에 관한 실증 연구 -서울지역 특1급 호텔을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Job Satisfaction of Hotel Employees -Focusing on the Six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul-)

  • In the 21st century the service industry, particularly the hospitality industry, has the potential to develop into its golden age. In preparation for this hotels must maximize management proficiency by introducing reasonable and scientific systems into their current operations. The hotel industry takes it for granted that it can meet the final business goal by way of effective management of human resources. However, comprehensive papers on the subject of employee satisfaction have not appeared or been presented in Korean business studies. And although papers from abroad have touched on the subject they are not focused on the specialized domain of human resources as it applies to the comprehensive matters relating to job satisfaction as a corelationship to business success. This study focuses on some problems that must be overcome in achieving business objectives while striving at the same time to maintain satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that measure employee job satisfaction in the hotel industry. To establish the purpose I reviewed the definition of the job satisfaction. An antecedent study of job satisfaction and Questionnaires were used to acquire data, specifically, hotel employees were selected randomly from the six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul to respond to thorough questionnaires. As a result of the study on the variables of Sex, Position, Length of Service, Opportunity for Promotion, Working Conditions, Wages and Hotel Situation. As a whole, promotional opportunity, wages and working conditions were frequently cited as negative factors in the responses. A comprehensive approach that includes improving wages and that reflects management's sincere concern with the working conditions of the employees is urgently needed. Hotel management that is willing to examine employee satisfaction periodically and provide proper solutions can prevent dissatisfied employees from separating from their jobs. This study has some limitation in that it is restricted geographically and in research method. That is, only six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul were selected as the subject of study and only the questionnaire method of obtaining data was used out of various available research methods.

기존 건축물을 용도변경한 노인의료복지시설의 화재 인명피해 예방과 피난 대책 -광주·전남 농촌지역을 중심으로- (Prevention of Human injury and Countermeasure of evacuation about Fire of Nursing Homes by Conversion of existing buildings - Focused on rural areas in Gwangju and Jeonnam -)

  • At present, the elderly population in Korea is 14% of the total population and then We has entered an the society of advanced age. Along with this, elderly people with dementia and palsy are also increasing. The demand for elderly nursing homes for elderly people with severe diseases such as dementia and stroke is also increasing, and the existing buildings are being secured by Conversion of existing buildings. However, it is difficult to evacuate and fire due to the out of date of buildings by Conversion of existing buildings. For example, there is a fire in the Indukukwon, Pohang City and Hyosung Geriatric Hospital, Jangseong in Korea, which have changed the use of existing buildings. Many elderly people died in a night fire. It was because of the sandwich panel walls and PVC flooring material produced toxic gas instantly. In this study, we investigated the nursing home that changing the use and established fire prevention of human injury and countermeasure of evacuation. First, the sandwich panels which leading to deaths due to the toxic gas were installed in most nursing home. We recommend the RC, the masonry wall, and the glass fiber panel instead of the sandwich panels, In addition, the PVC flooring is most used in nursing home, the flooring material is considered such as the building stones, the tile, and the yellow soil closing instead of the PVC flooring. Second, we investigated the installation status of fire fighting equipment. As a result, the automatic-emergency open&shut equipment, the smoke ventilator and the evacuation slide were rarely installed. In order to secure the golden time in case of fire and to prevent the asphyxia caused by the toxic gas, the law should be amended to install the equipment.

췌장암 조기진단을 위한 조건부 확률 기반 지능형 진단 방식 (Intelligent Diagnosing Method Based on the Conditional Probability for the Pancreatic Cancer Early Detection)

  • Early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer had been considered one of the important barrier for successful therapy since the five year survival rate after treatment of pancreatic cancer was critically low. Nonetheless, patients often miss the golden time of treatment because they rarely visit the hospital until their symptoms are severe. To overcome these problems, a lot of information about the patient's symptoms should be applied as biomarkers for early diagnosis. For this reason, a biomarker for early detection of pancreatic cancer (CA19-9) has been developed as a diagnostic kit. However, since the diagnosis is not accurate enough, pancreatic symptoms (abdominal pain, jaundice, anorexia, diabetes, etc.) and biomarkers (CA19-9) should be considered together. We develop an intelligent diagnostic system that considers CA19-9 and the incidence of pancreatic cancer for pancreatic symptoms that was determined by studying a large number of patient information. It shows a higher accuracy than one using CA19-9 alone. It may increase the survival rate of pancreatic cancer because it can diagnose pancreatic cancer early.

가속도 센서 데이터 기반 수면단계 예측 및 수면주기의 추정 (Prediction of Sleep Stages and Estimation of Sleep Cycle Using Accelerometer Sensor Data)

  • 수면 질환에 사용되는 수면다원검사는 그 비용 및 시간적 제약으로 새로운 대안을 찾을 필요가 절실하다. 최근 웨어러블 헬스기기가 대중화 되면서 기존의 액티그래피를 이용한 수면분석을 대신하려는 다양한 연구가 되고 있으나 이들 기기의 데이터 및 알고리즘은 접근성 및 성능에 있어 매우 제한적인 상황이다 본 논문에서는 자체 제작된 가속도계 센서모듈을 이용한 수면 중 움직임 정보를 이용하여 AASM표준 방식 기준으로 분류된 수면 단계를 예측하고, 센서의 움직임 정보와 뇌파의 δ파와 θ파의 파워스펙트럼 비교를 통해 수면의 주기를 추정할 수 있는 방법을 제시했다. 31명의 공개된 PSG 분석결과를 이용한 수면 단계 예측 결과 85.26%의 정확도를 보였다. 움직임 신호의 특성과 δ파와 θ파의 파워 변화를 비교한 결과 REM수면과 NREM수면의 반복 주기를 제시한 알고리즘으로 찾을 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 보였다.
