정책적 안전재고의 비용 최적화 : 제록스 소모품 유통공급망 사례연구 (Policy Safety Stock Cost Optimization : Xerox Consumable Supply Chain Case Study)

  • Inventory, cost, and the level of service are three interrelated key metrics that most supply chain organizations are striving to optimize. One way to achieve this goal is to create a simulation model to conduct sensitivity analysis and optimization on several different supply chain policies that can be implemented in actual operation. In this paper, a case of Xerox global supply chain modeling and analysis to assess several "what if" scenarios for the consumable policy safety stock is presented. The simulation model, combined with analytical cost model and optimization module, is used to optimize the policy safety stock level to achieve the lowest total value chain cost. It was shown quantitatively that the policy safety stock can be reduced, but it is offset by the inbound premium transportation cost to expedite supplies in shortage, and the outbound premium transportation cost to send supplies to customers via express shipment, requiring fine balance.

숲해설가의 조직몰입 영향요인에 관한 연구: 직무동기를 중심으로 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Forest Interpreter's Organizational Commitment: Focused on the Job Motivation)

  • 숲해설가가 하나의 직업군으로 정착되고 숲해설에 대한 국민적 수요가 계속적으로 증가하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 숲해설의 목표를 달성하고, 숲해설 이용자의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해 숲해설가의 조직몰입과 직무동기를 중점으로 두 변수간의 관계를 규명하고, 직무동기 요인에 따른 조직몰입도의 차이를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 숲해설가 직무동기는 '사회적 관계형성', '숲에 대한 관심과 애정', '자기개발' 요인으로 구분되었고 '숲에 대한 관심 및 애정', '자기개발', '사회적 관계형성' 순으로 평균이 높았다. 둘째, 조직몰입도는 '관계지향적 몰입'과 '목표지향적 몰입'으로 구분되었다. 셋째, 숲해설가 일반특성과 관련해서 직무동기는 성별, 직무교육 참여횟수에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 조직몰입도는 연령과 소속기관에 따라 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 직무동기는 조직몰입과 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었으며, 특히, 사회적 관계형성 동기가 전체 조직몰입도와 목표지향적 몰입도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

농업경영정보시스템 사용의도에 미치는 사회심리학적 요인 분석: 우수농업경영정보시스템을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Social-Psychological Factors that Influence the Intention to Use the Agricultural Information System "LFcenter System")

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors that influence farm managers' intentions to use an agricultural farm management information systems. It focused on "LFcenter System," a leading information system operated by the Rural Development Administration for farm management. Participants of this study are classified into two groups: a group of leading farm managers and a group fo regular farm managers. A total of 192 survey samples on users' intentions are collected; 85 samples from leading farm managers and 107 from regular farm managers. The theoretical background of this study is developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Diffusion of Innovation(DOI), Social Cognitive Theory(SCT), and Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Partial Least Squares(PLS) method is used to test a proposed Structural Equation Model(SEM), including nine hypotheses. The differences between two groups are investigated using Smith-Satterthwait test. The findings from this study are: First of all, in terms of average comparison of most variables used in this study, a group of leading farm managers shows higher value that the other group in most cases. Second, hypothesis tests how that "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of leading farm managers. However, "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" turned out to significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of regular farms managers. Based on the results of Smith-Satterthwait test, compared with a group of leading farms managers, the impact of "goal to study" on "intention to use" is significantly stronger. On the other hand, in the group of leading farms managers, "perceived usefulness" and "perceived enjoyment" turned out to be main drivers of "intention to use."

쇠퇴주거지의 예술매개 도시재생 프로그램에 대한 화폐가치 분석 - 청주시 사직2동을 중심으로 - (Analysis of Monetary Value of Art Mediated Urban Regeneration Programs in Declining Residential Areas - Focused on Cheong-ju Sajik 2-dong -)

  • The goal of this paper is to assess the monetary value of each of the programs, by estimating the amount of willingnessto- pay for the urban regeneration programs that are being carried out in the art media space. Using the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheongju that is undergoing urban regeneration through 4 art mediated programs as the subject of this study, the monetary value was calculated through a contingent valuation method (CVM) that used double double-bounded question method. As a result of the analysis, the amount of willingness-to-pay for urban regeneration programs was found to be 36,250 won monthly average per household and, when this was converted to reflect all the households in the Sajik 2-dong area, the amount was estimated to be approximately 117 million won. In addition, in the case of the respondents who have experienced such programs, the amount of willingness-to-pay was found to be monthly average wise 12,880 won higher than those respondents who have not. As a result of the measurement of values based on art mediated urban regeneration programs, the Byeol-ddong-dae for children culture exploration program showed as having the highest value, followed by the local resident festival program, street puppet program and the resident autobiography program.

스포츠 스타 인플루언서 광고가치와 소비자 팀동일시가 브랜드자산에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sports Star Influencer Advertising Value and Consumer Team Identification on Brand Equity)

  • 본 연구는 스포츠 스타 인플루언서가 나오는 SNS 광고가치인 정보성, 오락성, 방해성, 신뢰성이 브랜드자산에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 인플루언서 SNS 광고가치와 브랜드자산과의 관계에 미치는 팀동일시의 조절효과를 규명하였다. 대학생 350명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 구조 방정식모형을 이용한 다집단분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과로 스포츠 스타 인플루언서가 출연한 SNS 광고가치 중 정보성, 오락성, 신뢰성이 증가할수록 브랜드자산에 정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 방해성은 브랜드자산에 유의미한 부적 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 또한 소비자의 팀동일시 수준이 낮은 집단에 비해 높은 집단이 오락성을 더 높게 지각한 반면 팀동일시 수준이 낮은 집단이 높은 집단에 비해 방해성을 더 높게 지각한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 스포츠 스타 인플루언서를 활용한 SNS 광고가치의 학문적 이해를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한 팀동일시 수준에 따른 스포츠 인플루언서 광고가치 지각의 차이를 밝힘으로써 소비자의 스포츠 팬덤 강화와 브랜드자산 증대를 위한 시사점을 제공 할 것이다.

국내 공공도서관 생태계의 담론적 분석 (A Discourse Analysis to Public Library Ecosystem in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 공공도서관 생태계의 담론화를 통한 개선 확장 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 자연생태계의 순환원리와 구성요소에 근거하여 공공도서관 생태계의 기본원리와 구조적 지형을 해명하고 현주소와 인식을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다양한 관점과 시각을 차용한 전략적 방안(카르마 법칙을 적용한 도서관의 정체성 및 공공성 보장, 미네르바 신드롬을 극복하기 위한 사서직의 주체성 및 전문성 강화, 파레토 원리를 응용한 자료서비스 및 장서관리의 최적화, 부정적 후광효과를 해소하기 위한 일반열람실 축소와 비교우위 프로그램서비스 제공, 가우스 분포를 준수한 생애주기별 이용편차 해소, 이카루스 역설을 반추한 디지털 패러다임 수용과 이용친화형 공간화, 그레샴 법칙의 경계를 위한 작은도서관의 공공도서관 시스템화, 그리고 폼페이 역설을 반면교사로 삼은 소통강화와 사회문화적 가치 확산 등)을 제안하였다.

APPLICATION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT: LEAN TECHNOLOGIES AND SAVING MANUFACTURING (ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION)

  • Successfully adapting to digital and customer-oriented transformation, the concept of lean manufacturing professes the philosophy of creating greater benefit while minimizing losses. These losses are operations that do not add value in the production process to ensure the efficiency, flexibility, and profitability of projects. In the context of broad automation and digitalization of all sectors of the economy, mechanisms for combining automation technologies and lean production are becoming available. Moreover, when it comes to the efficient use of financial, human, or material resources, it is clear that the use of Industry 4.0 technologies can be an effective tool for achieving the goals of lean production, as many of them pursue the same goal. In this context, this article aims to study the effectiveness of the implementation of project management concepts at the global level and identify the main factors influencing its effectiveness to ensure the achievement of lean production through LEAN technologies and Industry 4.0 technologies. To achieve this goal, several statistical indicators were selected and several statistical methods of analysis were used: pairwise correlation, regression analysis, methods of comparison, synthesis, and generalization. Statistical analysis was conducted according to a survey conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2020. An economic-mathematical model of dependence of project effectiveness in different regions of the world on the level of implementation of project management approaches is built, which shows that the increase in project effectiveness by 85% is due to financial losses, technical training, and consumer orientation. These results allow project managers to develop appropriate strategies to improve project management approaches at all levels. It is established that LEAN technologies and technologies of Industry 4.0 have several tools that have a positive effect on minimizing losses following the concept of lean production. Besides, given that the technology of Industry 4.0 is focused on the automation of Lean Production technology, a mechanism for the introduction of lean production using these technologies and methods.

Factors Influencing the Purchase Intention of EVs Among Korean and Chinese Consumers

  • Purpose - Using the Model of Goal-Directed Behavior (MGB), this study identifies the critical factors that influence consumer intention to purchase an electric vehicle (EV). This study also provides differentiated policy implications to the Korean and Chinese governments and EV-related companies for the expansion of the EV market in both countries by comparing consumers' perceptions of EV purchase intentions. Design/methodology - Our extended MGB model adds to the standard model consideration of financial incentives, perceived risks, and environmental concerns. An online survey was conducted of Korean and Chinese consumers. Based on the collected responses, all tested hypotheses were verified using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling). Differences in the path analysis results between Korea and China were compared and verified using Henseler's MGA (multi-group analysis), the parametric test, and the Welch-Satterthwaite test. Findings - The most critical factor that influences the intent to purchase an EV in consumers from both countries is personal desire. PBC and SN were identified as the critical factors that respectively increase personal desire in Korea and China. In addition, in Korea, among the three factors EC, FIP, and PR, environmental concerns were found to have the most significant impact on attitudes and purchase intention. In contrast, in China, economic factors (specifically financial incentives) had greater importance than environmental issues. Originality/value - This study has academic contributions in that it presents a new research model that includes financial incentive policies, environmental concerns, and perceived risk variables based on the MGB to explore consumers' purchase intentions. This study can also make a practical contribution in that it provides some meaningful implications to the governments and EV-related companies of both countries based on the differences in the analysis results of the Korean and Chinese markets.

The prognostic value of the lymph node ratio in patients with distal cholangiocarcinoma after curative intended surgery: A single-center retrospective study

  • Backgrounds/Aims: The goal of the present study was to evaluate the prognostic value of lymph node ratio (LNR) in distal cholangiocarcinoma (DCC) after curative intended surgery. Methods: Clinicopathological data of 162 DCC patients who underwent radical intended surgery between 2012 and 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. Prognostic factors related to overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were evaluated. Results: Median OS time and DFS time were 41 and 29 months, and 5-year OS rate and DFS rate were 44.7% and 38.1%, respectively. In the univariate analysis, significant prognostic factors for OS were histologic differentiation, American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) stage, positive lymph node count, LNR, R1 resection, and perineural invasion. Preoperative carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen 19-9, infiltrative type, histologic differentiation, AJCC stage, positive lymph node count, LNR, R1 resection, perineural invasion, and lymph-vascular invasion were significant prognostic factors for DFS in the univariate analysis. In the multivariate analysis, histologic differentiation, R1 resection, and LNR were the independent prognostic factors for both OS and DFS. The LNR ≥ 0.2 group had a significantly poor prognosis in terms of OS (hazard ratio, 3.915; p = 0.002) and DFS (hazard ratio, 5.840; p < 0.001). Conclusions: LNR has significant value as a prognostic factor of DCC related to OS and DFS. LNR has the potential to be used as a modified staging system with furthermore studies.

수소전기차에 대한 자기효능감이 신뢰에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self-Efficacy for Hydrogen Electric Vehicles on Trust)

  • 본 연구는 수소전기차 활성화에 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 기대되는 수소전기차에 대한 자기효능감, 기대되는 가치와 지각된 위험 그리고 신뢰간의 인과관계를 규명할 수 있는 개념적 모형을 설정하고 이를 실증연구를 통하여 검증하고자 하였다. 구체적인 연구목표로는 첫째, 자기효능감, 지각된 가치, 지각된 위험, 신뢰에 관한 개념을 선행연구를 중심으로 개념적·조작적으로 정의하였다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통하여 도출된 자기효능감, 지각된 가치, 지각된 위험, 신뢰가 상호 어떠한 영향관계를 가지게 되는지를 확인하기 위하여 연구모형을 제시하고 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구결과, 자기효능감은 지각된 가치와 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지각된 가치와 지각된 위험은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
