After the Paris Agreement in 2015, the government has been promoting various policies such as 'Hydrogen-Economy Roadmap(2019)' to supply hydrogen. As part of this, the government announced the goal of building 310 hydrogen refueling stations(HRS) until 2022. To this end, special case standard for the introduction of complex, packaged, and mobile hydrogen refueling stations(MHRS) have been enacted and promulgated. The MHRS has the advantage of being able to supply hydrogen to multiple regions. However, due to the movement and close distance between facilities, it is necessary to secure proper installation standards and operational safety through safety analysis. In this study, the possibility of introduction was investigated by designing a standard model and quantitative risk assessment(QRA). As a result of QRA, personal and social risk were acceptable, and the empirical test direction and implications were derived.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest advanced methods for the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults. For this purpose, the study investigated and analyzed domestic and overseas reading policies and activities, and collected extensive opinions from public officials, teachers, librarians, activists of reading campaign, parents, children, and young adults. Based on the results, this study proposes the following: to establish the basic policy direction, to build the infrastructure of reading culture environment, to set up the dedicated organization, and to suggest the vision, goal, strategies, and tasks on the promotion of a reading culture for children and young adults.
In this paper an attempt was made to establish a direction in systematizing the technical education with regard to the relation to environmental education. This study was made mainly through literature review concerning the relationship between technology and environment, and thus this study has a purpose of connecting the contents of technical education with environmental education. It will provide referential data for environmental education. The main text of this study dealt with which goal to establish in the technical education from the viewpoint of academical position considering the relationship between technical education and environmental education. Also, it dealt with the organization of contents of environmental education according to the 7th curriculum and, as a result, it reached the following conclusions: In the first place, technology and environmental education which have close relationship with each other should be considered in the developmental aspect. In the second place, technology, in any directions, affects natural environment. In the third place, environmental education should be done by the integrated approach and one of the alternatives can be through SET education including society and culture, environment, and technology all together. In the fouth place, the environmental education should be environmentally sound and developed sustainably so that the technology can be developed along with environment. One example can be found in the ecological architecture. In the fifth place, the environmental education which is a souce of technical education has its necessity in 8 aspects. In the sixth place, according to the 7th curriculum, the following can be the teaching contents which will connect technical education and environmental education: gardening, vegetable raising, planting and trimming, the future techniques, energy and transportation techniques, and so on. In the seventh place, the technical education can have seven goals concerning environment. In the eighth place, the environmental education in the technical education should be considered in the aspect of contents, of teaching and learning, of evaluation, and of the relations with subjects. In the ninth place, should be included as teaching materials of the units of technology textbooks where environment education will be dealt with.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate Korean and foreign environmental education programs: 3 Korean programs including 'Environmental Education Program' for primary school level, 'Environment' for middle school level, 'Ecology and Environment' for high school level and 2 foreign programs including 'TLSF(Teaching and Loaming for a Sustainable Future) Program and IEEIA(Investigating and Evaluating Environmental Issues and Actions) Program using IAEEC (The Inventory for Assessing Environmental Education Curricula) by Kim (2003). The IAEEC include four goal levels of the foundations level, the conceptual awareness level, the investigation level, environmental action skills level and an optical level: teaching methods and practice. The IAEEC use a 5-point Likert scale to identify the extent to which an environmental education curriculum or a program reflects the goals of environmental education. It was found that our school environmental education programs need to be more involved, especially in the areas of social foundations (political & legal); personal beliefs and values in environmental issue and the critical analysis of the issue by identifying important players' positions, beliefs, and values; and the environmental action to solve the issue and evaluate the consequences and effectiveness of the action plan. This study can provide a meaningful direction for program development in environmental education and especially provide school-teachers with reliable sources in analyzing environmental education programs for their school classes.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to design the curriculum of Basic College Software Programming to develop creative and logical-thinking. This course is guided by algorithmic thinking and logical thinking that can be solved by computing for problem-solving, and it helps to develop by software through basic programming education. Through the stage of problem analysis, abstraction, algorithm, data structure, and algorithm implementation, the curriculum is designed to help learners experience algorithm problem-solving in various areas to develop diffusion thinking. For Learners aim to achieve the balanced development of divergent and convergent-thinking needed in their creative problem-solving skills. Research design, data and methodology: This study is to design a basic software education for improving algorithm-thinking for non-major. The curriculum designed in this paper is necessary to non-majors students who have completed the 'Creative Thinking and Coding Course' Design Thinking based are targeted. For this, contents were extracted through advanced research analysis at home and abroad, and experts in computer education, computer engineering, SW education, and education were surveyed in the form of quasi-openness. Results: In this study, based on ADD Thinking's algorithm thinking, we divided the unit college majors into five groups so that students of each major could accomplish the goal of "the ability to internalize their own ideas into computing," and extracted and designed different content areas, content elements and sub-components from each group. Through three expert surveys, we established a strategy for characterization by demand analysis and major/textbook category and verified the appropriateness of the design direction to ensure that the subjects and contents of the curriculum are appropriate for each family in order to improve algorithm-thinking. Conclusions: This study helps develop software by enhancing the ability of students who practice various subjects and exercises to explore creative expressions in various areas, such as 'how to think like a computer' that can implement and execute their ideas in computing. And it helps increase the ability to think logical and algorithmic computing based on creative solutions, improving problem-solving ability based on computing thinking and fundamental understanding of computer coding and development of logical thinking ability through programming.

Since the execution of structural design by professional structural engineers is not mandatory for small-size buildings in Korea, structural design is conducted by architects or contractors resulting in concern about the seismic safety of the buildings. Therefore, the Korean Structural Engineers Association proposed dedicated structural design criteria in 2012. The criteria were developed based on a deterministic approach in which the structural members are designed only with information of story and span length of the buildings and without structural analyses. However, due to the short time devoted to their development, these criteria miss satisfactory basis and do not deal with structural walls popularly used in Korea. Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport launched a research on the 'development of structural performance enhancement technologies for small-size buildings against earthquakes and climate changes'.. As part of this research, this paper intends to establish direction for the preparation of deterministic structural design guidelines for seismic safety of domestic small-size reinforced concrete buildings. To that goal, a typical plan of these buildings is selected considering frames only and frames plus walls, and then design is conducted by changing the number of stories and span length. Next, the seismic performance is analyzed by nonlinear static pushover analysis. The results show that the structural design guidelines should be developed by classifying frames only and frames plus walls. The size and reinforcement of structural elements should be provided in the middle level of the current Korean Building Code and criteria for small buildings by considering story and span length for buildings with frames only, and determined by considering the shape and location of walls and the story and span length as well for buildings with frames plus walls. It is recommended that the design of walls should be conducted by reducing the amount of walls along with symmetrically located walls.

The purpose of this study is to rigorously review extant research on flipped learning that has been given a rising interests as a measure of securing the quality of higher education apart from the improvement of the curriculum. Colleges and universities are criticized for failing in equipping their customers with critical skills, which triggered them to review both curriculum and teaching learning method. In the middle of the teaching and learning method lies the flipped learning. For its relatively short history of research tackling the issues of flipped learning, now is the best time to review the extant studies on the topic to overview and suggest future directions in the field. With the goal in mind, this study restricted the journal articles reviewed to 20 and presented the results based on a conceptual framework derived from a rigorous literature review. Followings are policy suggestions and conditions for successful implementation of flipped learning.
The goal of this paper is the presenting method that is based on the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum to use for teaching leadership education in petty officer area. The leadership education under NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is developing the overall usage of individual competency with varied knowledge and experience. The leadership education for potential petty officers is formed with four steps. At the first step, a check of personal competency. For the second step, designing a project format and setting a direction of the leadership curriculum. For the third step, a consolidation of theoretical and background knowledge through the project and presenting a training experience of problem analysis and resolution. For the fourth step, showing a result of the leadership education with another competency check. The leadership education under the NCS-Based Competency Curriculum is an essential way to develop leadership to the students who are participating petty officer education program at the college level. Finally, this research paper shows its research limitation and a way of hereafter research.

In this paper, configuration control for the Horizontal Maintenance and driving of the mobile inverted pendulum robot has been studied using ARS(Attitude Refrence System). The inverted pendulum technique is getting attention and there have been many researches on the seg-way since the US. Using its 2 freedom, a mobile inverted pendulum robot can move in various modes and Our robot performs goal reaching ARS. Mobile inverted pendulum robot fall down to the forward or reverse direction to converge to the stable point. Kalman Filter is normally used for the algorithm and numerous research is progressing at the moment. To calculate the attitude in ARS using 2 axis gyro(roll, pitch) and 3 axis accelerometers (x, y, z). In this paper we present a two wheel robot system for an autonomous mobile robot. This paper realized the robot control method which is much simpler but able to get desired performance by using the IMU and PID control.
Purpose: This study evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of the reverse contrast mode in intraoral digital radiography for the detection of proximal dentinal caries, in comparison with the original digital radiographs. Materials and Methods: Eighty extracted premolars with no clinically apparent caries were selected, and digital radiographs of them were taken separately in standard conditions. Four observers examined the original radiographs and the same radiographs in the reverse contrast mode with the goal of identifying proximal dentinal caries. Microscopic sections $5{\mu}m$ in thickness were prepared from the teeth in the mesiodistal direction. Four slides prepared from each sample used as the diagnostic gold standard. The data were analyzed using SPSS (${\alpha}=0.05$). Results: Our results showed that the original radiographs in order to identify proximal dentinal caries had the following values for sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and accuracy, respectively: 72.5%, 90%, 87.2%, 76.5%, and 80.9%. For the reverse contrast mode, however, the corresponding values were 63.1%, 89.4%, 87.1%, 73.5%, and 78.8%, respectively. The sensitivity of original digital radiograph for detecting proximal dentinal caries was significantly higher than that of reverse contrast mode (p<0.05). However, no statistically significant differences were found regarding specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, or accuracy (p>0.05). Conclusion: The sensitivity of the original digital radiograph for detecting proximal dentinal caries was significantly higher than that of the reversed contrast images. However, no statistically significant differences were found between these techniques regarding specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, or accuracy.
