최근 구글 세라고 지칭되는 디지털 세가 OECD 제31차 총회(2021. 10. 08)에서 136개국의 전폭적인 지지로 최종 합의되어 2023년부터 시행될 예정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 OECD가 글로벌 MNE를 대상으로 마련한 디지털 세에 대하여 분석하고 국내 산업에 미치는 파급효과와 우리나라의 대응 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 첫 번째 연구로 디지털 세에 대한 국제합의 내용을 분석한 결과, 글로벌 MNE가 해외 국가에 사업장을 설치하지 않더라도 매출과 이익이 발생하면 초과이익금의 25%를 세금으로 부담하고(필라1), 모든 국가에서 사업을 수행하면 최소 15%의 세금을 부담하는 것이다(필라 2). 이것은 세계 각 국가가 글로벌 MNE가 향후 자국 시장을 쉽게 잠식할 것을 예상하여 자국 기업을 보호하는 최소한의 대응책을 마련하기 위한 것으로 판단된다. 두 번째 연구는 글로벌 MNE는 왜 그렇게 강력한가? 에 대한 이유를 찾기 위해서 구글과 B2B SaaS 기업을 중심으로 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 글로벌 MNE는 디지털플랫폼 파트너십 생태계를 구축하여 해외 국가에 쉽게 진입하고 신속히 확장해 나가는 것을 발견하였다. 결론에서 우리의 대응 방안으로 산업육성정책을 창업 기업, 산업 그리고 국가 수준으로 각각 구분하여 제시하였다.

This study is a sustainability study of K-Music beyond K-Pop through New Media. New media literally means 'new media'. When TV, classified as legacy media, first appeared in the world, it was an innovative new media platform. Of course, it is considered the most traditional legacy media. However, the definition of new media inevitably changes with the times. Most of the media called new media today are based on online and mobile. This thesis focuses on popular music including crossover traditional music genre. And we define popular music exported abroad as K-pop, and propose the possibility of globalization of Korean music using K-pop users and new media, a metaverse based K-pop audition platform, as consumers and suppliers in the global market. Hallyu, the studying of K-Pop through the study of attitudes and economic effects of K-pop, such as reactions to the spread of K-pop and the reactions of fans who like K-pop, are constantly being discussed in various ways. But there has been no case of cultural technology research that linked the sustainability of Gugak as the Korean music through new media to the K-pop business platform. As the overflowing data pours out in the virtual space as an act that gives the meaning of existence, the online is able to become an open market that provides reliable information all over the world. Therefore we would like to propose on the sustainability of Korean music through the 'Korean Traditional Music Broadcasting Metaverse Audition' beyond the K-pop business model as the K-Music content in the cultural technology era.

In China, the oil and natural gas resources of Bohai Bay are mainly marginal oil fields. It is necessary to build both ice-resistant and economical offshore platforms. However, risk is involved in the design, construction, utilization, maintenance of offshore platforms as uncertain events may occur within the life-cycle of a platform under the extreme ice load. In this study, the optimum design model of the expected life-cycle cost for ice-resistant platforms based on cost-effectiveness criterion is proposed. Multiple performance demands of the structure, facilities and crew members, associated with the failure assessment criteria and evaluation functions of costs of construction, consequences of structural failure modes including damage, revenue loss, death and injury as well as discounting cost over time are considered. An efficient approximate method of the global reliability analysis for the offshore platforms is provided, which converts the implicit nonlinear performance function in the conventional reliability analysis to linear explicit one. The proposed life-cycle optimum design formula are applied to a typical ice-resistant platform in Bohai Bay, and the results demonstrate that the life-cycle cost-effective optimum design model is more rational compared to the conventional design.

Purpose: Crowdfunding can be a complementary channel in which start-ups or small companies can obtain financial help and take advantage of exploiting the online potential. To activate crowdfunding, it is necessary to consider a consumer's empathic responses. This article examines the role of empathy in the crowdfunding channel platform. We adopted the identification-commitment model to prove the role of empathy. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were asked to read the charitable crowdfunding campaign. More than 300 young adults completed an online questionnaire and we analyzed it with structural equation modeling (SEM). To find out the role of empathy, we postulate several models which use empathy variable for different purposes. Results: We conclude that empathy has the role of moderator in the identification-commitment model. This means the high empathic response helped the relationship between identification and commitment. However, low empathic response can negatively influence the process of identification to commitment. Conclusions: This study found that virtual empathy is positively related to crowdfunding participation if we can elevate empathy in the crowdfunding channel platform. The findings also show that we need to consider empathic response when we want to raise funds for specific projects such as protecting the natural environment.

지구온난화는 세계적인 기온의 상승과 함께 폭염으로 인한 온열질환의 인명피해도 증가하고 있다. 특히, 주요 온열질환 취약계층은 실외작업자와 고령자이며, 점차 증가하는 폭염 피해에 대응이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구는 온열질환 취약계층을 대상으로 폭염 피해를 대응하는 방안으로 웨어러블 디바이스로부터 사용자의 활력 징후 데이터의 수집 및 분석을 통해, 온열질환 피해가 예상되는 의심환자에 대한 이벤트를 발생시켜 신속한 대응을 할 수 있는 실시간 관제 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Purpose - This paper finds the repurchase intentions of customers in a sharing economy via Airbnb and Uber, which are classic sharing-economy service businesses. Design/methodology - This paper analyzes sharing economy effects using variables in a structural equation model. Findings - We verified that values have a significant effect on the trust in a platform. We also verified that the effects that value propositions have on repurchase intention are significant. Research Limitations/Implications - First, there may be some distinction between men and women with regard to divided trust. Second, if commitment is divided into commitment to the host and commitment to the platform, as is the case for trust, the results will not be as expected. Third, if results could be categorized by nationality after gathering more samples, each nationality might have different opinions about these factors. Finally, the sharing economy can be identified and analyzed for various industries, such as space, transportation, and service. At this point, it is inconvenient to not have more implications. Originality/value - This study focuses on the repurchase intentions of customers. Unlike earlier studies, it is meaningful that trust is divided between the host and the platform, and that it can be analyzed. It is also important to establish the relationship between trust and commitment, and the relationship toward repurchasing in the shared-economy.

미래창조과학부는 공공기술 기반 기술창업을 가속화 하기 위해 2016년부터 '연구소기업'의 설립을 촉진하고 이에 대한 지원을 강화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업 활성화의 문제를 진단하고 이에 대한 글로벌 관점의 성공기술창업플랫폼을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 공공기술 기반 기술창업의 성과 창출궤적으로 제시되고 있는 공공기술-제조-BtoB-글로벌의 라인 중 글로벌 관점에서 공공기술 기술창업기업의 성과창출을 도모할 수 있는 방안에 대해 전문가 인터뷰조사와 사례조사 등을 통해 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 공공기술기반 기술창업인 연구소기업등은 질적인 성과 즉 성공적 회수사례를 창출하기 위해서는 현재의 양적인 성과에서 벗어나 창업초기 신규창출형 연구소기업에 대한 민간벤처투자가 활성화하되 공공기술의 특징과 이의 사업화 속성을 적절히 반영한 인큐베이션 모델의 도입이 필요하고, 혁신적인 사례창출을 다수하기 위해서는 글로벌 성과창출이 요구됨을 도출하였다. 특히 본 연구는 이에 대해 공공기술 기술창업의 문제를 배태한 성공창업 솔루션 플랫폼으로 "국내기반형(Inbound)" 글로벌 창업플랫폼을 제안하고 있다.

Moblie games are getting popular in that more mobile handsets are available. The mobile phone is expected to be the dominant platform the way the PC turned out to be the dominant platform of desktop computing. Ubiquity enables the mobile phone users interact socially with other users. Mobile game developers are now competing globally on the Apple Appstore, where any developers in the world are able to publish their own games easily. This study reviews the case of Gamevil, one of the leading mobile game service providers, from its foundation to the current global competition in order to draw implications for mobile game industry.

In this paper, we develope the navigation system for patrol robots in indoor environment. The proposed system consists of PDA map modelling, a localization algorithm based on a global position sensor and an automatic charging station. For the practical use in security system, the PDA is used to build object map on the given indoor map. And the builded map is downloaded to the mobile robot and used in path planning. The global path planning is performed with a localization sensor and the downloaded map. As a main controller, we use PXA270 based hardware platform in which embedded linux 2.6 is developed. Data handling for various sensors and the localization algorithm are performed in the linux platform. Also, we implemented a local path planning algorithm for object avoidance with ultra sonar sensors. Finally, for the automatic charging, we use an infrared ray system and develop a docking algorithm. The navigation system is experimented with the two-wheeled mobile robot using North-Star localization system.

The FISPACT-II inventory simulation platform is a modern computational tool with advanced and unique capabilities. It is sufficiently flexible and efficient to make it an ideal basis around which to perform extensive simulation studies to scope a variety of responses of many materials (elements) to several different neutron irradiation scenarios. This paper briefly presents the typical outputs from these scoping studies, which have been used to compile a suite of nuclear physics materials handbooks, providing a useful and vital resource for material selection and design studies. Several different global responses are extracted from these reports, allowing for comparisons between materials and between different irradiation conditions. A new graphical output format has been developed for the FISPACT-II platform to display these "global summaries"; results for different elements are shown in a periodic table layout, allowing side-by-side comparisons. Several examples of such plots are presented and discussed.
