In this paper, we study the rigidity under $K{\ddot{a}}hler$ deformation of the complex structure of odd Lagrangian Grassmannians, i.e., the Lagrangian case $Gr_{\omega}$(n, 2n+1) of odd symplectic Grassmannians. To obtain the global deformation rigidity of the odd Lagrangian Grassmannian, we use results about the automorphism group of this manifold, the Lie algebra of infinitesimal automorphisms of the affine cone of the variety of minimal rational tangents and its prolongations.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to escape from the existing defense quality policy focused on government-led quality assurance for mass-produced items and to secure quality reliability of weapon systems through a defense quality policy paradigm shift based on designing a verification systems anchored on reliability through the enhancement of military supply quality control in the development stage, the enhancement of quality responsibility of the manufacturing contractor and other methods. Methods: For the shift to the quality-based defense quality policy, the status and the problems of the status quo are analyzed and the direction of future defense quality policy is suggested based on literature review of the concept of reliability and reliability in the field of defense, on case studies of global corporations and their quality policies, on the background on quality assurance in defense, and on case studies of quality policies in other government organizations, Results: Based on the case studies of quality policies in global corporations and other government agencies, the importance of preventive quality control from the early development stages, quality control based on the reliability of the materials and parts, and shift of the quality policy to a certification system to achieve these objectives were highlighted. Conclusion: To secure reliability of weapon system quality, the quality policy must be shifted to a system focused on reliability-based design and verification and there is a further need to enhance the operational efficiency and capacity of DTaQ based on studies and evaluation of weapon system reliability.

국제테러리즘데이터베이스의 구축은 일반범죄데이터베이스 구축에 비해서 형사사법기관 및 관련업무자들과 범죄학자들에게도 어려운 도전이 되는 일이다. 그러나 국제적인 단위의 테러리즘에 관한 데이터를 수집하여 분석 및 연구에 활용할 수 있는 형태의 종합적인 데이터베이스구축에 대한 관심과 노력이 점점 더 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라서 이 연구는 미국의 메릴랜드대학 내의 START 센터에서 구축하여온 GTD 데이터베이스의 시작과 발달과정에 대해 소개하고자 한다. GTD는 START 센터가 핑커단의 세계정보서비스데이터(PGIS)를 기반으로 인터넷을 비롯한 다양한 공개출처의 데이터를 수집하는 형식으로 현재까지 지속적으로 발전시켜오고 있는 세계 테러리즘 데이터베이스이다. 이 연구에서는 특히 GTD 데이터의 발전과정과 이 GTD 데이터의 수집된 내용(변수 및 데이터의 수집규모 등), 그리고 데이터의 수집과정에서 나타난 다양한 노력들에 대해서 소개 하고자하였다. 이를 위해서 GTD 데이터를 사용하여 지역 및 나라별 테러현황 및 분포 등에 대한 내용을 기술적 및 시계열적으로 분석한 내용을 제시하였다. 이러한 GTD의 소개를 통해서 국내의 국제테러리즘데이터베이스의 구축의 필요성과 방향 및 구체적인 수행을 위한 구체적인 사례를 소개하여 국내에서의 세계테러리즘데이터베이스의 구축에 이바지하고자 한다. 이연구의 공헌점, 정책적 함의 그리고 제한점 등이 논의에 거론되었다.

여권신장 광미국 및 유럽에서는 여권신장 광고, 즉 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인이 활발한 반면 국내에서는 찾아 보기 힘들다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사례분석이라는 방법론을 통해 미국 및 유럽에서 집행된 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인들을 분석했다. 사례분석 방법은 광고 및 기타 학문분야에서도 사용되는 방법으로, 특히 트렌드를 살피는데 도움이 된다. 본 연구는 사례분석 결과, 글로벌 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인은 여성인권의 다양한 측면, 즉 미(美)에 대한 새로운 관점, 평등, 교육, 리더십, 가정폭력 등 여성들이 직면한 사회적 이슈들을 광고라는 형식으로 사회의 인식의 변화, 남성들의 인식의 변화를 목적으로 집행되고 있다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 글로벌 기업들을 업종별로 분류해 보면, 소비재로부터, IT 및 전자기업, 자동차, 금융, 장난감, 비영리단체/공공기관, 그리고 언론에 이르기까지 다양하다 또한, 여성 소비자들뿐만 아니라 남성들을 타깃으로 한 광고 캠페인들 역시 집행되고 있으며, 여성 소비재를 기업들뿐만 아니라 일반 기업들, 그리고 비영리단체 및 공공기관 역시 펨버타이징 광고 캠페인을 집행하고 있다는 사실도 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 글로벌 기업들이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐, 어떠한 주제로 광고전략을 계획하고, 크리에이티브에 적용하는지를 분석해 향후 국내 기업들이 펨버타이징을 고려할 때 방향성에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

This study examines the experience structure and success theme in the business experience of successful young entrepreneurs in the fashion field. The study was conducted as a qualitative case study. The participants were three CEOs with more than 10 years fashion businesses experience with small and medium enterprises. Data were collected from July 2016 to June 2017 through in-depth interviews in Seoul and Gwangju as well as literature collected from other journals, newspaper articles, and books. Collected data were first summarized in 284 meaning units and then reduced to 53 common meanings through description, analysis, and interpretation processes that produced 16 sub-themes. Finally, six successful themes were extracted. The study results are as follows. First, the experience structure for successful entrepreneurs is formed by the qualitative difference of experience according to time order. Second, there are six successful themes found in the fashion start-up process. 1. Developing talent as entrepreneurs with a sense of fashion and enthusiasm 2. Passing on trial and error as a chance to communicate with customers 3. Challenge the fashion retail market with global online start-up opportunities 4. Building a system that responds to market environment changes 5. Leading and distinguishing with expertise from entrepreneurs 6. Evolve into the coexistence of members.

As many organizations have adopted and implemented ERP systems, concerns about ERP performance also have increased. Former researches studied the ERP implementation of general large or medium size enterprises but there are not enough studies on ERP systems of a specific industry domain. In this paper, we introduce a case study on ERP adoption methodology of global leading company 'D' in shipbuilding and marine engineering industry. We examined ERP implementation background, method and scope and evaluated ERP performance in perspective of both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative research usually examines ERP performance based on financial statements and qualitative study typically examines organization change or improvement. As a result, ERP implementation in shipbuilding and marine industry can improve quantitative aspects such as cost, human resource and organization performance. As qualitative analysis, business process and tools can be unified and management transparency can be improved by ERP implementation. The result of this paper will be useful guideline for organizations which are considering ERP systems.

Objectives This study presents a methodology that enables a quantitative assessment of green chemistry technologies. Methods The study carries out a quantitative evaluation of a particular case of material reutilization by calculating the level of "greenness" i.e., the level of compliance with the principles of green chemistry that was achieved by implementing a green chemistry technology. Results The results indicate that the greenness level was enhanced by 42% compared to the pre-improvement level, thus demonstrating the economic feasibility of green chemistry. Conclusions The assessment technique established in this study will serve as a useful reference for setting the direction of industry-level and government-level technological R&D and for evaluating newly developed technologies, which can greatly contribute toward gaining a competitive advantage in the global market.

The high speed rolling stock system considerably belongs to a special industry which requires large-scale investment cost but the recovery term is long. Therefore, to guarantee risk and possibility of technological success in initial investment, tools concerned with various expecting methods like life cycle costs analysis and credibility management are used. In view of this characteristics, the cases on cost structure for HSR RS previously invested should be studied and the method to appropriately allocate the life cycle of each sub-system like arrangement unit, electric device, braking device, door and car body should be realized. Moreover, the environmental aspects of main manufacturer and parts supplier can be checked. This study, through the case study for HSR cost structure in introduction and operational stage of KTX, aims to seek for the method to adapt to environmental changes like EU railway industry of which object is to acquire global market competitiveness by integrating manufacturing and operation of RS and the regulation and operation of IRIS which is performed in Europe.

Recent years, direct displacement-based design (DDBD) procedure is proposed for the design of un-bonded posttensioned (UPT) concrete wall systems. In the DDBD procedure, the determination of the equivalent viscous damping (EVD) ratio is critical since it would influence the strength demand of the UPT wall systems. Nevertheless, the influence of EVD ratio determination of the UPT wall systems were not thoroughly evaluated. This study was aimed to investigate the influence of different EVD ratio determinations on the DDBD procedure of UPT wall systems. Case study structures with four, twelve and twenty storeys have been designed with DDBD procedure considering different EVD ratio determinations. Nonlinear time history analysis was performed to validate the design results of those UPT wall systems. And the simulation results showed that the global responses of the case study structures were influenced by the EVD ratio determination.

본 연구는 현재 제작되어지고 있는 메타버스 사례를 살펴보고 향후 메타버스의 방향에 대하여 제언하고자 한다. 그 결과, 메타버스는 실세계 경제, 사회, 문화 등과 연결되면서 성장할 것이다. 예를 들면 실세계 부동산 가격이 오르면 메타버스 속의 디지털 부동산 가격도 상승한다는 것이다. 향후 메타버스와 메타버스 간의 연결 등을 통해, 국가와 국가 간의 경계를 허물어 지구촌을 하나로 연결하게 되는 것이다.
