본 논문에서는 합성곱 신경망이 적용된 네트워크를 활용해 전이 학습의 과정을 거친 멸종위기종 철새들의 이미지를 분류하는 시스템의 설계과정과 결과를 제시한다. 연구 방법으로 한국 영랑호를 찾아오는 멸종위기종, 천연기념물인 철새들의 이미지를 학습시켜 "가창오리", "노랑부리백로", "물총새" 이 세 종의 철새들을 매우 정확하게 분류하는 것을 확인하였다. 데이터 예비학습과정에서 train data의 개수를 40개로 진행했을때 약 92%의 정확도를 확인 후, train data의 이미지 개수를 50장으로 늘려 더 높은 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다. 이 시스템은 한국을 방문하는 멸종위기종 철새들을 무분별하게 포획하지 않도록 철새 이미지 분류시 활용 가능하다고 사료된다.

본 연구는 불특정 다수를 대상으로 한 범죄가 증가하면서 높아지고 있는 사회 불안을 해소하기 위해 서울시 10개 구를 선정하여 해당 구의 치안 강화를 위한 유용한 정보를 추출했다. 그리고 이를 데이터베이스화하여 다각적인 방면에서 분석하고 추가 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 서울지방경찰청의 2022년 치안 통계와 통계청의 2020년 사회조사 결과에 따르면 전체적으로 사회가 범죄에 대한 불안에 떨고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 안전서비스 설치와 범죄 발생 사이의 상관관계를 파악하고 범죄 발생에 미치는 요인들을 발견하여 추가적인 대응 방안을 설계한다면 우리 사회의 범죄 발생에 대한 불안을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 경기 변동에 따라 대중들의 소비가 민감한 사업군을 도출해내고, 서울시 열린데이터 광장의 소비데이터를 분석하여 해당 기업의 경영 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 2023년 물가지수(CPI)는 8월 3.4%, 9월 3.7%, 10월 3.8%로 유례없는 상승 추이를 보이고 있다. 또한, KDI(한국개발연구원)는 2024년 소비는 고물가 기조로 인하여 상품소비의 부진이 지속되어 기업 매출이 전년(1.9%)과 유사하게 1.8% 증가하는데 그칠 전망이라고 예측하였다. 이렇게 대중들의 소비가 줄어들고 있는 경기 상황에서 기업이 손실을 막기 위해 취할 수 있는 대응 전략을 수립하는데 이 연구가 도움이 되리라고 사료된다.

Mobile users want to be provided with undisrupted network services when they navigate on the Next-Generation (NG) wireless networks. For that, interlocking with a heterogeneous network is important, but there have been few studies on the method for guaranteeing global mobility. Thus, this paper proposes the Proxy-LMA technique, the mobile IP-based global inter-networking system, to enhance global mobility and interoperability within the Next-Generation (NG) network environment. The purpose of the proposed Proxy-LMA system is to expand the boundary of the mobility with regards to the existing mobility management protocol (PMIPv6 and MIPv6) in order to guarantee global mobility and interoperability within the heterogeneous network environment. The results of the performance evaluation showed that the proposed Proxy-LMA system was more efficient than other methods from the standpoint of signaling cost and delay in the heterogeneous network environment.

Named Data Networking (NDN) is one of the powerfully evolving future internet architectures. In this paper installation, configuration and several tests are addressed to show how well and properly our NDN testbed have been prepared and established using NDN platform, in order to have interoperability with global NDN testbed. Global NDN testbed status with our NDN node participation was addressed. To verify one reachability on the NDN connection to global NDN testbed, a latency result is presented using NDN ping test.

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

이 연구는 글로벌 정보사회의 변화의 맥락에서 인터넷의 기술적 성격과 인터넷 생태계의 특성이 결합되어 나타난 인터넷 거버넌스를 다루었다. 인터넷 거버넌스는 정부, 기업, 시민사회 등 다양한 행위자(diversified actors)들이 함께 관련된 멀티스테이크홀더 모델을 원칙으로 하고 있다. 이에 따라 글로벌 거버넌스의 참여자들이 크게 증가하고 있다. 또한 시민사회가 공식적인 구성원으로 참여하여, 정부, 민간 기업과 함께 인터넷 거버넌스의 3각 구도의 한 축으로 자리 잡았다. 이는 국제기구의 주체가 정부 간 국제기구로부터 민간 중심의 국제 질서로 변화하는 중요한 의미를 가진다. ICT의 발전을 반영하여 ICANN과 같은 민간 국제기구 모델이 등장하고, 인터넷거버넌스포럼(IGF)이 멀티스테이크홀더 모델이라는 새로운 체계의 중심으로 자리 잡고 있다. 이렇게 인터넷 거버넌스는 국제정보사회 거버넌스의 새로운 장을 열고 있으며, 더 나아가 글로벌 거버넌스의 새로운 변화를 제시하는 중요한 위상을 보여주고 있다.

이 논문은 데이터 큐잉 알고리즘과 의약품 빅데이터를 통해 약품 성분-성분 간의 정보와 질병-성분 간의 정보를 지원함으로써 의약품 다약제 복용 시 부작용이 발생 가능한 약물 정보를 사용자에게 제공하기 위한 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 또한, 의약품 성분에 더하여 복용이 금지된 의약품, 공급업체, 유통업체의 정보 등을 제공함으로써 의료 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반 사용자의 의약품 복용에 대한 불안감을 덜어줄 수 있다. 제공되는 대표적인 정보는 두 가지 약물 사이에서 일어나는 부작용, 특정 의약품의 주성분과 효능, 동일한 제약회사에서 제조된 의약품, 만성 질환 환자가 주의해야 할 약품 성분 정보이다. 앞으로, 희귀병 약이나 신약에 대한 정보를 수집하여 데이터를 업데이트하는 것이 필요하다.

SCM(Supply Chain Management) have been introduced in many companies for integrated management and improvement of business process. Recently, as internet and e-business concept are spread globally, the SCM concept is expanded from one internal company process to inter-company process, it makes a Global SCM concept. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of the Global SCM concept using e-business infrastructure, and propose SCM portal models. Four types of the SCM portal model are discussed, which are forecasting information sharing model, e-Marketplace-typed model, collaboration model and logistics information sharing model. The major concept of the SCM portal is to share information of supply chain process, it provide merits of scale to company. The result of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, the information sharing is very useful in the Global SCM. Second, the e-business infrastructure, especially e-Marketplace can be usefully used for implementation of SCM portal. Third, the M2M(Market to Market) function of e-Marketplace is a major function for implementing SCM portal.

A field-sequential color projection system can display color images using panel. However, it suffers from a characteristic trichromatic separation known as "color breakup". The viewing of images exhibiting color breakup may cause visual fatigue and mental stress. In this study, the authors examine, from the standpoint of human factors, the objective and subjective symptoms that can result from the viewing of images with color breakup.
