The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governing the relationship between Users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. Thus, this study deals with the functions of Bolero Bill of Lading and the problems and solutions in the Bolero Bill of Lading in point of definitions and operation under the Bolero Rulebook.

Though the ratio of electronic commerce compared to total commercial transaction is still low, it is certain that electronic commerce will be the major form of transactions in the future. In July 1, 1997, United States made a public "A Framework for Global Electronic Commerce" to set up Internet to be a duty free zone and declared to play the trigger role in getting the international discussion of "A Framework for Global Electronic Commerce". In July 8, 1997, EU also adopted "Bonn Declaration"-minimizing government regulations and imposing no new tax on electronic commerce. Focusing the international trend, we need to develop the tax policy that is suitable for our country situation as soon as we can. To be able to do that, we must make an endless effort like selecting professionals, making new administrative part and supporting the research.

  • The purpose of this research is to study whether environments of participating firms of electronic marketplace(e-MP) have an influence on usage factors which are supplying from e-MP and usage factors affect usage performances. Based on the existing researches we found variables and executed a empirical study of environment-usage-performance model. Through this research we suggested useful factors for the performance of trade enterprises. Usage factors of e-MP will overcome geographical limitation and acquire new sales areas and simultaneously widen the relationships of global enterprises. Those firms could be accessible into global market promptly. To enhance usages of e-MP, service quality which can satisfy both buyer and seller at the same time should be strengtened. Finally, the usage of e-trade information should also heighten through usage factors.
