최근 K-POP의 인기와 '싸이'의 성공은 한국 문화콘텐츠의 주류시장 편입 가능성을 시사하고 있다. 또한 한류콘텐츠의 글로벌 구매력 증대는 문화콘텐츠의 유통이 상당한 경제적 이익을 확보할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델이 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 하지만 한류문화의 지속 확산을 위해서는 안정적으로 콘텐츠를 공급할 수 있는 글로벌 유통플랫폼의 구축 등과 같은 글로벌 시장으로 사업의 범위를 확대하는 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 글로벌 콘텐츠 유통산업의 활성화를 위해 필수적인 핵심요인들을 파악해 보고, 그 요인들의 중요도를 분석하여 이를 활용한 전략적 대안을 제시하기 위하여 AHP 기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과의 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 인터뷰 대상 전문가 모집단은 관련 업무에 10년 이상 종사한 전문가(30명)를 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 콘텐츠 측면의 상대적 중요도가 정책적 측면과 기술적 측면보다 높게 분석되었다. 하부요인 중요도 분석에서는 정책적 측면의 비즈니스 모델이 가장 우선시 되어야할 요인으로 분석되었으며, 고품질의 콘텐츠제작이 그 다음 순위의 중요한 요인으로 선택되었다.

With the recent growth in smartphone services, the "mobile" environment has become a key factor to consider in the design of the future Internet. In this paper, we propose Mobile-Oriented Future Internet (MOFI), which is a new architecture for the future Internet for mobile-oriented environments. The MOFI architecture is designed with three functional features: global identifier and local locator in the identifier-locator separation, query-first data delivery for route optimization, and distributed control of identifier-locator mapping. The proposed architecture and functional operations are implemented and tested using the Linux platform. From the experiment results, we see that the MOFI architecture performs better than the existing identifier-locator separation schemes, such as Proxy Mobile IP and Host Identity Protocol, in terms of data throughout, mapping control overhead, and handover delay.

The development of platform service based on the information and communication technology has revolutionized patterns of commercial transactions, driving the growth of global economy. Furthermore, the radical advancement of artificial intelligence(AI) presents the huge potential to innovate almost all the industrial and economic activities. Given these technological developments, the goal of this paper is to investigate AI's impact on the platform service innovation as well as its influence on the business performance. For the goal, this paper presents the review of the types of service innovation, the nature of platform services, and technological characteristics of leading AI technologies, such as chatbot and recommendation system. As an empirical study, this paper performs a multiple case study of Kakao Group which is the leading mobile platform service with the most advanced AI in Korea. To understand the role and effect of AI on Kakao platform service, this study investigated three cases, including chatbot agent of Kakao Bank, Smart Call service of Kakao Taxi, and music recommendation system of Kakao Mellon. The analysis results of the case study show that AI initiated innovations in platform service concepts, service delivery, and customer interface, all of which lead to a significant decrease in the transaction costs and the personalization of services. Finally, for the successful development of AI, this research emphasizes the significance of the accumulation of customer and operational data, the AI human capital, and the design of R&D organization.

전자무역은 종래의 서류거래 대신 EDI나 인터넷 등 컴퓨터 네트워크를 이용하여 전자적 데이터 메시지를 송수신하여 종래의 무역거래방식에 컴퓨터와 정보통신기술을 결합시킨 새로운 형태의 무역거래를 말한다. 따라서, 본고에서는 무역결제 및 무역운송을 중심으로 무역거래의 전자화 현황을 살펴본 향후 전자무역의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Background: The objectives of the study are to find out the effect of the implementing reform in three Central Asian countries, identify its impact on health status and health care delivery systems. This study address to identify strong and weak points of the health systems and provide a recommendation for further health care organization. Methods: A comparative analysis was conducted to evaluate the effects of implemented policy on health care system efficiency and equity. Secondary data were collected on selected health indicators using information from the World Health Organization Global Health Expenditure Database, European Health Information Platform, and World Bank Open Data. Results: In terms of population status, countries achieved relatively good results. Infant mortality and under-5 mortality rate decreased in all countries; also, life expectancy increased, and it was more than 70 years. Regulations of the health systems are still highly centralized, and the Ministry of Health is the main organ responsible for national health policy developing and implementation. Among the three countries, only Kyrgyzstan was successful in introducing a national health system. Distribution of health expenditure between public expenditure and out-of-pocket payments was decreased, and out-of-pocket payments were less the 50% of total health expenditure in all countries, in 2014. Conclusion: After independent, all three countries implemented a certain number of the policy reform, mostly it was directed to move away from the old the Soviet system. Subsequent reform should be focused on evidence-based decision making and strengthening of primary health care in terms of new public health concepts.

Global Electronic Trading means that trading partners trade each other via Global Electronic Trading Network, that is, global business to business electronic commerce. Recently, where the cargo arrives ahead of the B/L, the importer cannot take delivery of the cargo without the B/L. This situation is referred to as the B/L dilemma. But the BOLERO system will resolve this B/L dilemma. Bolero Project is developing a cross industry utility platform for the secure, electronic transfer of commercial trade information world wide. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. As a joint venture between SWIFT and TT Club, bolero.net is changing the way the world trades by providing a web-based, paperless mode of commerce that is designed to become a global standard. Bolero International Limited published the first edition of Bolero Rulebook in 1999. The Bolero Rulebook as amended from time to time, governing the relationship between Users and their rights and obligations arising from the Bolero system. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. Thus, this study deals with the functions of Bolero Bill of Lading and the problems and solutions in the Bolero Bill of Lading in point of definitions and operation under the Bolero Rulebook.

Background: It was to describe collaborative educational efforts under Coronavirus disease 2019 period to advocate pharmacy-based immunization delivery and meet unmet needs of partnership institution using virtual learning platforms. Methods: A partnership was established among three pharmacy schools from two countries. The class content included the history of pharmacy immunization, pharmacists' roles and contribution to public health of the USA. The class also reviewed the value of pharmacists as frontline healthcare workers to foster student insights and the scope of pharmacy. The virtual class featured an interactive video simulation and small breakroom discussion besides a lecture. Results: Participants indicated that public accessibility to pharmacy and six-year education system in South Korea as advantages. However, legislative restrictions, pharmacist burden, and interprofessional disagreements were expressed as barriers to introduce the pharmacist immunization. Conclusion: A virtual learning platform was used to advocate for pharmacy-based immunization and fulfilled an unmet educational gap at a partnership institution.

The novel coronavirus pandemic has had a significant impact on society and everyday life. The pandemic imposed a global shutdown leading to many challenges such as the suspension of academic programs at universities. The result of this suspension contributed to the rapid overnight migration of educational activities from traditional face-to-face learning to a virtual environment which until then was unfamiliar to both instructors and students. This study identified the experiences faced by built environment higher education instructors in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa during this sudden switch to online teaching and learning. This pilot study employed a quantitative research approach to survey instructor experiences on online teaching and learning during a global pandemic. The data was computed and analyzed using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data collected. The study sample comprised of 20 higher education instructors in the region of the KwaZulu Natal province in South Africa. Findings from the study revealed that instructors faced adaptive challenges with rapidly having to redesign and remodel the mode of academic course delivery and assessments to suit an online platform. Additionally, instructors observed that students faced technological challenges such as connectivity and navigating the online learning management system platforms. The challenges identified by instructors and students can be effectively transformed to opportunities for future learning under the 'new normal'.

Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

인터넷의 발전은 연구환경과 정보수집에 있어서 근본적인 사고의 틀을 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 변화하는 인터넷 연구환경에서 국내의 인쇄형 학술논문을 전자학술지로 변환하여 인터넷을 통해 일반이용자에게 서비스하는 국가 정보유통기관에는 어디가 있고 그 양은 어느 정도인지, 서비스되는 전자학술지에는 중복이 있는지, 그리고 과학기술 학문분야간 전자학술지의 서비스에는 차이가 있는지를 한국학술진흥재단의 과학기술분야 등재 및 등재후보 학술지를 대상으로 조사하였다. 주요 정보유통기관간 전자학술지의 중복서비스 현황과 문제점을 다양한 각도에서 제시하였다.
