화학발광법에 의한 전혈 중의 당 정량 (Determination of Glucose in Whole Blood by Chemiluminescence Method)

  • 흐름주입 장치를 이용하여 화학발광법에 의한 전혈 중의 당을 정량하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 당의 효소반응에서 생성되는 과산화수소에 의하여 424nm에서 발생하는 luminol의 화학발광 세기의 차이를 정량에 이용하였다. 효소반응기는 glucose oxidase를 aminopropyl glass bead에 혼입하여 만들었으며, 흐름셀에서 발생하는 화학발광의 세기는 광섬유 다발을 이용하여 측정하였다. 최적 실험조건을 구하기 위하여 화학발광 시약 및 효소반응기의 pH, 흐름속도 및 온도가 화학발광세기에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 최적실험조건에서 구한 검정 곡선은 $1.0{\times}10^{-1}$~ 7.0mM에서 직선성이 성립하였으며, 검출한계는 $6.0{\times}10^{-2}$mM이었다. 본 방법을 전혈 중의 당 정량에 적용하였으며, 그 결과를 기존의 분석법에서 구한 결과와 비교하였다. 또한, 회수율 측정을 통하여 본 방법의 신뢰성을 검증하였다.

생전분의 효소당화에서 유리구 마찰효과 (Attrition Effect of Beads on Enzymatic Saccharification of Raw Starch)

  • 생전분 분해효소에 의한 전분의 당화에서 유리구를 첨가시켜 회전진탕시키므로 당화시간의 단축과 당화율의 증대에 효과가 있었다. 옥수수전분과 유리구의 중량비를 1 : 5로 하여 Streptomyces sp. 4M-2의 ${\alpha}-amylase$를 첨가하고 300rpm으로 교반시켰을 때 30시간 후에 88%, 감자전분에서 69%의 당화율을 나타냈다. 옥수수전분에서 amyloglucosidase를 병용하였을 때는 6시간 후에 88%의 당화율을 보였다.

  • Immunoassay is one of the important analytical methods for clinical diagnoses and biochemical studies, but needs a long time, troublesome procedures and expensive reagents. In this study, therefore, we propose the micro filter chip with microbeads for immunoassay, which has pillar structures. The advantage of the proposed micro filter chip is to use simple fabrication process and cheap materials. The mold was made by the photolithography technique with Si wafer and negative photoresist SU-8. The replica was made of PDMS, bonded on the pyrex glass. The micro filter chip consists of inlet channel, filter chamber and outlet channel. HBV (Hepatitius B virus) monoclonal antibody (Ag1) labeled with biotin were immobilized onto streptavidin coated beads of 30∼50 $\mu$m size. Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled HBV monoclonal antibody (Ag8) was used to detect HBsAg (Hebatitis B virus surface Antigen), and fluorescence intensity was monitored by epi-fluorescence microscope. In this study, the immune response of less than 30 min was obtained with with the use of 100 $m\ell$ of sample.

흡수제 내부순환형 탈황장치의 SO2 제거성능 특성 (SO2 Removal by Internal Circulation of de-SOx Absorbents)

  • Three new granular absorbents were prepared from calcium hydroxide, and applied to an FGD process with internal circulation. The aim of the study was finding the most efficient of the these three applied absorbents for the $SO_2$ removal at high flue gas temperatures. The absorbent is fed to the testing unit at high operation temperature and fluidized inside the FGD system where the sorbent particles react with the $SO_2$ gas. The rate of $SO_2$ decomposition was high in C-type absorbent which had the large surface area. De-SOx characteristics of the current absorbents appeared to be similar to the other conventional agents in this fluidized bed combustor. In particular, the optimum de-SOx condition could be achieved at high mole ratios of Ca to S which can reduce the residual $SO_2$.

  • In this experimental study we propose the double dielectric barrier discharge(DDBD) reactor to produce as high an electric field as possible. DDBD reactor is designed to remove $NO_x$ at atmospheric pressures from the moving pollution source such as diesel automobile DDBD reactor consisted of two cylinder glass tubes arranged so that the gas flow was directed between the two tubes. Inside of the inner tube was filled with small metal beads and outside of the inner tube was wounded with stainless wire to form the electrode. The outer tube was surrounded by an aluminum foil In this reactor there are three electrodes, i.e. metal bead(C), helical wire(I) and aluminum foil(0). By using DDBD reactor we will report some interesting results of treatment of the gas which is the dilute mixtures of NO in N2. And then we compared thee results with the results of cylinder-wire(CW) which is one of popularly used reactor in non-thermal plasma applications.

공기부상반응조에서 체류시간과 반송율에 의한 유기물질 및 질소제거 향상에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Organics and Nitrogen Removal by HRT and Recycling Rate in Air Lift Reactors)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the air lift reactors (ALR) by variations of HRT and recycling rate. Air lift reactor was composed of bioreactor and clarifier above it. To remove organic matters and nitrogen through the formation of microbic film and filtration, bio-filter reactors were filled with clay, glass, bead, waste plastic, respectively. Influent wastewater was fed to biofilter reactor, and effluent wastewater from bio-filter reactor was injected ALR again, instead of adding external carbon source. Effluent BOD concentration was satisfied with lower than 10 mg/L in recycling rate 100% regardless of the variation of HRT and the kinds of media materials. In HRT 4 hr, recycling rate 100%, BOD removal efficiency rate was from about 85 to 90%, COD removal efficiency rate was higher than 90%. Effluent TN concentration was satisfied with less than 20 mg/L, if HRT was maintained by over than 6 hr regardless of recycling rate and media materials. Over than HRT was 4 hr, microbes concentration in air lift reactor was maintained over than 2,500 mg/L constantly, not sensitive to environmental condition, and organic removal was effective as it was higher.

Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF) Prepared from Epoxy/Rubber Resins and Its Fabrication and Reliability for LCD

  • A thermoset type anisotropic conductive adhesive film (ACAF) comprising epoxy resin and natural butyl rubber (NBR) as the binder, micro-encapsulated imidazole as the curing agent, and Ni/Au coated polymer bead as a conductive particle has been studied. These films have been prepared to respond to requirements such as improved contact resistance, current status less of than 60 ${\mu}m$ and reliability. These films can also be used for connection between the ITO glass for LCD panel and the flexible circuit board. The curing conditions for the connection were 40, 20 and 15 seconds at 150, 170 and 190 $^{\circ}C$, respectively. The initial contact resistance and adhesion strength were 0.5 ${\Omega}/square$ and 0.4 kg/cm under the condition of 30 kgf/$^{cm}^2}$, respectively. After completing one thousand thermal shock cycling tests between -15 $^{\circ}C$ and 100 $^{\circ}C$, the contact resistance was maintained below 0.7 ${\Omega}/square$. Durability against high temperature (80$^{\circ}C$) and high humidity (85 % RH) was also tested to confirm long-term stability (1000 hrs) of the conduction.

진공 열 플라즈마 용사공정을 통한 NiTiZrSiSn 벌크 비정질 코팅 형성 (Vacuum Plasma Sprayed NiTiZrSiSn Coating)

  • An inert gas atomized NiTiZrSiSn bulk metallic glass feedstock was sprayed onto the copper plate using vacuum plasma spraying process. In order to change the in-flight particle energy, that is, thermal energy, the hydrogen gas flow rate in plasma gas mixture was increased at the constant flow rate of argon gas. Coating and single pass spraying bead were produced with the least feeding rate. Regardless of the plasma gas composition, fully melted through unmelted particle could be observed on the overlay coating. However, the frequency of the unmelted particle number density was increased with the decrease of the hydrogen gas flow rate. The amorphous phase fraction within coating was also affected by the number density of the unmelted particle.

유리구슬을 사용하여 제조된 재귀반사시트의 구조 및 재귀반사 특성 연구 (Structural and Physical Properties of Reflective Sheets Prepared by Using Glass Beads)

  • 본 연구에서는 유리구슬을 사용하여 일반반사지 및 고휘도 반사지를 제조하여 그들의 반사성능과 물리적 특성을 조사하였다. 유리구슬형 재귀반사 시트의 제조 방법에는 봉입렌즈형과 캡슐렌즈형의 두 가지로 구분될 수 있는데 유리구슬이 공기에 노출되는지 그렇지 않은지를 통해서 구분한다. 유리구슬 위를 덮고 있는 층이 있는 봉입렌즈형은 유리구슬 위의 한 개의 층으로 된 캡슐렌즈형에 비해 악천 후에도 휘도 변화가 거의 없다. 유리구슬의 도포량에 따라 휘도가 달라지므로 최적의 도포량을 조사하였고, 다양한 색상을 지니는 유리구슬 형태의 봉입렌즈형 재귀반사 시트와 캡슐렌즈형 재귀반사 시트를 제조하여 입사각과 관찰각에 따른 재귀반사 시트의 휘도를 조사하여 비교하였다. 공기에 노출되는 캡슐렌즈형 백색 재귀반사 시트의 휘도가 $210.4cd/1x{\cdot}m^2$으로 봉입렌즈형의 $74cd/1x{\cdot}m^2$ 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 세탁전과 후의 휘도변화를 통하여 재귀반사 시트의 세탁력과 점착성능을 분석하였는데, 캡슐렌즈형은 세탁 후 유리구슬의 수가 줄었고 또한 알루미늄 증착면이 훼손되어 증착된 부분이 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

규산염 암석의 알칼리 용융 유리원판에 대한 LA-ICP-MS 전암 미량원소 분석법 평가 (Evaluation of LA-ICP-MS Whole Rock Trace Element Analysis Using Fused Glass Bead of Silicate Rocks)

  • 알칼리 용융법으로 제조한 규산염 암석 참조물질(JR-3, JG-3, JGb-1, JB-1b) 유리원판에 대하여 레이저 삭마-유도결합 플라즈마 질량분석법(LA-ICP-MS)으로 미량원소를 분석한 결과의 신뢰도를 평가하였다. 희토류 원소를 포함하는 28개 원소 분석결과시 암석내 농도가 10 ppm 이상인 경우에는 측정의 상대표준편차(RSD)가 7% 이하이었으며, 10 ppm이하의 농도에서는 RSD가 다소 증가하기도 하지만 25%를 넘지는 않았다. 동일한 암석 참조물질로부터 이전에 보고된 분석자료의 평균과 비교하면 대부분의 경우 최대 10% 내외의 편차로 잘 일치하는 만족스러운 결과를 나타낸다. 알칼리 용융 유리원판을 이용한 LA-ICP-MS 분석법은 용액 ICP-MS 분석법에 비하여 전처리 과정을 대폭 줄이고 빠른 시간 내에 비교적 높은 정밀도로 고철질에서 규장질까지 대부분 암석의 미량원소를 분석할 수 있는 방법으로 평가된다.
