Development of Non-precision Approach Procedures Checklist (비정밀접근절차 체크리스트 개발연구)

  • After a thorough investigation of aviation accidents involving Korean national carriers both inside and outside of Korea and also after reviewing catastrophic events involving foreign carriers in Korea, we found numerous accidents that caused fatalities and serious personal injuries. Although the aircrafts involved were found to have no specific defects, many of the accidents were caused by the pilot's misjudgement according to previous studies. Our research is to find an new procedure to help the prevention of similar accidents by focusing particularly on CFIT accidents during the procedural operations of Non Precision Approach, Circling Approach and Visual Approach. Therefore, we emphasize the significance of this research on the development of the new checklist that will help achieve a safe and effective procedural operation for non precision approaches.

  • Abstract MOCIE(Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy) handles 6 Projects for Intelligent Robot, whose budget is around 40 Million dollars per year. In this paper we have tried to analyze the state of robot technology of the projects. Each sub-projects has been divided according to the technological classification. Two major projects of Next Generation Growth Engine and 21C Frontier show different state each other. The former is focused on the product while the latter on the technology. Output of 21C Frontier should be linked to the Next Generation Growth Engine, otherwise, it will fail to advance. The project management handles only the quantitative performance such as business results, number of prototype, and number of patents and papers. Technological Capability is essential and it should be managed. This paper proposes efficient classification of robot technology and technology index.

  • In this study, conventional head-end processes of spent TRISO fuel have been reviewed to develope more effective treatment methods. The main concerns in the TRISO treatment are to effectively separate the carbon and SiC contained in the TRISO particles. The crush-burn scheme which was considered in the early stages of the development has been replaced by the crush-leach process because of $^{14}C$ problems as a second waste during the process. However there are still many obstacles to overcome in the reported processes. Hence, innovative thermomechanical concepts to breach the coating layers of the TRISO particle with a minimized amount of second waste are proposed in this paper and their principles are described in detail.

  • 레졸바는 앤코더에 비하여 가격 면에서 유리하지는 않지만 절대위치를 검지해야 하는 경우와 기계적으로 견고해야 하는 장소에서 정교한 제어용으로 사용되고 있다. 레졸바에 의한 위치와 속도검출 방법은 일반적으로 관측기를 응용하고 있으며, 아날로그 신호를 처리해야 하는 부분을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 레졸바의 출력신호를 위치정보인 코사인과 사인파형으로 복조하고 복조된 아날로그 신호를 제어기에 전송하는 방법을 사용하였다. 또한, 제어기의 프로그램에 추정기를 설계하고 극저속에서 그 동작을 관찰하였다.

  • 최근 생물학 문제를 해결하기 위하여 생명 정보 분야에서 많은 컴퓨터 기술들이 응용되고 있다. 플라보노이드 정보는 항암, 항산화 효과가 있는 유용한 물질인 플라보노이드의 연구와 관련된 정보를 분석하고 관리하는 컴퓨터 기술 기반의 응용 기술이다. 현재 플라보노이드 정보 관련 연구는 일부에서 수행되고 있으며 플라보노이드의 다양한 정보를 효율적으로 저장 검색 할 수 있는 시스템은 부족한 실정이다. 플라보노이드 물질에 관한 정보를 더욱 효과적으로 저장 관리하고 관련된 연구자들 간에 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있도록 본 논문에서는 플라보노이드 정보를 위한 그리드 웹 포탈 시스템 구조와 관련된 데이타 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템과 데이타 모델의 유용함을 보이기 위해 웹 기반으로 플라보노이드 정보 그리드 포탈을 구현한다.

  • 본 연구는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 영상 (CT, Computed Tomography Image)에서 치열궁 (Dental Arch)을 자동으로 검출하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서는 3차원 컴퓨터 단층촬영 영상을 입력 받고 영역 확장법을 이용하여 하악을 분할 한 후 하악의 단면에서 전체적인 치아의 영역을 분할을 한다. 치아의 영역에서 세선화 작업을 거친 후 곡선 정합법을 이용하여 최종 치열궁을 검출한다. 실험 데이터로 두개골 컴퓨터 단층 촬영 데이터를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 치과 영상 데이터로부터 파노라마 영상을 얻는데 이용 될 수 있고 치과 분야의 질병 진단 및 진찰에 이용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • Since 1960s, advanced constructions have introduced warranty contract which is warranted to quality and performance for need of owner in determined term to ensure the quality of construction. However, the interior of a country encounter another problem result from Defects Liability what indefiniteness of defects standard, excess responsibility period, social recognition of be identical fraudulent work and defects, and contract with ascendancy of owners. etc, so builders concerned more excess defects liability than the quality of construction. The purpose of this study is to analysis of warranty contract in order to solve the problem such as stated above.

  • While Logic Based Expert System (LBES) has a merit of rapid and complete inference, it also has a defect of huge knowledge base. Hierarchical LBES (HLBES) replaces the assertion time inference of LBES with the multi-level logic minimization procedure, and it guarantees smaller knowledge base comparing with LBES. This paper has two contributions. The one is proposing so-called fact-minimization procedure which reduces not only the number of facts or measured events but also the size of knowledge base dramatically. The other contribution is application of HLBES and the proposed fact-minimization to the fault diagnosis of power system. The application is successfully performed in the example with the transmission system which takes 72 goals and 352 facts.

  • This paper presents an intersection of technologies of ITS (intelligent transport systems) and CBTC(communication based train control) in urban transit system. ITS is based on Information and communication technologies. And also these techniques are fundamental for railway system. ITS has some technologies useful in railways such as traveler information service, public transportation information service, and advanced vehicle control Systems. Therefore, both systems need to technological cooperation. In this paper, we proposed useful an cooperation method for both systems.
