Nowadays, global wedding dress companies are interested in the Chinese wedding market because of expectations in consumption patterns of the post 80's generation. Therefore, wedding behavior, selection criteria for wedding dresses, and favored image by segmented groups targeting 20's to 30's Chinese women were studied to help the Korean wedding dress industry to establish their business in China. The survey was conducted in Shanghai city and three neighboring cities-Wuxi, Zhengziang, and Hangzhou-, and the primary data were analyzed using the SPSS program. As results, Chinese women thought that the wedding ceremony should be elegant and dignified, and they wanted to choose their favorite style rather than a recommended style. The criteria of selection were classified into four factors. Overall image and well fitting with their face and body were the most important factors in the selection of wedding dress. The most favored image was unique/novel image. Several favored images for their wedding dress were significantly different by occasion (ceremony day and photo shoot day) and education level. People of higher education level preferred more luxurious and classic image during the ceremony, and a classic and gorgeous image on the photo shoot day. A white dress and a colored dress for weddings were favored more than the Chinese traditional dress on both occasions. There was also a significant difference between general consumers and the wedding business employees in the quantity of wanted wedding dress.

Recently RFID systems have been introduced in place of barcode systems to industries such as logistics, distribution, and manufacturing. Due to security vulnerabilities in wireless communication between the reader and tags, however, the authentication protocols for the communication have also been researched extensively. In order to solve the vulnerability of previously proposed protocols, this paper thus proposes an authentication protocol that satisfies the security requirements in the RFID system and minimizes the quantity of computation such as random number generation, transmitting the micro-time of databases. In addition, it is expected that the proposed cross authentication protocol is safe against replay attack, spoofing attack, traffic analysis, and eavesdropping attack when it is applied to the RFID system. Also, it has advantages such as providing a high level of security at a lower manufacturing cost.

Nonvolatile semiconductor memory devices with reoxidized nitrided oxide(RONO) gate dielectrics were fabricated, and nitrogen distribution and bonding species which contribute to memory characteristics were analyzed. Also, memory characteristics of devices depending on the anneal temperatures were investigated. The devices were fabricated by retrograde twin well CMOS processes with $0.35{\mu}m$ Nonvolatile semiconductor memory devices with reoxidized nitrided oxide(RONO) gate dielectric were fabricated, and nitrogen distribution and bonding species which contributing memory characteristics were analyzed. Also, memory characteristics of devices according to anneal temperatures were investigated. The devices were fabricated by $0.35{\mu}m$ retrograde twin well CMOS processes. The processes could be simple by in-situ process of nitridation anneal and reoxidation. The nitrogen distribution and bonding state of gate dielectric were investigated by Dynamic Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(D-SIMS), Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry(ToF-SIMS), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS). Nitrogen concentrations are proportional to nitridation anneal temperatures and the more time was required to form the same reoxidized layer thickness. ToF-SIMS results show that SiON species are detected at the initial oxide interface and $Si_{2}NO$ species near the new $Si-SiO_{2}$ interface that formed after reoxidation. As the anneal temperatures increased, the device showed worse retention and degradation properties. These could be said that nitrogen concentration near initial interface is limited to a certain quantity, so excess nitrogen are redistributed near the $Si-SiO_{2}$ interface and contributed to electron trap generation.
The study aims to analyze economic viability of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle, an innovative technology to utilize clean coal effectively and efficiently in the era of energy crisis. The study is conducted to evaluate business value of 300 MW IGCC demonstration plant technology development based on binomial option, in consideration of uncertainty of fuel price. Binomial option is one of the real option valuation methods, which is ideally suited to irreversible decision making under uncertainty. With this analysis, it shows that investment value is higher compared with economic evaluation based on discounted cash flow, since this method can measure quantity. As a result, this study is proved to be economically feasible, which have a positive impact on the next generation of IGCC and the connection with Carbon Capture and Storage.
Due to rapid industrial development, population growth, and improvement of living standards, the amount of sewage and wastewater, including nutrients, is increasing every year. In addition to the increasing amount of sewage and wastewater generation, untreated linked treated water (manure, livestock manure, industrial wastewater, leachate, food waste) is also increasing, and many of the linked treated water flows directly into nearby sewage treatment plants. The associated treated water causes many problems because of its own characteristics, low flow rate with high concentration compared to existing inflow sewage. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to investigate the quantity and quality of the connected treated water whichh is flowed into the sewage treatment plant, and a study the effect on sewage treatment. Therefore, in this paper, we would like to examine the effect of the linked treated water. Seasonal effect associated with water pollution conditions was considered. In addition, a scenario was created through the distribution and inflow of connected treated water along with the water temperature conditions. Through scenario analysis, we intend to optimize the operating conditions of linked processing.

With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

Among the various receptor molecules discovered so far the ${\beta}$2-adrenergic receptors have been regarded as excellent model systems for the so called 7 transmembrane helix receptor and have been the focus of extensive studies. For the analysis of receptor structure and function a monoclonal antibody plays a crucial role, thus providing useful tools for the study of receptor. However, because of the minute quantity of receptor molecules which could be obtained from natural sources, the generation of specific monoclonal antibody against receptor molecules from the purified receptors has been regarded as virtually impractical in consideration of cost and experimental times. The purpose of the present study was to generate and characterize a monoclonal antibody against human ${\beta}$2-adrenergic receptor. For the production of antibody, C-terminal regions of the human ${\beta}$2-adrenergic receptor was produced as a fusion protein with Glutathion S-transferase (GST) in E. Coli. The expression of the fusion protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot using monoclonal anti-GST antibody. The fusion protein was purified to an apparent homogeniety by affinity chromatography with Glutathion Sepharose CL-4B and used as an antigen for the immunization of BALB/C mice. The Production of monoclonal antibody was achieved by fusion of the immunized spleen cells and SP/2-0 myeloma cells. Positive hybridomas were screened by ELISA and were cloned by two consecutive rounds of limiting dilution. The monoclonal antibody produced in this study (mAb${\beta}$C02) was IgM type and purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using anti-mouse IgM agarose as an affinity matrix. MAb${\beta}$C02 showed strong and specific immunoreactivity against both the fusion protein and human ${\beta}$2-adrenergic receptor in ELISA and Western blot. The molecular weight of immunoreactive band was 64 kDa and exactly coincided with the previously reported molecular weight of ${\beta}$2-adrenergic recepters. The results of the present study suggest that mAb${\beta}$C02 may be used for the study of receptor function and regulation in normal or nonphysiological status.
The ability to judge a country's scientific standing is vital for the governments and businesses that must decide scientific priorities and funding. In this paper, we analyze the output and outcomes from research investment over the recent years, to measure the quality of scientific research on national scales and to set it in an international context. There are many ways to evaluate the quality of scientific research, but few have proved satisfactory. To measure the quantity and quality of science in different nations, we analyzed the numbers of published research papers and their citations. The number of citations per paper is a useful measure of the impact of a nation's research output. Essential at a were acquired from SCI database by Thomson Scientific, which indexes more than 8,000 journals, representing most significant materials in science and engineering. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and compare the output and outcomes among nations in a variety of viewpoints and criteria. One of the implications in response to the result of analysis is that sustainable economic development in highly competitive world markets requires a direct engagement in the generation of knowledge. Even modest improvement in healthcare, clean water, sanitation, food, and transport need capabilities in engineering, technology, and medicine beyond many countries' reach. Nations exporting natural resources such as gold and oil can import technology and expertise, but only until these resources are exhausted. For them, sustainability should imply investment in alternative agricultural and technological capabilities through improvements in their skills base. A strong science base does not necessarily leat to wealth generation. However, strength in science has additional benefits for individual nations, and for the world as a whole.

In this study, according to increase of thermoelectric power plants that use LNG, LNG-FSRU(Floating-Storage and Regasification Unit) appeared and it is installed on the Topside in order to deliver in a gaseous state to consumers who are in the shore. This study about the study on the characteristics analysis of the system depending on changes in performance with the vaporization and temperature of the heat source. For the characteristics analysis of the system, we devided vaporization method into Ethylene glycol water vaporization method and sea water as a heat source. Then the system that can vaporize 200ton per hour of LNG of $-157.9^{\circ}C$ and 10,400kPa was configured, and according to the temperature of supplied sea water, required minimum flow rate value was calculated. Also in case of using Ethylene glycol Water as a vaporization method, providing for regional and seasonal factors such as decrease of temperature of water. The system is configured by adding a steam boiler of $174.5^{\circ}C$, 775kPa as heat source. The generation amount of the steam required according to the performance of the vaporizer compared to the water temperature changes in the steam boiler and the amount of required evaporative performance due to changes in the quantity of steam and Ethylene glycol Water was confirmed.

The DEM(Digital Elevation Model) is a three-dimensional spatial information that stores the height of the terrain as a numerical value. This means the elevation of the terrain not including the vegetation and the artifacts. The DEM is used in various fields, such as 3D visualization of the terrain, slope, and incense analysis, and calculation of the quantity of construction work. Recently, many studies related to the construction of 3D geospatial information have been conducted, but research related to DEM generation is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, a DEM was constructed using a MMS (Mobile Mapping System), UAV image, and UAV LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging), and the accuracy evaluation of each result was performed. As a result, the accuracy of the DEM generated by MMS and UAV LiDAR was within ± 4.1cm, and the accuracy of the DEM using the UAV image was ± 8.5cm. The characteristics of MMS, UAV image, and UAV LiDAR are presented through a comparison of data processing and results. The DEM construction using MMS and UAV can be applied to various fields, such as an analysis and visualization of the terrain, collection of basic data for construction work, and service using spatial information. Moreover, the efficiency of the related work can be improved greatly.
