The aim of this study is to analyze the productivity change of pollock enterprise by applying a mutually quadratic hyperbolic model and a bootstrapping model. This study used 20 units of pollock firms data (from 2013 to 2017). As a result of total productivity analysis of twenty pollock enterprises, total factor productivity was estimated to have decreased by 24.9% over the last five years (2013~2017). The main cause of this productivity decline was analyzed by technical change. In terms of annual productivity change, it showed decrease 3.0% in 2013~2014, 7.8% in 2014~2015, 4.5% in 2015~2016 and 4.7% in 2016~2017 respectively. In the analysis of productivity by corporation type, total factor productivity showed a significant decrease in both general corporation and external corporation, and productivity decrease (-29.3%) was larger than general corporation (-23.0%). In the productivity analysis by type of business, total factor productivity decreased significantly in the order of wholesale and commodity brokerage (-26.3%), food manufacturing (-25.1%) and fisheries (-15.3%). This decrease in productivity was caused by the technological change which indicates a downward shift in the production curve that is significant in all sectors.

Production planning is a key part of production management of manufacturing enterprises. Since computerization began, modern production planning has been developed starting with Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and today Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Supply Chain Management (SCM) has been spreading and advanced. However, in the shipbuilding field, rather than applying these general-purpose production planning methodologies, in most cases, each shipyard has developed its own production planning system. This is because the applications of general-purpose production planning methods are limited due to the order-taking industry such as shipbuilding with highly complicated construction process consisting of millions of parts per ship. This study introduces the design and development of the production planning system reflecting the production environment of heavy shipyards in Korea. Since Korean shipyards such as Hyundai, Daewoo and Samsung build more than 10 ships per year (50-70 ships in the case of large shipyards), a planning system for the mixed production with complex construction processes is required. This study draws requirements using PI/BPR (process innovation and business process reengineering) methodology to develop a production planning system for shipyards that simultaneously build several ships. Then, CBD software development methodology was applied for the design and implementation of planning system with drawn requirements. It is expected that the systematic development procedure as well as the requirements and functional elements for the development of the shipyard production planning system introduced in this study will be able to present important guidelines in the related research field of shipbuilding management.

The objectives of this study are (i) to review current situations and problems of the occupational health care system with emphasis on reforming the organizations and services, (ii) to find out a disirable occupational health system model based on integration of the occupational health system and the general health system, and finally, (iii) to suggest policy implications in occupational health services in the light of objectives of the newly emerging national health insurance reform in Korea. The major policy implications of this study are as follows: 1. In the long-run, within the occupational health system, preventive occupational health services such as employees' physical check-up, working environment examination, etc should financially be integrated with industrial accident compensation insurance. Currently separately paying expenses for each different category of services by the owner of an enterprise should be disbursed once through the payment of contributions of industrial accident compensation insurance. And then, it is necessary to strengthen and expand the role and function of industrial accident compensation insurance to cover preventive occupational health services. 2. The occupational health system should be integrated with general health system for its effective management. For the short-term policy, it is necessary to eliminate fiscal and access barrier between industrial accident compensation insurance and national health insurance by means of ex post facto settlement of accounts. The duplication of employees' physical check- ups between under the health insurance program and under the industrial health services must be coordinated in a manner either through mutual authorization by the two parties concerned or through merge into the health insurance. 3. The intent of current employees' physical check-up system focused on detection of occupational diseases, should be converted to an idea of medical surveillance system or biological moritoring system. The introduction of medical surveillance or biological monitoring system is a necessary condition to build a positive, effective and inexpensive occupational health care system.

But recently, more and more companies will shorten the life expectancy of a corporate environment and is also rapidly changing. In this study, the longevity of global enterprises through the company's longevity factor analysis, that has continued to gain corporate answer. DuPont's global corporate giant Siemens and the longevity of the two factors in analyzing the factors that change the business portfolio, risk management, and continuous research and development, trust management, environmental management and other factors have been described. This ongoing internal and external environment analysis and core competencies by strengthening the implementation of responsible management as the core of the upcoming general management are appearing.

The study aims to provide the potential for commercialization of traditional martial arts selection. First, we was reviewed by comparing the general purpose and major enterprise of the Koreataekkyon and the Korean Taekkyon Association. Second, analyzed the related results of the Business and the related papers published in the recently 3 years. Through this, I have following suggestions. A new departure from the emerging world should challenge the new paradigm beyond traditional culture and sports. To do so, one must first excavate the sports industry (startups). Second, there should be education about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. Third, we need to establish a dedicated organization that supports business.

This paper focuses on how the protection of information security incident is effective in via Information security awareness when conducting information security activities of enterprises. Research models have theorized that the information security activity and the information security awareness will reduce the incidence of information security. The general characteristics of analysis targets have been carried out in the frequency analysis, and the reliability of the measuring tool has been utilized to calculate the coefficient of Cronbach's information protection. Evidence has been demonstrated regarding the relationship between information security activities and information security awareness and information security incidents.

In recent, a general trend is observed towards more customized products and shorter product life cycles in manufacturing companies. In these companies, customers often wish to influence the product they order and to get a variant of product that meets their requirements. This environment is called as a customer-oriented manufacturing companies. This paper presents a procedure of product specification management for customer-oriented manufacturing companies by using product specification framework. This framework is founded on the product specification based product structure which is made of model, specification, function, and part. Also, a product specification management system(PSMS) is implemented by using the proposed product specification framework and is a core system in product data integration system. To illustrate an utilization of the proposed framework and procedure, a case of a ship engine product is applied. As a result, PSMS reduces delivery time and improves customer relationships. Moreover, the case shows that PSMS can be used as a tool for improving inter-department coordination within a company during product life cycle.

This study conducted a survey on 290 employees in 6 theme western restaurants, proposing differences in the menu planning of western food enterprises based on the factors that influence on the inside and outside of western restaurants as well as the theme industries in order to clear up the characteristics peculiar to and factors related to the menu planning of western food enterprises. The results are as follows. According to the results, even with same foodservice industries, they have to search for their own exclusive menu from a marketing aspect because of the full of ups and downs based on the dealing items: for six western restaurants by theme, it showed that there is a significant difference in marketing factors. Particularly, they have to plan these points- considered menu, given that general flavor is the most important point, followed by environment or atmosphere and service. In the result, it should not only apply the developed menu according to industries and dealing items differently, but also arrange a comfortable atmosphere and kind services, centering on health food in the select menu of mid and low prices verified above, through a sufficient location survey in advance and a firm preparation accompanied by consumers.

System Intergration (SI) has resently been conceived as one df the most important tools for enforciong and reinforcing the competitiveness of an enterprise. A major concern of SI lies in sharing many types of information, such as engineering, production, finance, marketing, and so on. Product Data Management (PDM) systems are mainly concerned with product- related information, and also support a large portion of the Commerce At Light Speed (CALS) straitegy. PDM systems receive a great amount df attention form industry, A variety of PDM solutions have been introduced for the last few years, and its market has expanded very fast with an annual growth of 30%. However, in general, it is not an easy task to choose a right PDM solution for a particular company. A major purpose of this paper is to provide essential factors in evaluating PDM systems. While developing the factors. we consider the expected future trend of PDM technologies and three types of PDM-based intergration (frontward, rearward, and sideward integrations). We Propose to carry out the evaluation process in two fold. An overall evaluation is performed first to narrow down many alternatives into a few candidate systems, and then a detailed technical evaluation step follows to determine the final solution. A number of influencing factors are categorized and described in each of these steps.
