소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 SNS광고 구전 제약요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the SNS Advertising's Word-of-Mouth Constraint Factors in the Social Network Service)

  • 본 연구는 목적인 소비자의 구전제약요인과 구전과의 관계를 여가제약 이론을 바탕으로 구전제약요인들과 이에 대한 협상노력이 몰입과 구전의도와 관계를 살펴보기 위한 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 변수들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가설을 검증한 결과 2개의 가설(가설 1, 가설 5)을 제외하고 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 이에 대한 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 내재적제약이 구전제약 요인이 구전제약 협상노력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 대인적제약과 구조적제약은 구전제약 협상노력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 내재적 제약의 경우 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설검증에서는 기각하였지만, 통계적으로는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 구전제약 협상노력과 몰입 그리고 구전과의 구조적인 관계를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 구전제약 협상노력은 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있지만, 구전에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 몰입은 구전에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 매개역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 구전제약요인과 소비자의 몰입과 구전에 대한 종합적인 이해와 함께 중요한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

In Vitro and in Vivo Wound Healing Properties of Plasma and Serum from Crocodylus siamensis Blood

  • The plasma and serum of Crocodylus siamensis have previously been reported to exhibit potent antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. During wound healing, these biological properties play a crucial role for supporting the formation of new tissue around the injured skin in the recovery process. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the wound healing properties of C. siamensis plasma and serum. The collected data demonstrate that crocodile plasma and serum were able to activate in vitro proliferation and migration of HaCaT, a human keratinocyte cell line, which represents an essential phase in the wound healing process. With respect to investigating cell migration, a scratch wound experiment was performed which revealed the ability of plasma and serum to decrease the gap of wounds in a dose-dependent manner. Consistent with the in vitro results, remarkably enhanced wound repair was also observed in a mouse excisional skin wound model after treatment with plasma or serum. The effects of C. siamensis plasma and serum on wound healing were further elucidated by treating wound infections by Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 on mice skin coupled with a histological method. The results indicate that crocodile plasma and serum promote the prevention of wound infection and boost the re-epithelialization necessary for the formation of new skin. Therefore, this work represents the first study to demonstrate the efficiency of C. siamensis plasma and serum with respect to their wound healing properties and strongly supports the utilization of C. siamensis plasma and serum as therapeutic products for injured skin treatment.

축산업자 환경교육 프로그램 개발 연구 - 충청남도 홍성군을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Model on Environmental Education Program for Livestock Farmer -Focused on Hongsung-gun, Chungcheungnamdo-)

  • Livestock agriculture plays an essential role Hongsung's economy. Unfortunately, if manure is manage properly it can contaminate water and pollute the air. The purposes of this study were to provide awareness of environmental impact and to design educational programs with sustainable agriculture. I used the specific steps of processes. First, collecting informations through survey on environmental awareness of livestock farmers in Hongsung-gun and recognizing the tendencies. Second, analyzing on educational status of livestock farmers. Third, finding objectives of environmental educational programs. At the end of processes, establishing programs which concerning on environmental education. I used two research methods to gather and analyze the data for developing an environmental education program. The first one is a general survey among 50 livestock farmers from Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The second one is the in-depth interviews with specialists in environmental education and government officials from the central government - the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry - and the local government - Hongsung-gun who are in charge of livestock farming. I found the following results from this research. First, most livestock farmers replied with 'highly likely' to the five items on the recognition of the necessity of environment preservation, whereas only 38.7% answered with 'likely' to the item on the environmental pollution caused by livestock farming. This shows the tendency that they have less recognition of the reality than necessary. Second, most of the contents among 5 areas(knowledge, recognition, function, attitude, and participation) are the knowledge areas. That results are analyzed training materials for livestock farmers made by Hongsung-gun in 2004 and in 2005 by using goal categories suggested in the Tbilisi Resolution. Third, after analyzing the survey and in-depth interviews, I found that the need for education to recognize the environmental pollution, environmental protection and recycling of the livestock waste. We can summarize conclusions from this research. First, we need on educational program improve the livestock farmers' recognition of importance in environmental protection. Second, it is necessary to develop educational program with the viewpoint that livestock waste is not one of the culprits of the environmental pollution, but a recyclable resource. Third, contents of the environmental education program, should include all the educational elements, namely, knowledge, recognition, attitude, function and participation. The education for livestock farmers requires a research on the environmental education program that can be used with crop farmers who can use the resources recycled from the livestock waste from the viewpoint of recycling resources. This research is focused on the collection and analysis of the basic data for developing an environmental education program and the composition of the program. A further research on the implementation and assessment of this program is required.

제한된 모션 센서와 애니메이션 데이터를 이용한 캐릭터 동작 제어 (Character Motion Control by Using Limited Sensors and Animation Data)

  • 디지털 스토리텔링에 등장하는 3차원 가상 캐릭터에는 외형뿐만 아니라 자세나 동작에서도 캐릭터의 개성이 반영된 고유의 스타일이 부여된다. 그러나 사용자가 웨어러블 동작센서를 사용하여 직접 캐릭터의 신체 동작을 제어하는 경우 캐릭터 고유의 스타일이 무시될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가상 캐릭터를 위해 제작된 소량의 애니메이션 데이터만을 이용하는 검색 기반 캐릭터 동작 제어 기술을 사용하여 캐릭터 고유의 스타일을 유지하는 기술을 제시한다. 대량의 학습 데이터를 필요로하는 기계학습법을 피하는 대신 소량의 애니메이션 데이터로부터 사용자의 자세와 유사한 캐릭터 자세를 직접 검색하여 사용하는 기술을 제안한다. 제시된 방법을 검증하기 위해 전문가에 의해 제작된 가상현실 게임용 캐릭터 모델과 애니메이션 데이터를 사용하여 실험하였다. 평범한 사람의 모션캡쳐 데이터를 사용했을 때와의 결과를 비교하여 캐릭터 스타일이 보존됨을 증명하였다. 또한 동작센서의 개수를 달리한 실험을 통해 제시된 방법의 확장성을 증명하였다.

지속적 활용이 가능한 산학협력 특허 특성 분석 (Investigating the Characteristics of Academia-Industrial Cooperation-based Patents for their Long-term Use)

  • 산학협력 성과물 중 하나인 특허는 혁신의 원천이자 기술이전 및 기술사업화를 통한 경제성장에 중요한 역할을 하고 매개체이다. 그러나 산학협력이 궁극적으로 기업이 원하는 결과를 창출하기 위해서는 산학협력의 성과물인 특허가 사업에 활용되어야 함에도 모든 특허가 사업에 활용되는 것은 아니다. 본 연구에서는 산학협력이 성공적으로 추진되어 그 성과물로 특허가 창출된 이후에도, 사업화로 연계되지 못하는 경우에 대해 그 원인을 파악하여 산학협력이 궁극적으로 성공적인 사업화로 연계될 수 있는 방안을 설계할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이를 위해 첫째 미국의 산학협력 등록특허를 수집하고, 둘째 머신러닝 기법으로 활용 특허와 미활용 특허를 분류할 수 있는 예측모형을 설계하였다. 최종적으로 식별된 특허들의 시장성과 기술성을 분석하여 두 유형의 특허에 있어 유의미한 차이점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 학술적으로 활용 및 미활용 특허의 예측 연구의 기반이 될 것이며, 실무적으로는 산학협력을 기획하는 기업 및 대학 담당자가 기술협력을 위한 전략수립에 기여할 것으로 기대 된다.

  • 최근 도시관광이 도시경쟁력의 주요 지표로 평가됨에 따라 관광지로서의 도시기능 강화에 관심을 집중하고 있다. 오늘날 수많은 오래된 원도심은 산업화와 도시화 과정에서 인구감소, 전통산업의 소멸, 생활환경 악화 등의 사회현상으로 고통 받고 있으며, 이러한 현상은 도시기능을 저하시키고 도시경쟁력을 약화시키고 있다. 따라서 쇠퇴하는 도시는 도시기능 강화를 통한 도시경쟁력 회복방안 마련이 필연적이다. 이러한 추세를 반영하여, 본 연구는 쇠퇴한 도시의 물리적 공간과 역사적, 사회문화적 자산을 감성적 관광목적지 콘텐츠로 발굴하여 사회문화적 도시재생을 통한 구도심 경쟁력회복에 초점을 맞추었다. 감성적 도시재생 관광지는 일반 관광지와 달리 과거와 현재, 미래가 공존하는 시간적 관점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 관광자의 관광행동 분석을 통해 도시재생관광지의 개발전략을 위해, 감성적 도시재생관광지 관광자의 시간적 관점, 관광 만족도, 행동의도 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 감성적 도시재생관광지를 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 획득한 자료로, 분석에 필요한 구성변인을 추출하여 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 이용한 변인간 구조관계를 실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 도시재생관광지를 찾는 관광객들의 가장 중요한 관광행태 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인은 과거의 소중한 추억에서 비롯된 과거지향적 시간관으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 도시관광, 도시재생 관광, 도시재생관광목적지 관광이라는 학술적 연구분야 확장에 기여할 것이다. 이와 동시에 도시재생사업의 계획수립과 도시재생지역의 관광 콘텐츠 개발을 통한 쇠퇴도시의 지속가능한 발전전략을 수립에 실무적으로도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 외상 거래는 고객의 수요를 증대시킬 목적으로 공급자가 경쟁 업체와의 가격 차별화 수단의 하나로 활용되어진다. 특히 공급자(Supplier), 중간유통자(Retailer) 그리고 고객(Customer)으로 구성되는 2 단계 공급사슬의 경우 공급자로부터 허용되는 상품 대금의 지불 유예는 중간유통자의 재고투자비용을 줄이는 수단이 되고, 중간유통자는 줄어든 재고 투자비용의 절감으로부터 최종 고객의 수요 증대를 기대하면서 판매 가격을 할인 할 수 있는 여지를 갖게 된다. 이와 같이 외상을 통한 지불 유예가 고객의 수요 증대를 목적으로 경쟁 기업과의 차별화 방안으로 제공되어 진다는 면에서 보면 외상 거래 기간은 거래량에 따라 차등적으로 허용되는 것이 좀 더 일반적일 수 있다. 퇴화성 제품의 경우 주문량에 따라 주어지는 외상 거래 기간은 중간유통자의 주문량에 긍정적인 요인이 되지만 제품의 퇴화는 주문량의 증가에 부정적인 요인이 될 수 있어 중간유통자의 재고정책 결정에는 두 요인의 절충이 필요하고, 특히 퇴화율은 중간유통자의 재고정책 결정에 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 주문량에 따라 종속적으로 외상 거래기간이 허용되는 상황 하에서 퇴화율이 중간유통자의 재고정책에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다.

Altitude training as a powerful corrective intervention in correctin insulin resistance

  • Oxygen is the final acceptor of electron transport from fat and carbohydrate oxidation, which is the rate-limiting factor for cellular ATP production. Under altitude hypoxia condition, energy reliance on anaerobic glycolysis increases to compensate for the shortfall caused by reduced fatty acid oxidation [1]. Therefore, training at altitude is expected to strongly influence the human metabolic system, and has the potential to be designed as a non-pharmacological or recreational intervention regimen for correcting diabetes or related metabolic problems. However, most people cannot accommodate high altitude exposure above 4500 M due to acute mountain sickness (AMS) and insulin resistance corresponding to a increased levels of the stress hormones cortisol and catecholamine [2]. Thus, less stringent conditions were evaluated to determine whether glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity could be improved by moderate altitude exposure (below 4000 M). In 2003, we and another group in Austria reported that short-term moderate altitude exposure plus endurance-related physical activity significantly improves glucose tolerance (not fasting glucose) in humans [3,4], which is associated with the improvement in the whole-body insulin sensitivity [5]. With daily hiking at an altitude of approximately 4000 M, glucose tolerance can still be improved but fasting glucose was slightly elevated. Individuals vary widely in their response to altitude challenge. In particular, the improvement in glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity by prolonged altitude hiking activity is not apparent in those individuals with low baseline DHEA-S concentration [6]. In addition, hematopoietic adaptation against altitude hypoxia can also be impaired in individuals with low DHEA-S. In short-lived mammals like rodents, the DHEA-S level is barely detectable since their adrenal cortex does not appear to produce this steroid [7]. In this model, exercise training recovery under prolonged hypoxia exposure (14-15% oxygen, 8 h per day for 6 weeks) can still improve insulin sensitivity, secondary to an effective suppression of adiposity [8]. Genetically obese rats exhibit hyperinsulinemia (sign of insulin resistance) with up-regulated baseline levels of AMP-activated protein kinase and AS160 phosphorylation in skeletal muscle compared to lean rats. After prolonged hypoxia training, this abnormality can be reversed concomitant with an approximately 50% increase in GLUT4 protein expression. Additionally, prolonged moderate hypoxia training results in decreased diffusion distance of muscle fiber (reduced cross-sectional area) without affecting muscle weight. In humans, moderate hypoxia increases postprandial blood distribution towards skeletal muscle during a training recovery. This physiological response plays a role in the redistribution of fuel storage among important energy storage sites and may explain its potent effect on changing body composition. Conclusion: Prolonged moderate altitude hypoxia (rangingfrom 1700 to 2400 M), but not acute high attitude hypoxia (above 4000 M), can effectively improve insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance for humans and antagonizes the obese phenotype in animals with a genetic defect. In humans, the magnitude of the improvementvaries widely and correlates with baseline plasma DHEA-S levels. Compared to training at sea-level, training at altitude effectively decreases fat mass in parallel with increased muscle mass. This change may be associated with increased perfusion of insulin and fuel towards skeletal muscle that favors muscle competing postprandial fuel in circulation against adipose tissues.

기업사회책임활동적인지인지동기류형대고객충성도적영향(企业社会责任活动的认知认知动机类型对顾客忠诚度的影响) (The Effects of the Perceived Motivation Type toward Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Customer Loyalty)

  • 企业社会责任活动已被认为是提高企业形象和企业竞争力的一个潜在因素. 然而, 先前大部分关于企业社会责任活动的研究是主要针对的是这些活动如何影响影响对产品, 企业以及企业形象的评价的评价. 另外, 一些学者将消费者对企业动机的感知作为企业社会责任和消费者反应之间直接关系中的调解变量. 然而, 动机理论和相关的研究存在一些缺点. 对消费者, 企业社会责任活动只有两个动机, 但最近, Vlachos等人(2008) 认为这些动机应该细分. 因此, 它有可能从原有理论发展为修正理论模型(说服, 个人知识管理(PKM). H5: 对企业社会责任活动的互惠的期待认知的对等积极影响消费者忠诚度. 我们选择了一个公司作为研究对象来理解企业社会责任活动的动机是如何影响消费者于互惠的期待认知的对等和顾客忠诚度. 总样本为100名受访者被选为试验测试. 此外, 为了获得一致的回复, 我们保证所有的受访者都超过20岁. 本调查中. 在排除了28份无效问卷以后, 总受访者是172名(82名男性, 90名女性). 基于截至标准, 数据和模型的适配度良好. 在观察结果以后, 企业社会责任活动的价值驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等有积极的影响(t=6.75, p<.001),假设1被证明. Morales (2005) 也指出消费者的确感激企业对社会所做出的努力以及对社会所给予的利益. 而且企业社会责任活动的参股者驱使的动机对于互惠的期待认知的对等没有影响(t = ‐.049, p > .05). 因此, 假设2被拒绝. 我们可以用符合论来解释这个结果. 利己驱使动机(t = ‐3.11, p < .05)和战略驱使的动机(t = ‐4.65, p < .05) 对认知的对等有消极影响. 因此H3和H4被证明. 而且认知的对等积极影响消费者的忠诚度(t = 4.24, p < .05),H5被证明. 从结果中看, 与大众群体相比,大学生更容易受利己驱动动机的影响. 以下是本研究的结论:首先, 数据分析结果显示价值驱使的动机积极影响于互惠的期待认知的对等. 但是参股者驱动的动机对互惠的期待认知的对等没有显著影响. 另外, 利己驱使的动机和战略驱使的动机消极影响互惠的期待认知的对等. 第二, 当企业社会责任活动与消费者的回报关联时, 社会责任活动积极影响顾客忠诚度. 本研究测试了动机的种类是否影响消费者对企业社会责任的反应, 尤其是企业社会责任如何能影响关键的内在因素(认知的对等) 和消费者行为的结果(顾客忠诚度). 而且, 本研究阐述了认知对等在企业社会责任动机和顾客忠诚度的关系中起到媒介的作用. 我们的研究扩展了有关消费者企业社会责任动机方面的研究, 将他们定位为消费者反应的一个直接指标. 另外一个贡献是, 我们成功地鉴定了认知的对等作为一个次级过程在归因于顾客忠诚度的企业社会责任的影响中的中介作用. 今后在研究企业社会责任的最终行为和财务影响时应该考虑源于互惠的期待认知对等的影响. 本研究的结果具有重要的管理意义. 第一, 本研究发现的对等的中心作用表明经理人应该经常考虑这些行为将创造出多少的互惠的期待认知对等. 第二, 理解消费者对企业社会责任的动机, 的认知是如何与互惠的期待认知对等和顾客忠诚度相关, 可以帮助经理人通过营销活动和管理企业社会责任‐感应归因过程来监控和提高这些消费者的结果. 本研究的结果将帮助企业去理解影响互惠的期待认知对等的四个不同的动机的相对重要性.

Video UGC 제작 동기와 행위 과정에 관한 이해: 구현의도이론 (Theory of Implementation Intentions)의 적용을 중심으로 (Understanding User Motivations and Behavioral Process in Creating Video UGC: Focus on Theory of Implementation Intentions)

  • UGC(User Generated Contents) is emerging as the center of e-business in the web 2.0 era. The trend reflects changing roles of users in production and consumption of contents on websites and helps us to understand new strategies of websites such as web portals and social network websites. Nowadays, we consume contents created by other non-professional users for both utilitarian (e.g., knowledge) and hedonic values (e.g., fun). Also, contents produced by ourselves (e.g., photo, video) are posted on websites so that our friends, family, and even the public can consume those contents. This means that non-professionals, who used to be passive audience in the past, are now creating contents and share their UGCs with others in the Web. Accessible media, tools, and applications have also reduced difficulty and complexity in the process of creating contents. Realizing that users create plenty of materials which are very interesting to other people, media companies (i.e., web portals and social networking websites) are adjusting their strategies and business models accordingly. Increased demand of UGC may lead to website visits which are the source of benefits from advertising. Therefore, they put more efforts into making their websites open platforms where UGCs can be created and shared among users without technical and methodological difficulties. Many websites have increasingly adopted new technologies such as RSS and openAPI. Some have even changed the structure of web pages so that UGC can be seen several times to more visitors. This mainstream of UGCs on websites indicates that acquiring more UGCs and supporting participating users have become important things to media companies. Although those companies need to understand why general users have shown increasing interest in creating and posting contents and what is important to them in the process of productions, few research results exist in this area to address these issues. Also, behavioral process in creating video UGCs has not been explored enough for the public to fully understand it. With a solid theoretical background (i.e., theory of implementation intentions), parts of our proposed research model mirror the process of user behaviors in creating video contents, which consist of intention to upload, intention to edit, edit, and upload. In addition, in order to explain how those behavioral intentions are developed, we investigated influences of antecedents from three motivational perspectives (i.e., intrinsic, editing software-oriented, and website's network effect-oriented). First, from the intrinsic motivation perspective, we studied the roles of self-expression, enjoyment, and social attention in forming intention to edit with preferred editing software or in forming intention to upload video contents to preferred websites. Second, we explored the roles of editing software for non-professionals to edit video contents, in terms of how it makes production process easier and how it is useful in the process. Finally, from the website characteristic-oriented perspective, we investigated the role of a website's network externality as an antecedent of users' intention to upload to preferred websites. The rationale is that posting UGCs on websites are basically social-oriented behaviors; thus, users prefer a website with the high level of network externality for contents uploading. This study adopted a longitudinal research design; we emailed recipients twice with different questionnaires. Guided by invitation email including a link to web survey page, respondents answered most of questions except edit and upload at the first survey. They were asked to provide information about UGC editing software they mainly used and preferred website to upload edited contents, and then asked to answer related questions. For example, before answering questions regarding network externality, they individually had to declare the name of the website to which they would be willing to upload. At the end of the first survey, we asked if they agreed to participate in the corresponding survey in a month. During twenty days, 333 complete responses were gathered in the first survey. One month later, we emailed those recipients to ask for participation in the second survey. 185 of the 333 recipients (about 56 percentages) answered in the second survey. Personalized questionnaires were provided for them to remind the names of editing software and website that they reported in the first survey. They answered the degree of editing with the software and the degree of uploading video contents to the website for the past one month. To all recipients of the two surveys, exchange tickets for books (about 5,000~10,000 Korean Won) were provided according to the frequency of participations. PLS analysis shows that user behaviors in creating video contents are well explained by the theory of implementation intentions. In fact, intention to upload significantly influences intention to edit in the process of accomplishing the goal behavior, upload. These relationships show the behavioral process that has been unclear in users' creating video contents for uploading and also highlight important roles of editing in the process. Regarding the intrinsic motivations, the results illustrated that users are likely to edit their own video contents in order to express their own intrinsic traits such as thoughts and feelings. Also, their intention to upload contents in preferred website is formed because they want to attract much attention from others through contents reflecting themselves. This result well corresponds to the roles of the website characteristic, namely, network externality. Based on the PLS results, the network effect of a website has significant influence on users' intention to upload to the preferred website. This indicates that users with social attention motivations are likely to upload their video UGCs to a website whose network size is big enough to realize their motivations easily. Finally, regarding editing software characteristic-oriented motivations, making exclusively-provided editing software more user-friendly (i.e., easy of use, usefulness) plays an important role in leading to users' intention to edit. Our research contributes to both academic scholars and professionals. For researchers, our results show that the theory of implementation intentions is well applied to the video UGC context and very useful to explain the relationship between implementation intentions and goal behaviors. With the theory, this study theoretically and empirically confirmed that editing is a different and important behavior from uploading behavior, and we tested the behavioral process of ordinary users in creating video UGCs, focusing on significant motivational factors in each step. In addition, parts of our research model are also rooted in the solid theoretical background such as the technology acceptance model and the theory of network externality to explain the effects of UGC-related motivations. For practitioners, our results suggest that media companies need to restructure their websites so that users' needs for social interaction through UGC (e.g., self-expression, social attention) are well met. Also, we emphasize strategic importance of the network size of websites in leading non-professionals to upload video contents to the websites. Those websites need to find a way to utilize the network effects for acquiring more UGCs. Finally, we suggest that some ways to improve editing software be considered as a way to increase edit behavior which is a very important process leading to UGC uploading.
