궁둥신경절제술을 통한 무부하가 성별에 따른 성장기 쥐 해면골에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Unloading induced Denervation on Trabecular Bone of Growing Mice; Gender-difference)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate, through a longitudinal tracking, whether gender influences morphological characteristics on trabeucular bone of tibia during unloading. 12 male and 15 female ICR mice at 6 week of age were used and randomly allocated into two groups in each gender; unloading and normal group, respectively Mice in unloading group were operated on denervation (sciatic neurectomy). The tibiae were scanned by using in vivo micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) at 0 day (before denervation) and after 14 days. Structural parameters and BMD on tibia were measured. In female, BV/TV (65%), Tb. Th (5%), Tb.N (61%) and BMD (62%) were significantly decreased and BS/BV (17%), Tb.Sp (54%), SMI (19%) and Tb.Pf (75%) were significantly increased after unloading (p<0.05). In male, BV/TV (1%) and Tb.N (10%) were significantly decreased and SMI (5%) was significantly increased after unloading (p<0.05). In addition, trabeuclar bone loss of female was significantly bigger than that of male (p<0.05). These results indicated that effects of unloading on trabecular bone in growing mice might have difference between female and male, although unloading result in loss of quantity and quality on trabecular bone both female and male.

노부모의 의존성 및 과잉간섭과 중년자녀의 심리적 안녕감 간의 관계에 있어 노부모에 대한 양가감정의 매개효과: 자녀의 성별차이를 중심으로 (The Mediation Effects of Ambivalence for Elderly Parents on the Relations among Dependence and Intrusiveness of Elderly Parents and Psychological Well-Being of Middle Aged Children: Focusing on Gender Differences)

  • This study investigates the mediation effects of adult children's ambivalence for elderly parents in the relation of psychological well-being of middle aged children with dependence and the intrusiveness of elderly parents that examines the difference of mediation effects by children's gender. We collected data from 659 middle aged children of 40 to 59 years old who have living mother or father. The main findings are as follows. First, there were mediation effects of ambivalence for elderly parents in the relation between psychological well-being of middle aged children and dependency and intrusiveness of elderly parents. The perceived dependence and intrusiveness of elderly parents had a positive influence on the ambivalence of middle aged childen for their elderly parents. Ambivalence for elderly parents had a negative effect on the psychological well-being of middle aged children. In addition, the dependence and intrusiveness of elderly parents did not directly influence the psychological well-being of middle aged children. Second, the mediation effect of ambivalence for elderly parents indicated a gender difference of middle aged children. The dependence of elderly parents affected the ambivalence for elderly parents in the woman group and the intrusiveness of elderly parents only affected ambivalence for elderly parents in the man group. The results were discussed in terms of gender difference.

창업초기 투자유치성과의 성별 차이에 대한 연구 (Study on the Gender Differences in Investment Attraction Performance of Early Start-Up)

  • 여성은 남성에 비해 자본조달에 어려움을 경험하고 있으며, 이는 여성창업가의 성공을 저해하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업초기 기업의 투자유치성과에 있어 성별 간 차이를 확인하고, 성별 간 초기 투자유치성과에 영향을 미치는 조직 특성과 창업가 특성에 차이가 존재하는지 검증한다. 수도권 소재 기술기반 창업 기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자료가 수집되었으며, 총 287개의 기업이 분석에 활용되었다. 연구결과, 창업초기 기업의 투자유치성과는 성별 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 분할그룹 회귀 분석 결과, 남성의 경우 기업연령, 기업규모, 초기자기자본금, 엔지니어 전공 등이 창업초기 기업의 투자유치성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인된 반면, 여성은 모든 기업 및 창업가 특성 관련 세부 변수들의 영향력이 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 성역할 고정 관념과 같은 편견이 실제로 투자 유치활동과 관련된 경제 활동에 영향을 미친다는 것을 간접적으로 시사한다.

베이비붐세대의 남녀 간 의료비 지출 및 의료이용 차이: 우울을 매개변수로 (Analysis of the Health Expenditure and Medical Usage Difference of the Baby Boomers between Male and Female: Depression as a Mediators)

  • Background: This study purposed to compare the difference on medical utilization and health expenditure of baby boomer generation by depression between gender. Methods: Korea Welfare Panel Survey 2016, provided by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, was used for the analysis. For the research, we used the two-part model, yes or no of use (part 1), and frequency of use (part 2) for medical utilization. The dependent variables are the whether or not to use of hospitalization services, outpatient services, length of stay, outpatient service visits, and health expenditure. And the independent variables are used as the predisposing (education, spouse presence), enabling (insurance type, private insurance, economic activity, income), and need (chronic disease, self-rated health, disability) factors in the Andersen behavior model. Depression was used as intervening variables. Structural equation model and multiple group analysis by gender were used. Results: There were differences in the medical care usage and cost between men and women in baby boomer. For men, mediating effects of depression were present at the hospitalization (yes/no), length of stay, and health expenditure. On the other hand, for women, the mediating effect of depression was found only at the outpatient visits. Specially, depression was working at the medical services by the different way between gender. The size of effect (multiple group analysis) was affected by significant differences between men and women. Conclusion: This study found that the mediating effect of depression is increased medical usage and health expenditure and the effect factors are different by gender. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a medical care policy considering the socio-economic characteristics of baby boomers.

성과 연령에 따른 서두름 행동 특성 (Gender and Age Difference in Hasteful Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 연령대를 확대한 경우에도 서두름 행동의 구조가 안정적으로 유지되는지 확인하고, 성과 연령에 따른 서두름 행동의 특성을 파악하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 602명의 성인이 서두름 행동 질문지에 응답하였으며, 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 591명의 자료를 분석하였다. 요인분석 결과, 서두름 행동은 5개 요인으로 이루어져 있었으며, 이것은 다시 2구조를 재구성하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 연령을 확대해도 서두름 행동의 구성요인과 구조는 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 남녀의 서두름 행동을 비교한 결과, 전반적으로 여성의 서두름 행동 수준이 남성의 서두름 행동 수준보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 서두름 행동은 연령이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 논의를 통해 남녀의 서두름 행동 차이의 의미를 해석하였으며, 연령이 증가할수록 서두름 행동 수준이 낮아지는 것을 연령이 증가함에 따라 나타나는 속도저하가 신체적 기능뿐만 아니라 심리적 기제와도 관련되어 있음을 보여주는 단서로 제시하였다.

성별 차이에 따른 악성댓글 중화의 조절효과 (The moderating effect of malicious comments neutralization by gender difference)

  • 악성댓글이 사회적 문제로 떠오르면서 이에 대한 해결책이 요구되고 있다. 이에 많은 연구들은 악성댓글을 이해하고 예방하기 위해 여러 관점에서 연구를 진행해왔다. 그 중 기존 연구에서 악성댓글에 대한 중화는 악성댓글을 설명하는 중요한 요인으로 나타났지만 아직까지 성별에 따른 중화 정도의 차이는 크게 고려되고 있지 않고 있다. 또한, 온라인은 현실과는 다른 환경적 특성들이 다수 존재함에도 악성댓글과의 연구는 미흡한 상황이다. 이러한 사실들을 기반으로 본 연구는 악성댓글과 중화의 관계에 성별의 조절효과를 살펴보았으며, 악성댓글에 온라인의 환경적 요인들(익명성, 사회적 실재감 부족)의 영향력을 실증하였다. 연구 결과, 온라인 환경적 요인들의 영향력을 발견되지 않은 반면, 악성댓글에 대한 중화는 강한 직접적 영향력과 성별 차이의 조절효과가 존재한다는 사실을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 기반으로 학문적 실무적 시사점을 논의하고 연구 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제언한다.

저전력 임베디드 보드 환경에서의 딥 러닝 기반 성별인식 시스템 구현 (Gender Classification System Based on Deep Learning in Low Power Embedded Board)

  • 사물 인터넷(IoT) 산업이 확산되면서 사용자의 정보를 특별한 조작 없이 물체가 스스로 인식하는 일이 매우 중요해졌다. 그중에서도 성별(남, 여)은 생물학적인 구조가 달라 성향이 다르고 사회적으로도 기대하는 바가 다르기 때문에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 하지만 얼굴 이미지를 기반으로 한 성별 인식과 관련된 연구는 동일한 성별이라도 다양한 생김새를 가지고 있어서 여전히 도전적인 분야이다. 그리고 성별인식 시스템을 사물 인터넷에 적용하기 위해서는 디바이스 크기를 소형화 시켜야 하며 저전력으로 구동이 가능해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 저전력으로 실제 사물에서 성별을 인식할 수 있는 기능을 탑재하기 위해 딥 러닝 기반의 성별 인식 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 모바일 GPU 임베디드 보드에 포팅하여 최종적으로 실시간 성별인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 실험에서는 소비전력과 초당 처리 가능한 프레임 수를 PC환경과 모바일 GPU 임베디드 환경에서 측정하여 저전력 환경에서도 성별 인식이 가능함을 증명하였다.

젠더정체성에 따른 젠더리스패션의 소비가치 및 의복추구혜택에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumption Value and Clothing Pursuit Benefits of Genderless Fashion based on Gender Identity)

  • This study aimed to analyze the consumption value and clothing pursuit benefits of genderless fashion based on gender identity. The study questionnaire was distributed to and collected from men and women in their 20s and 30s living in Seoul City and the Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed by using Cronbachs α, factor analysis, K-means group classification analysis, and ANOVA. The study results were as follows. First, gender identity was categorized into three groups: the genderless group, the traditional gender rejection group, and the traditional gender acceptance group. Therefore, it is necessary to subdivide gender identity rather than acceptance and rejection of traditional gender roles. Second, an analysis of consumption value based on gender identity showed significant differences in terms of fashion value and expressive value. Therefore, it is important to establish a differentiated strategy based on the relevant gender identity group when establishing genderless fashion design or marketing strategy. Finally, the study results showed that clothing pursuit benefits based on gender identity, there was a significant difference in terms of individuality pursuit, deviation from the norm, and fashion pursuit. In particular, since the genderless phenomenon agrees with the characteristics of the MZ generation, it will be necessary to share brand information or product information through digital media or to utilize a sharing culture-that is, 'meaning out' tendency and 'flex culture' (i.e., conspicuous consumption).

양말 구매 시 선택기준과 착용 만족도 (The Buying Selection Criteria and Wearing Satisfaction Related with Socks)

  • This study analyzed the difference of selection criteria when buying socks and wearing satisfaction related to socks according to demographic characteristics and fashion interest degree for the adults in their from 20s to 40s. Factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan multiple range test were used for data analysis. The result of factor analysis for selection criteria when buying socks showed that the drawn factors were design and coordination, hygiene and wearing comfort and practicality. The difference analysis results about selection criteria when buying socks showed that design and coordination, hygiene and wearing comfort, and practicality were significantly different according to gender, age, and occupation, and that design and coordination and practicality were significantly different according to marital status. The result of difference analysis for selection criteria when buying socks according to fashion interest degree showed that design, coordination, hygiene, wearing comfort and practicality were significantly different. The result of factor analysis for wearing satisfaction of socks showed that the drawn factors were wearing comfort, hygiene, durability, and design. The difference analysis results about wearing satisfaction of socks showed that design was significantly different according to gender and marital status, wearing comfort and design significantly different according to age, wearing comfort, hygiene, and design were significantly different according to occupation. According to fashion interest degree, wearing comfort and design showed the significant difference.

중등학교 교사의 학교조직문화에 대한 인식 분석 (An Analysis of Teacher's Perceptions on School Organizational Culture in Secondary School)

  • The principal purpose of this study is to analyze school organizational culture in secondary school in Busan. This study measures background variables such as gender, teaching experience, classification of school, grade of school, and scale of school. The results of the study are as follows : First, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on gender, female teachers have a stronger sense of professionalism, community spirit and consideration than male teachers. Second, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of teaching experience, teachers who have more than 21 years of teaching experience have a more positive perception on decision-making and consideration than those who have 11~20 years of teaching experience. Third, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture according to classification of school, public schools have a more positive perception on every item such as professionalism, decision-making, community spirit, and consideration than private school. Fourth, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of classification of schools, secondary schools have a more positive perception on professionalism and community spirit than high schools. Lastly, as it is seen in the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on scale of school, schools which have 13~35 classes have a more positive perception on professionalism than others.
