Damping을 갖는 토크미터형 감속기 (The speed reducer of torque meter type with damping)

  • Planetary Speed Reducer consists of a sun gear, a planetary gear and a ring gear and if one element is fixed at this Speed Reducer, another elements operate to become a drive-axis and a subordination-axis respectively. Planetary Speed Reducer is frequently used for gear Speed Reducer because it has the advantage of having the high efficiency and getting the high Speed Reducer ratio in small space. However, it is difficult to know the current transmitted torque immediately during the use of Speed Reducer and so complicated equipment is installed in addition to protect the overload of system. The object of this paper is to design the Speed Reducer of torque- meter type that can know the torque transmitted using the power transmission feature of a simple Planetary Speed Reducer fixed at ring gear.

  • A cycloidal speed reducer is a type of the speed reducers of machinery. The cycloidal speed reducer consists of two cycloidal plate gears, housing roller gear, input shaft, output pin and shaft, and eccentric bearings. Especially the cycloidal plate gear has the peculiar parts of the teeth, because of gearing with the housing roller gear that has the several rollers on the circular line. And then all teeth on the cycloidal plate gear can be designed to contact with the rollers on the housing roller gear at the same time. Therefore the cycloidal plate gear has always contact motion with rollers and the force is interacted between roller gear with cycloidal plate gear. Because the contact force and friction force must be required to improve the accuracy in design procedures of cycloidal speed reducers, this paper presents a force analysis considered friction effect approach derived by static force equilibrium condition, geometrical adaptation, instant velocity center method and relative velocity method.

소음/진동을 고려한 발전설비용 감속기 개발 (Development of Reducer for Generating Facility of Electric Power for Low Noise/vibration)

  • A dynamic model of reducer for generating facility of electric pourer having bevel gear pair and planetary gear train is developed by lumped method. The model accounts for the shaft and bearing flexibilities, gyroscopic effects and the force couplings among the transverse and torsion motions due to gearing. Vibration/noise analysis as well as strength of bevel gear pair and planetary gear train are considered. Exciting forces of high reducer for generating facility of electric power areconsidered as the mass unbalance of the rotors, misalignment and a function of gear transmission error. A Campbell diagram, in which the excitation sources caused by the mass unbalance of the rotors, misalignment and the transmitted errors of the gearing are considered, shows that, at the operating speed, there are not critical speed.

  • 벨트나 체인을 이용한 감속기는 간단한 장치이긴 하지만 공간을 많이 차지하여 공간상의 제약이 있기 때문에 전동휠체어 구동부에는 부적합하다. 하지만 유성기어형태의 감속기는 동일 축에서 감속이 이루어지기 때문에 부피를 작게 할 수 있어 공간의 제약이 벨트나 체인형태의 감속기보다 덜하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수·전동전환이 가능한 휠체어의 구동부에 대한 연구를 통하여 유성기어형태를 이용한 감속기로 큰 추진력을 얻을 수 있는 구동부를 개발하였다. 그에 따라 감속기에 적용되는 유성기어의 치형을 Kisssoft 프로그램을 이용하여 설계를 진행하였다. 또한 기존 휠체어 바퀴에 적용 가능하도록 구동부의 설계를 진행하였고, 구동부의 수·전동 전환원리 및 작동원리에 대한 메커니즘의 최적화를 진행하였다. 연구내용을 토대로 하나의 선기어와 2개의 유성기어, 하나의 링기어를 갖는 유성기어 형태의 휠체어 감속기 구동부의 최종 설계 및 제작을 진행하였다.

2속 변속 감속기의 구조 안전성 분석과 위험속도 해석 (Structural Safety and Critical Speed Analysis of 2-Speed Shift Reducer)

  • The structure and operating principle of the 2-speed shift reducer were explained, the allowable bending stress value of the material was compared with the analysis result through FM structural analysis program, and the average stress distribution value of von Mises was performed on the gear root atmosphere. The structural safety of the 2-speed planetary gear reducer was verified through FM structural analysis. The natural frequency was calculated by applying the specifications of the planetary gears of the 2-speed gearbox, and the critical speed of resonance was calculated by calculating the natural frequency and the transmission error of the engaged gear pair. As a result of analyzing the critical speed, since it is formed higher than the actual operating speed range, it is considered safe because there is no resonance problem due to the suggested specifications of the planetary gears of the 2-speed shift reduction.

콘크리트 믹서 트럭용 믹서 감속기의 차동 유성 기어 트레인에 대한 위험속도 해석 (The Critical Speed Analysis of the Differential Planetary Gear Train of a Concrete Mixer Truck Mixer Reducer)

  • The power train of a concrete truck mixer reducer includes differential planetary gears to get a large reduction ratio for operating the mixer drum in a compact structure. These differential planetary gears are a very important part of the mixer reducer where strength problems are the main concern. Gear bending stress, gear compressive stress and scoring failure are the main concerns. Many failures in differential planetary gears are due to the insufficient gear strength and resonance problems caused by major excitation forces such as gear mating failure in the transmission. In the present study, where the excitation frequencies are the gear tooth passing frequencies of the mating gears, a Campbell diagram is used to calculate differential planetary gear critical speeds. Mode shapes and natural frequencies of the differential planetary gears are calculated by CATIA V5. These are used to predict gear resonance failures by comparing the working speed range with the critical speeds due to the gear transmission errors of the differential planetary gears.

유한요소해석을 이용한 선박수송차량용 사이클로이드 감속기의 성능 검토 (Performance Review of a Cycloid Speed Reducer for Ship Transport Vehicles using FEM)

  • 사이클로이드 감속기는 기계의 회전수를 조절하기위한 장치이다. 사이클로이드 감속기는 큰 토크로 변환시킬 수 있는 장점이 있지만 높은 회전수 에는 적합하지 않다. 한편 200톤 하중이 가해지는 수송기기에 있어서 감속기의 사용한계속도를 찾아내기는 불가능하다. 본 연구에서는 LS-DYNA를 이용하여 마찰손실동력을 수치 해석적으로 검토하였다. 최대토크3.5ton-m에 있어서 회전수 60rpm 그리고 162rpm으로 구동하여 해석을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 60rpm회전의 경우 최대응력은 RV gear의 경우 463MPa 핀기어의 경우 507MPa이 발생하였다. 마찰손실동력은 50kW이며, 162rpm의 경우 최대응력값은 RV gear와 핀기어 각각 550MPa, 538MPa이 발생하였다. 손실동력은 175kW이 발생하여 사용이 불가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

차동 링기어 방식의 고비율 유성기어 감속기 개발 (Development of High-Ratio Planetary Reduction Gears Applied Differential Ring Gear Type)

  • Automation facilities of greenhouses have been continuously developed. However, the conventional two-stage worm gear reducer reveals some problems, including low transmission efficiency. The worm gear reducer also have some difficulties in manufacturing and short life. Therefore, this study was performed to develop a planetary gear reducer, having a high Sear reduction ratio and high torque transmission efficiency. The planetary gear system consisted of a fixed ring gear and a 2-teeth differential ring gear turning slow, as the planetary pinion orbits fast around the fixed ring gear. The developed gear system can achieve a high speed reduction rate at one stage. The reducing system was employed to the greenhouse ventilation system. The reducer has the transmission efficiency of 70.5%, 2∼3 times longer life time, and twofold roll-up torque at an affordable price, comparing with conventional reducers. This reducer can be also applied to many industrial equipments, such as industrial crane, hoist, elevator and gondola etc.

차량용 윈도우 모터를 적용한 감속기 일체형 구동부 개발 (Development of Speed Reducer Integrated Driving system Apply to Vehicle Window Motor)

  • In this study, design the core part of the driving of the robot. The power of the driving is window motor for automobiles obtained by using a method of directly to the motor shaft of the worm gear type. The decelerator consists of a worm gear to receive power from the motor shaft, Helical gear contact to worm gear, a pinion gear to be connected in line with the helical gear, and an output shaft to be engaged to the pinion gear. Drive system by using the power from the motor shaft based on the deceleration gear designed by the gear ratio set by the gear teeth increases the torque.
