There is explosive increase of traffic with economic growth and high level of civilization, and the increase causes so many complicated traffic problems. To solve these problem, the best way is expansion of road. bridges and some kind of traffic establishments. But this way need so many investment of time and money. So We must use the bounded roads and bounded establishments very effective way. To do so we have to gather the information about the road, vehicles, and etc. In this study, I will introduce you the way of gathering the information about vehicles, and transferring database server.

In order to prepare new video coding standard, ITU-T SG16/Q.6 VCEG is gathering high efficiency and low complexity coding tools. In this paper, we introduce the latest KTA codec that includes new coding tools such as AIF, APEC, AQMS, AQP, IBDI, MDDT, MVC, 1/8-pel MC, and RDO-Q. After that, we describe the our prospection and strategy for these future video coding technology.

The KOMPSAT-1(Korea Multi-Purpose Satellite-1) is the first multi-purpose satellite funded by Korean government for the purpose of remote sensing and scientific data gathering in KOREA. It has successfully achieved its own mission since Dec. 21, 1999. This paper provides an overview of the KOMPSAT-1 missions and addresses the nominal mission planning and operation flow. This paper also describes the routine operational orbit determination and orbit prediction process using GPS navigation solution data. Meanwhile, some problems due to inexperience of the multiple mission operations during LEOP(Launch & Early Orbit Phase) and early normal mission were investigated. Traditional medicine has been exchanged constantly from prehistoric times up to the present. As the global market trade on traditional medicine increases, people now emphasized the importance of traditional medicine. Previously, knowledge about herbal medicines are taught or learned indirectly. Most of it was learned through medical books. But in these contemporary times, herbal medicine's knowledge is shared through journals, congress and some other events in where traditional medicine's information are shared. In the international congress gathering; traditional medicine's experts from many countries shared some additional knowledge. First, "an attitude to medicine that emphasizes on Naturalism". Second, "respect for experienced in traditional medicine". Third, "respect for locality on traditional medicine". Fourth, "a protection for domestic traditional medicine industry" Fifth, "acceptance of traditional medicine from other countries according to domestic health care system".

The measured vibration on a machine or a structure is shaped by the excitation waveform and the path transfer function. Mechanism diagnostics tends to focus on retrieving source features by minimizing the effects of the structiral path, while in structural diagnostics we are more interested in minimizing source effects and retrieving path parameters. In structural diagnostics, therefore, there are experimental issues of gathering date that are independent source effects and finding a transfer function signature that reveals structural defects. This paper describes how the transfer function can be obtained more accurately by experiment using the compatibility relationship which is newly discovered.

Recently, there are increasing need to make a synthetic assessment about oceanic data which is collected over the various scientific field, in addition to just gathering oceanic data. In this study, we made a basic map using satellite image, aerial photo, multi-beam data, geological stratum data etc. And as well we are producing comprehensive SVT(Scientific Visualization Toolkit) which can visualize various kinds of oceanic data. These oceanic data include both survey data such as tidal height, tide, current, wave, water temperature, salinity, oceanic weather data and numeric modelling results such as ocean hydrodynamic model, wave model, erosion/sediment model, thermal discharged coastal water model, ocean water quality model. In this process, we introduce GIS(Geographic Information System) concepts to reflect time and spatial characteristics of oceanic data.

The amount of damage suffered from the red tide occurring at the near shore is increasing rapidly. The Windows visual system discussed in this paper is developed in order to help minimize the damage. The system is focused on the monitoring the coastal environment. and forecasting the red tide occurrence. Although several similar systems are now existing. most of them are based on the web application. which cause the large response time. limited presentation ability of data. and inability of data storing at client side. The Windows visual system described in this paper operates on the Internet to get the ubiquitous access. One of three components of the Windows visual system. client system is developed as a Windows application in order to overcome the weak points of the previous systems. The gathering. analysis, and monitoring of data can be done at real time using the Windows visual system.

In this thesis, we present process that remove mistake of data before statistical analysis. If field data which is not simple examination about validity of data, we cannot believe analyzed statistics information. As statistical analysis information is produced based on data to be input in statistical analysis process, the data to be input should be free of error. In this paper, we study the application of statistical analysis road map that can enhance application on site by organizing basic theory and approaching on initial data exploratory phase, essential step before conducting statistical analysis. Therefore, access to statistical analysis can be enhanced and reliability on result of analysis can be secured by conducting correct statistical analysis.

In this study, we proposed design issues and structure of a web mining system and develop a system for the purpose of knowledge integration under world wide web environments resulted from our developing experiences. The developed system consists of three main functions： 1) gathering documents utilizing a search agent; 2) determining similarity coefficients between any two documents from term frequencies; 3) clustering documents based on similarity coefficients. It is believed that the developed system can be utilized for discovery of knowledge in relatively narrow domains such as news classification, index term generation in knowledge management.

Monitoring of water surfaces through permanent measurement of hydrodynamic and meteorological data is one of the main requirements in safe and sustainable water management. The Caspian Sea, the major surface water body in Iran, significantly affects more than 600 km of urban and industrial coastline. In the present work, an integrated marine monitoring network for the entire southern coastline of the Caspian Sea was developed. The main design concerns centered on the network measuring components and data recording, checking, filtering, gap recognition, and transferring systems. Four coastal monitoring stations were assigned, along with two regional collecting stations and one central data station for gathering, checking and delivering recorded data at different access levels. Applicable guidelines on selection of measuring devices for both shallow and deep water zones are presented herein.
