Now internet is very popular. Many company services various contents in Web. One of the best way for internet community is network game service for internet member. There are some company to service high quality network game for gathering members. Those company make success for getting fee from their member. Global on-line game market is small but stability growing. Thus Microsoft invest on line game. On this paper, one of a java network turn game system called by "Hoola" is designed and implemented. This Application consist of Client/Server and Database module and multi-tier Architecture, because of easily translation to PDA or mobile phone.

This article examines the utilization of e-resources Modibbo Adama University of Technology, (MAUTech) Yola under the auspices of the central library, the Ibrahim Babangida Library. Academics and students are primary users of information resources of any library, hence, their responses towards the utilization of e-resources in the institution have been critically considered in this study. A Mixed method research Design was adopted for the study. A case study approach was employed. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation (DoI) theories were used to develop the conceptual framework of this paper. Questionnaires were used as data gathering tools. Academics and students acted as participants. Major findings are lack of sufficient Internet access for academics and students and lack of training and awareness campaigns. Conclusion has shown that e-resources did not impact research and teaching of academics in MAUTech, Yola.

Telematics is an emerging industrial field made up of the convergence of technologies. The key technologies for Telematics are server-side technology, terminal-side technology, communication-related technology, and positioning technology. Standardization in Telematics is now getting more notice these days. Domestic situation is explained for several related facilities such as ETRI, TTA, and Telematics Standardization Forum. In this paper, we will focus especially on the standard reference model that is the most fundamental framework of Telematics technology standardization. In the reference model, the Telematics system is composed of Telematics client part, communication part, and Telematics server part. The Telematics client part consists of terminal, positioning device, and car electronic devices. Communication part can be composed of various telecommunication channels such as CDMA, WLAN, DMB, WiBro, etc. which can guarantee the seamless two-way communication. Telematics server part is composed of TSP(Telematics Service Provider) server and CP(Contents Provider) servers gathering and managing the various Telematics services. This Telematics reference model is expected to be utilized as the base architecture in developing the technology and standards from now on.

In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.

H.264/AVC is an authoritative international video coding standard which shows code and efficiency more improved than the existing video standards. Above all, the parameter block mode of H.264/AVC significantly contributes much to high compression efficiency. However, as the occasion demands, users tend to pass while overlooking the part that can produce a little higher compression efficiency. We, taking notice of this point, are designed to bring in much higher compression efficiency by gathering up the overlooked parts. This paper suggests the algorithm that produces efficient performance improvement by using the histogram of luminance in the pixel unit (Macroblock) of respective prediction block and applying specific thresholds. The experimental results proves that the technique proposed by this paper increases the compression efficiency of the existing H.264/AVC algorithm by 0.4% without any increase in the whole encoding time and PSNR complexity.

The Web has become an excellent source for gathering consumer opinions. There are now numerous Web sites containing such opinions, e.g., customer reviews of products, forums, discussion groups, and blogs. This paper focuses on online customer reviews of products. It makes some contributions. Especially it proposes minimalism and chunking framework for analyzing and comparing consumer opinions of competing products. Users are able to clearly see the strengths and weaknesses of each product in the minds of consumers in terms of various product features. This comparison is useful to both potential customers and product manufacturers. For a product manufacturer, the comparison enables it to easily gather marketing intelligence and product benchmarking information. In this paper, we only focus on mining opinion/product features that the reviewers have commented on. Five types of online review presentations are presented to mine such features. Our experimental results show that these techniques are useful to identify customers' opinions and trends.

In the IoT(Internet of Things) environment, methods that user can access sensor node directly to collect sensing data or manage sensor in a gateway have a limitations. To solve this problem, cloud based sensor network architectures are proposed. In this paper, we proposed CoAP based IoT architecture that a lightweight gateway is used for data gathering instead of using a heavy traditional one and users can request sensing data through IoT applications running in the cloud environment and analyze signaling message cost. By doing so, our system can reduce message cost compared to the traditional gateway based system.

The owner of underground metallic structures (gas pipeline, oil pipeline, water pipeline, etc) has a burden of responsibility for the corrosion protection in order to prevent big accidents like gas explosion, soil pollution, leakage and so on. So far, Cathodic Protection(CP) technology have been implemented for protection of underground systems. The stray current from DC subway system in Korea has affected the cathodic protection (CP) design of the buried pipelines adjacent to the railroads. In this aspect, KERI has developed a various mitigation method, drainage system through steel bar under the rail, a stray current gathering mesh system, insulation method between yard and main line, distributed ICCP(Impressed Current Cathodic System), High speed response rectifier, restrictive drainage system, Boding ICCP system. We installed the mitigation system at the real field and test of its efficiency in Busan and Seoul, Korea. In this paper, the results of field test, especially, distributed ICCP are described.

This study explores the patterns of housing-related attitudes and the kind of needs for shared community spaces among small-sized apartment housing dwellers. The major findings are as follows. The majority of the dwellers are in strong need of common spaces, especially for children's activities, Social gathering and physical exercises. Housing-related attitudes are found and grouped into 4categories the propensity to making up common society, the propensity to pursuing the quality of neighborhood, the propensity to orienting natural environment, and the propensity to participating in community. The intensity of the needs depends on family lifecycle, employment status of housewives, and the size of floor space. The propensity to making up common society and pursing the quality of neighborhood have stronger impact on needs of shared community space. This study reveals that the sense of community orientation is the most powerful predictor variable for shared community space needs .

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the pregnancy and childbirth experience of unmarried teenage mothers and to provide basic information of programmes to prevent unplanned pregnancies in unmarried teenage mothers. Methods: The participants of study were 7 unmarried teenage mothers who lived in shelters in D city, and whose ages ranged from 15 to 19 years. Data gathering through in-depth interviews, 3 to 5 times, was done from August 2002 to September 2003. Data were analyzed with Colaizzi's(1978) phenomenological methodology. Results: The implications of pregnancy and childbirth experience for unmarried teenage mothers were "Seem to live in hell", "Desire for a miscarriage", "Lethargy", "Feel maternity", "Feel unjustified", and "Change of sexual perception". Conclusion: These findings contribute to understanding the pregnancy and childbirth experience of unmarried teenage mothers and can be used as sexual education information to help unmarried teenage mothers to prevent further unplanned pregnancies.
