In line with the expected price reduction of natural gas associated with the introduction of shale gas, it is expected that the optimal power mix for the electric power generation be changed. In this study, the reconfigured power mix is estimated with the varying natural gas price by using the Screening Curve Method (SCM). It is found that about 3% and 9% coal in the overall power mix is replaced with natural gas if the natural gas price falls 20% and 40% of the current price, respectively. It is also found that the reconfigured power mixes would provide the reduction of the emissions of air pollutants which are equivalent to 369 and 807 MUS$.

본 논문은 가스 안전에 대한 신기술의 도입 및 훈련 교육이 가스사고 방지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 한국가스안전공사에서 시행되고 있는 검사, 안전 시험, 그리고 훈련프로그램들이 조사되었다. 그리고 지난 20년 동안의 가스 사고, 가스 안전장치 보급률 및 훈련, 가스 검사 자료를 수집하였다. 실증분석을 위해 SPSS를 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 결과는 도시가스 및 액화석유가스 시스템 모두에서 휴즈콕의 보급률 및 훈련 프로그램이 가스사고율 감소에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었다.

Recently orders of projects in the field of oil and gas plants have increased due to rising oil prices and consumption. The markets of oil and gas plants are expanding into the Middle East area and all over the world. Because the oil and gas markets have a lot of overseas construction operations, competition among advanced companies is more important. However, companies in the period of growth have not had enough competitive powers of license in the design phase. Therefore, they are faced with difficulty of adopting the technology which is maximizing the effect of investments, and scheduling of a long-range plan. In order to achieve adequate technology management and competitive power, this study considers a long-range plan through an analysis of an appropriate introduction and the strategic planning process of technology management.

Off-gas power plant is a renewable energy power plant which generate electrical energy using the low calorie FOG and BFG as main fuel. This combined cycle power plant is comprised of gas turbines, gas compressors, steam turbines, generators, and auxiliary equipment such as gas mixer, mixing tank, and gas cooler. In this paper, a off-gas power plant and development of its several equipment using CFD are introduced.

Korea gas industrial because of received LNG in 1987 was converted by the Gas Safety Management System in relation to city gas, LPG and LNG. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

1. Introduction : Gas transport through dense polymeric membranes is predominantly determined by the chain packing density as well as the chain flexibility. Thus, improved permeation properties can be obtained by controlling these two factors. In this work, the introduction of bulky substituents was attempted to improve permeation properties. Polysulfone, widely used material for gas separation membrane, was the starting material of this modification. Gas transport properties of resulting modified polysulfones were examined, and the improved properties were explained by probing the change of physical properties.
