  • Purpose: Today, we often hear complaints from customers: poor quality, poor service, expensive prices, etc. Customer complaints are an indication that the company's products and services do not meet customer requirements, which in turn causes customer complaints. An important content of corporate marketing practice is how to use the opportunity of handling customer complaints to win the trust of customers and gain a competitive advantage. According to the concept of marketing, the way for an enterprise to obtain profits is to continuously meet the needs of customers. However, with increasingly fierce market competition and the overall formation of a buyer's market, providing high-quality products and high-efficiency and high-level services have become the eternal theme of enterprises. Therefore, meeting the actual needs of customers and effectively handling customer complaints are issues that we must take seriously. Research design, data, and methodology: This article mainly analyzes the causes of customer complaints, proposes relevant solutions for different types of complaints, builds a customer complaint management system, improves the efficiency and ability of handling complaints, and provides more references and basis for enterprises to solve customer complaints. Conclusions: To further improve the quality of enterprise products and service standards, to help enterprises increase customer loyalty and satisfaction, and to enable enterprises to gain advantages in the increasingly competitive global market.

  • In this paper, we presents a Multiple User Multiple Input Multiple Output (MU-MIMO) test-bed system for Time Division Duplex (TDD) Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A). Using two parameters, the condition number of the channel matrix and the path gain, the MU-MIMO system could switch pre-coder to maintain target Bit Error Rate (BER) level. This paper also introduces a calibration procedure for compensating error of Radio Frequency (RF) paths of the antennas and RF transceivers. From experimental measurements, dynamic pre-coding scheme could maintain target BER, set to 10-3, with the pre-coder set configured with Zero Forcing (ZF), Tomlinson Harashima Pre-coding (THP), Lattice Reduction (LR). The simplest pre-coder ZF is adopted in stable channel, and when path gain become less than 0.25, LR is adopted. Lastly, when condition number of channel matrix become larger than 7, THP is adopted.

  • This study was carried out to investigate the epidemiological prevalence of diseases from birth to weaning in 66 dairy calves which were delivered from three stock farm in Chonbuk area. We examined body weight gain, incidence rate of diseases and population mortality rate in relation to age, season, environmental temperature and rearing management conditions for one year. The results of this experiment were as follows: Birth weight of dairy calves born of primiparae was lower than those of multiparae. But no significant difference in body weight gain was observable between dairy calves born of primiparae and those of multiparae. Body weight gain of diseased calves was lower than normal calves. Of 66 delivered calves, 34 calves(51.5%) were affected with gastronitestinal and/or respiratory diseases. The prevalence of the diseases were gastrointestinal disease(28.7%), respiratory disease(18.2%), and gastronitestinal and respiratory disease(4.6%). The gastronitestinal disease was occurred contrinually regardless of the season. Whereas all of the respiratory disease were occurred in winter and a change of season(December to April). 68.4% of the gastronitestinal disease, and all of the respiratory disease were occurred at atmospheric temperatures below 1$0^{\circ}C$. 89.5% of the gastronitestinal disease were occurred within 3 weeks old, whereas 50% of the respiratory disease were occurred intensively between 3 weeks and 4 weeks old. Of 66 delivered dairy claves, 2 calves were died(3%) with respriratory disease.

  • Enhancing the performance of computing systems has been an important topic since the invention of computers. The leading-edge technologies of multicore and virtualization dramatically influence the development of current IT systems. We study performance attributes of response time (RT), throughput, efficiency, and scalability of a virtualized Web system running on a multicore server. We build virtual machines (VMs) for a Web application, and use distributed stress tests to measure RTs and throughputs under varied combinations of virtual cores (VCs) and VM instances. Their gains, efficiencies and scalabilities are also computed and compared. Our experimental and analytic results indicate: 1) A system can perform and scale much better by adopting multiple single-VC VMs than by single multiple-VC VM. 2) The system capacity gain is proportional to the number of VM instances run, but not proportional to the number of VCs allocated in a VM. 3) A system with more VMs or VCs has higher physical CPU utilization, but lower vCPU utilization. 4) The maximum throughput gain is less than VM or VC gain. 5) Per-core computing efficiency does not correlate to the quality of VCs or VMs employed. The outcomes can provide valuable guidelines for selecting instance types provided by public Cloud providers and load balancing planning for Web systems.

  • This paper describes a 1.2 V 12 b 60 MS/s CMOS analog front-end (AFE) employing low-power and flexible design techniques for image signal processing. An op-amp preset technique and programmable capacitor array scheme are used in a variable gain amplifier to reduce the power consumption with a small area of the AFE. A pipelined analog-to-digital converter with variable resolution and a clock detector provide operation flexibility with regard to resolution and speed. The AFE is fabricated in a 0.13 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process and shows a gain error of 0.68 LSB with 0.0352 dB gain steps and a differential/integral nonlinearity of 0.64/1.58 LSB. The signal-to-noise ratio of the AFE is 59.7 dB at a 60 MHz sampling frequency. The AFE occupies 1.73 $mm^2$ and dissipates 64 mW from a 1.2 V supply. Also, the performance of the proposed AFE is demonstrated by an implementation of an image signal processing platform for digital camcorders.

  • IT outsourcing providers has been expanded from a single functional system to the entire IT service to gain sustainable competitiveness. This new trend of IT outsourcing need outsourcing management capability based on a firm's core capacity. Hiring external IT service providers to manage part or all of its information-related services helps a firm focus on its core business and provides better services to its clients, thus obtaining sustainable competitive advantage. This research investigates the major factors that determine the level of a particular firm's success at IT outsourcing. Based on process innovation and core-competency theories, we identify three significant components of a firm's IT outsourcing management method (ITOMM): level of core-competency-based management, maturity of outsourced tasks, and maturity of outsourcing management. Comprehensive data collection was conducted through an outsourcing association. The survey data were analyzed using a structural analysis method. Maturity of outsourced tasks and maturity of outsourcing management were found to affect project performance directly, while level of core-competency-based management only indirectly impacted project performance through its positive impact on the other two ITOMM components.

  • In the customer-centered era, financial institutions have understood the importance of Customer Relationship Management(CRM), and heavily invested into building the required technology infrastructure more than ever. In a competitive environment that are changing fast, knowledge management is necessary. To know customers' needs and desire, we have to approach their environment and mind, and the method by estimating in terms of supposing or imitating. Applying customers' knowledge is effective and will come up with a stepping-stone to get rid of threatening factors by having competitiveness in a competitive environment and extending and changing the corporation. This purpose, the study has identified knowledge-oriented infra that corporations know and customer relations by conducting a poll of local corporations and have presented motives that can effectively carry out knowledge-based customer relations. To gain competitive advantage, these Institutions need to understand their customers' potential value to find out more and to recognize the significant changes of customer. Then the CRM implementation will help Financial Institutions move to more of a sales culture away from product and closer to the customer.
