In this research, we prepared Ga doped zinc oxide(ZnO:Ga, GZO) targets each difference sintering temperature $700^{\circ}C$, $800^{\circ}C$, and doping rate 1 wt.%, 2 wt.%, 3 wt.%. The characteristics of thin film on glass substrates which deposited by facing target sputtering in pure Ar atmosphere are reported. Ga doped zinc oxide film is attracted material through low resistivity, high transmittance, etc. When prepared target powder's structure was investigated by scanning electron microscope, densification and coarsening by driving force was observed. For each ZnO:Ga films with a $Ga_2O_3$ content of 3 wt.% at input power of 45W, the lowest resistivity of $9.967{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ ($700^{\circ}C$) and $9.846{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ ($800^{\circ}C$) was obtained. the carrier concentration and mobility were $4.09{\times}10^{20}cm^{-3}$($700^{\circ}C$), $4.12{\times}10^{20}cm^{-3}$($800^{\circ}C$) and $15.31cm^2/V{\cdot}s(700^{\circ}C)$, $12.51cm^2/V{\cdot}s(800^{\circ}C)$, respectively. And except 1 wt.% Ga doped ZnO thin film, average transmittance of these samples in the range 350-800 nm was over 80%.
Effects of GeO2 addition on the thermal and structural stabilities of PbO-Bi2O3-Ga2O3 glasses were studied. Thermal stabilities, as assessed by the weighted thermal stability factors [(Tx-Tg)/Tg], increased with GeO2 concentraton from 0.097 to 0.210 with the addition of 20 mol% GeO2. Increasing GeO2 content resulted in the decrease of apparent density, molar volume, refractive index and thermal expansion. On the other hand, IR transmission cut-off (λT=50%) moved from 6.73${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for the ternary PbO-Bi2O3-Ga2O3 glass to shorter wavelength side, 5.98${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ for a glass containing 20mol% GeO2. There were little change with GeO2 content, however, in the activation energies for the viscous flow of approximately 140 kcal/mole within the temperature interval of 300~50$0^{\circ}C$. Addition of GeO2 to PbO-Bi2O3-Ga2O3 glasses enhanced the thermal and structural stabilities significantly at the expense of their infrared transmittance. An appropriate compsomise between these two opposite trends should be made following the specifications of the final applications.

Gallium-68-prostate-specific membrane antigen-11 (68Ga-PSMA-11) is a positron emission tomography radiopharmaceutical that labels a Glu-urea-Lys-based ligand with 68Ga, binding specifically to the PSMA. It is used widely for imaging recurrent prostate cancer and metastases. On the other hand, the preparation and quality control testing of 68Ga-PSMA-11 in medical institutions takes over 60 minutes, limiting the daily capacity of 68Ge/68Ga generators. While the generator provides 1,110 MBq (30 mCi) nominally, its activity decreases over time, and the labeling yield declines irregularly. Consequently, additional preparations are needed, increasing radiation exposure for medical technicians, prolonging patient wait times, and necessitating production schedule adjustments. This study aimed to reduce the 68Ga-PSMA-11 preparation time and optimize the automated synthesis system. By shortening the reaction time between 68Ga and the PSMA-11 precursor and adjusting the number of purification steps, a faster and more cost-effective method was tested while maintaining quality. The final synthesis time was reduced from 30 to 20 minutes, meeting the standards for the HEPES content, residual solvent EtOH content, and radiochemical purity. This optimized procedure minimizes radiation exposure for medical technicians, reduces patient wait times, and maintains consistent production schedules, making it suitable for clinical application.

The β-Ga2O3 has the most thermodynamically stable phase, a wide band gap of 4.8~4.9 eV and a high dielectric breakdown voltage of 8MV/cm. Due to such excellent electrical characteristics, this material as a power device material has been attracted much attention. Furthermore, the β-Ga2O3 has easy liquid phase growth method unlike materials such as SiC and GaN. However, since the grown pure β-Ga2O3 single crystal requires the intentionally controlled doping due to a low conductivity to be applied to a power device, the research on doping in β-Ga2O3 single crystal is definitely important. In this study, various source powders of un-doped, Sn 0.05 mol%, Sn 0.1 mol%, Sn 1.5 mol%, Sn 2 mol%, Sn 3 mol%-doped Ga2O3 were prepared by adding different mole ratios of SnO2 powder to Ga2O3 powder, and β-Ga2O3 single crystals were grown by using an edge-defined Film-fed Growth (EFG) method. The crystal direction, crystal quality, optical, and electrical properties of the grown β-Ga2O3 single crystal were analyzed according to the Sn dopant content, and the property variation of β-Ga2O3 single crystal according to the Sn doping were extensively investigated.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP, $1.0{\mu}L{\cdot}L^{-1}$), a known ethylene action inhibitor, on fruit quality and incidence of physiological disorders during a simulated marketing period at $25^{\circ}C$ for 20 days in early-season Asian pear (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai) 'Hanareum' that had been treated with 0, 0.5, 1.2 or 2.4% $GA_{4+7}$. Weight loss of stored fruits increased with $GA_{4+7}$ concentration, and the 1-MCP treatment slightly reduced the weight loss rates during the marketing period. Flesh firmness decreased abruptly in all 1-MCP-untreated fruits as the storage period extended to 10 d, whereas the firmness of 1-MCP-treated fruits remained high (> 30 N) during 15 days shelf-life. The effect of 1-MCP was significantly reduced when fruits were subjected to increased GA concentration. Higher soluble solids content and acidity during extended shelf-life were also apparent in 1-MCP-treated 'Hanareum' pears. The L-values (lightness) and hue angles of 1-MCP treated samples were higher than those of controls during 20 days shelf-life, but the a-value (redness) was lower in 1-MCP treated fruits. 1-MCP treatment did not decrease the level of ethylene evolution regardless of $GA_{4+7}$ concentration during shelf-life in early-season Asian pear 'Hanareum'. By contrast, 1-MCP treatment decreased the respiration rate significantly during shelf-life. The efficacy of 1-MCP was greatest in the GA-untreated fruit and was reduced as the $GA_{4+7}$ concentration increased. 1-MCP treatment influenced the severity of physiological disorders including core browning and mealiness: 1-MCP treatment completely blocked the incidence of core browning of during 15 days shelf-life, and reduced the severity of mealiness during 20 days shelf-life regardless of $GA_{4+7}$ concentration. Based on our results, we conclude that the use of $1{\mu}L{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 1-MCP can be of great benefit for maintaining quality and preventing physiological disorders in early-season pear cultivar 'Hanareum' pear, whereas its efficacy decreases with the concentration of $GA_{4+7}$ whereas its efficacy gradually decreases when the concentration of $GA_{4+7}$ paste increased.
1. This study was carried out to select the high yielding and low production cost among grape varieties for the wine production. Thirty-three vareties which have been grown in commercial vineyards was examined in this experiment. 2. Most wine varieties improved in Europe were lower in the content of sugar than in originally developed location. 3. The varieties with larger cluster were Dattier de Saint-Vallier (treated with Ga), Golden Queen, Muscat Bailey A, and Danored. 4. Juice percent to cluster ranges from 60 to 90% and higher juice content varieties were Himrod Seedless. Delaware (Ga), and Fredonia. 5. Most wine varieties have higher per cent of seed and pedicel to cluster and flesh per cent was lower than in table varieties. 6. High yielding varieties were Muscat Bailey A, Danored, and Golden Queen. on the other hand, juice yield was higher in Campbell Early, Danored, Muscat Bailey A, and Golden Queen cultivers. 7. Muscat Bailey A, Alden, Steuben, Campbell Early, S-1000. and S-13053 for red wine, and Dattier(Ga), Golden Queen and low production cost in manufacturing wine.
To clarify the effects of application time of $GA_{4+7}$ paste (GA paste) on tree and fruit growth, fruit quality, and maturity of 'Kamcheonbae' and 'Whangkuembae' pears, GA paste of 25 mg each was applied directly to fruit stalk 25, 35, and 45 days after full bloom (DAFB). Later application of GA paste tended to increase the fruit weight of 'Kamcheonbae' pear. GA paste applied 45 DAFB increased the titratable acidity of the two cultivars. Fruit firmness of 'Kamcheonbae' was not affected by the GA paste treatment, while that of 'Whangkuembae' was increased by more than 20%. Fruit maturity of the two cultivars was hastened for 4 days by the GA paste treatment at any application time. Sharp increase in the fruit weight of the GA paste-treated 'Kamcheonbae' was noted from early July while that of control exhibited slow increase from early September. The initial growth pattern of 'Whangkeumbae' was similar to that of 'Kamcheonbae', but the growth slowed down from early September, regardless of the treatments.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of hot water and dipping times, and hot- PGR's solution on dormancy breaking of Lilium Oriental Hybrid 'Casa Blanca' and 'Siberia' bulblets regenerated in vitro. Hot-water treatments with distilled water were effective not sprouting rate but shortening of days to sprouting. While $100mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;GA_{4+7}$ was effective in the dormancy breaking process of bulblets. The content of mitochondrial protein and fumarase activity were highest in bulblet of $100mg{\cdot}L^{-1}\;GA_{4+7}$ addition in hot water treatment. Therefore $GA_{4+7}$ addition in hot-water treatment seem to be the alternative dormancy breaking method to low-temperature treatment in Lilium Oriental Hybrid bulblet regenerated in vitro.
We analyzed berry skin coloration, anthocyanin accumulation, and plant hormone contents in berry skins to determine the effect of night temperature at veraison on berry skin coloration in 'Kyoho' grapevines (Vitis labruscana L.). Vines were grown under 21, 24, and 27℃ at night for 20 days at veraison, from 40 to 60 days after full bloom (DAFB). Berry skin coloration of 'Kyoho' grapes was more suppressed in 27℃ treated vines, followed by that in 24℃ treated vines, than that in 21℃ treated vines. Cluster and berry weight and soluble solids content was lower in 24 and 27℃ treated vines than in 21℃ treated vines. Anthocyanin started to accumulate from 60 DAFB in berry skin of 21℃ treated vines, and malvidin and total anthocyanin content increased until 100 DAFB. The total and most of the individual anthocyanins decreased in 24 and 27℃ treated vines; however, peonidin did not decrease in 24℃ treated vines compared to that in 21℃ treated vines. Abscisic acid (ABA) peaked at veraison in berry skins of 21℃ treated vines and decreased thereafter until 100 DAFB. The increase in ABA content was inhibited in berry skins of 24 and 27℃ treated vines. Gibberellin (GA) content in berry skins decreased rapidly at veraison, with the decrease being slower under 27℃ than under 21℃. ABA/GA in berry skins of 21℃ treated vines peaked at 60 DAFB and decreased thereafter until 100 DAFB. However, ABA/GA decreased in berry skins of 24 and 27℃ treated vines, with reduced anthocyanin accumulation. Therefore, high night temperature (above 24℃) at veraison suppressed the berry skin coloration of 'Kyoho' grapes with changes in anthocyanin contents and composition due to the decrease in ABA/GA ratio and fruit soluble solids contents.
The screening of the microorganisms degrading chlorinated organic compounds such as PCP (pentachlorophenol) and TCE (trichloroethylene) was conducted with soil and industrial wastewater contaminated with various chlorinated organic compounds. Isolates (GP5, GP19) capable of degrading PCP and isolates (GA6, GA15) capable of degrading TCE were identified as Acetobactor sp., Pseudomonas sp., Arthrobacer sp., Xanthomonas sp. and named Acetobacter sp. GP5, Pseudomonas sp. GP19, Arthrobacer sp. GA6 and Xanthomoas sp. GA15, respectively. The microbial augmentation, OC17 formulated with the mixture of bacteria including isolates (4 strains) degrading chlorinated organic compounds and isolates (Acinetobacter sp. KN11, Neisseria sp. GN13) degrading aromatic hydrocarbons. Characteristics of microbial augmentation OC-17 showed cell mass of $2.8{\times}10^9CFU/g$, bulk density of $0.299g/cm^3$ and water content of 26.8%. In the experiment with an artificial wastewater containing PCP (500 mg/l), degradation efficiency of the microbial augmentation OC17 was 87% during incubation of 65 hours. The degradation efficiency of TCE (300 uM) by microbial augmentation OC17 was 90% during incubation of 50 hours. In a continuous culture experiment, analysis of the biodegradation of organic compounds by microbial augmentation OC17 in industry wastewater containing chlorinated hydrocarbons showed that the removal rate of COD was 91% during incubation of 10 days. These results indicate that it is possible to apply the microbial augmentation OC17 to industrial wastewaters containing chlorinated organic compounds.
