2-step DPC를 이용한 이중루프 DLL기반의 광대역 클록 데이터 복원회로 설계 (Design of Wide - range Clock and Data Recovery Circuit based Dual-loop DLL using 2-step DPC)

  • A recovered jitter of CDR(Clock and Data Recovery) Circuit based on Dual-loop DLL(Delay Locked Loop) for data recovery in high speed serial data communication is changed by depending on the input data and reference clock frequency. In this paper, 2-step DPC which has constant jitter performance for wide-range input frequency is proposed. The designed prototype 2-step CDR using proposed 2-step DPC has operation frequency between 200Mbps and 4Gbps. Average delay step of 2-step DPC is 10ps. Designed CDR circuit was tested with 0.18um CMOS process.

  • An architecture of a Web-based Decision Support system for mathematical analysis is presented. Front-end modules provide web-client GUI environment for mathematical analysis. The networking architecture is built upon client/server system by Java socket and accesses database by JDBC in WWW. Back-end modules provide decision supporting service and data management for mathematical programming analysis. In the back-end any analysis tools, such as mathematical optimizer, simulation package, or statistics package can be used. As an application example for this implementation, optimal facility replacement decision problem is selected. In the implementation the optimal facility replacement decision problem is formulated as a shortest path problem. It uses Oracle DB and CPLEX package as the mathematical optimizer. While ORAWeb is designed and implemented on the optimal facility replacement problem, it can easily be extended to any decision supporting problems that would require mathematical optimization process.

  • In this study, a static and dynamic characteristics analysis system for machine tool spindle systems with 3 lobe sliding bearing is developed based on Timoshenko theory, finite element method and windows programming techniques. And the characteristics value of 3 lobe sliding bearing such as eccentricity ratio, attitude angle, friction coefficient , stiffness coefficients, damping coefficients and so on, are determined by using the thermal equilibrium conditions of spindle systems. Since the developed system has various analysis modules related to static deformation analysis, modal analysis, frequency responses analysis and so on, it can be utilized to perform systematically the design an devaluation process of spindle systems with 3 lobe sliding bearing under windows GUI environment.

  • The research for development of remote monitoring and control systems composed three stages of research categories. At the first stage, we decided the suitable instrumentation devices for interface between H/W systems and waste water treatment facility. And at the second stage, we developed the software package for remote monitoring and data transmission system including data receipt system via wired telephone line. At the final stage we developed local control system for auto-process control of waste water treatment facilities. 고속 펄스 모터 콘트롤러 칩의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of High Speed Pulse Motor Controller Chip)

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented a precise pulse motor controller chip that generates the pulse needed to control step motor, DC servo and AC servo motors. This chip generates maximum pulse output rate of 5Mpps and has the quasi-S driving capability and speed and moving distance override capability during driving. We designed this chip with VHDL and executed a logic simulation and synthesis using Synopsys tool. The pre-layout simulation and post-layout simulation was executed by Compass tool. This chip was produced with 100 pins, PQFP package by 0.8${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ gate array process and implemented by completely digital logic. We developed the test hardware board of performance and the CAMC(Computer Aided Motor Controller) Agent softwate to test the performance of the pulse motor controller chip produced. CAMC Agent enables user to set parameters needed to control motor with easy GUI(Graphic User Interface) environment and to display the output response of motor graphically.

  • This paper describes a development of high speed fuzzy inference circuit for the industrialprocesses. The hardware fuzzy inference circuit is developed utilizing a hardware fuzzy inference circuit is developed utilizing a DSP and a multiplier and accumulator chip. To enhance the inference speed, the pipeline disign is adopted at the bottleneck and the general Max-Min inference method is slightly modified as Max-max method. As a results, the inference speed is evaluated to be 100 KFLIPS. Owing to this high speed feature, satisfactory application can be attained for complex high speed motion control as well as the control of multi-input multi-output nonlinear system. As an application, the developed fuzzy inference circuit is embedded to a PLC (Porgrammable Logic Controller) for industrial process control. For the fuzzy PLC system, to fascilitate the design of the fuzzy control knowledge such as membership functions, rules, etc., a MS-Windows based GUI (Graphical User Interface) software is developed.

  • We have released five Java Application Programming Interface (API) packages for viewing three-dimensional structures of proteins from the Protein Data Bank. To this end, the user interface of an earlier version has been refactored in an object-oriented fashion, in which refactoring is the process of changing a software system to improve its internal structure, without altering the external behavior. Various GUI design and features have been provided conveniently thanks to the Model-View-Control (MVC) model, which is an architectural pattern used in software engineering.   • 엔진을 도입하여 게임을 개발할 때 단지 하부 구조를 구현하지 않았을 뿐, 엔진 내용을 이해 할 정도의 수준이 되어야 한다는 것이다. 그러므로 게임 업계에서는 양질의 게임을 개발하기 위해서 여전히 고급 프로그래머를 필요로 하고 있으며, 이러한 부분은 여전히 개발비 상승에 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 스크립트를 이용하여 각 조작 부분으로 스켈레톤 게임을 구성할 수 있도록 하였으며, 직접적인 엔진 제어를 줄이는 추상화 작업을 목표로 하기 때문에 추상화된 스크립트 언어를 설계하여 엔진제어 모듈로 변환하도록 하였다.

A Pickup and Delivery Problem Based on AVL and GIS

  • The fundamental design issues that arise in the pickup and delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the development of pickup and delivery system with customer responsive service level, DCM(Demand Chain Management). The distribution process and service map are consisted of manufacturing, warehousing, and pickup and delivery. First we formulated the vehicle pickup and delivery problem using GIS-VRP method so as to satisfy the customer service requests. Second, we developed a GUI-type computer program using AVL, automated vehicle location system. The computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of test problems.

  • 본 논문은 KCC 정보통신(주) e-RoadMap 웹 방법론에 적용한 컨텐츠, 데이터, 사용자인터페이스 모델이다. 이는 널리 알려진 구조적기법에 웹 어플리케이션을 개발하는 절차를 반영한 모델이다. 그러므로 기존의 방법론 사용자들에게 이해가 용이하다. 이벤트리스트와 웹 시나리오요구서를 통하여 사용자요구정의를 하고, 컨텐츠 모델은 기존의 엔터티 관계도를 이용하여 컨텐츠를 도출토록 하였으며, 프로세스 모델에서는 웹에 구현할 프로세스를 도출하였다. 사용자 인터페이스모델에서는 웹으로 구현할 항해설계 및 멀티미디어 설계를 반영하였다. 본 제안모델은 컨텐츠도출, 컨텐츠를 운용하는 프로세스도출 및 이들의 상관관계를 제시하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 사이트 구조 및 컨텐츠를 상세 정의토록 하였다.
