투수성 폴리머 콘크리트의 특성에 미치는 골재 입도 분포의 영향 (Influence on the Grading of Aggregates on Properties of Permeable Polymer Concrete)

  • Permeable polymer concrete has a lot of internal voids, which has more excellent performance in permeability and durability than asphalt and cement concrete. Therefore, in this paper, influences of grading distribution of aggregates on the permeable polymer concrete are presented using polyester resin as binders. According to test results, it shows that compressive strength and unit weight increase with continuous grading distribution and increase of binder content, while void and permeability coefficient shows decline tendency.

  • Grading and sorting fresh cut flowers are time consuming process. In Korea, cut flowers are sorted mostly by human inspection due to the lack of adequate machinery. In this paper, quality evaluation factors of cut flowers are discussed, and types of sorting machines existing in the market are introduced . Aspects of computer image processing in evaluation the quality of cut flowers are also discussed.

  • 리튬 이온 배터리가 전기 자동차 및 다양한 어플리케이션에 적용됨에 따라 폐배터리의 수요 또한 증가하고 있다. 내부 화학적 상태가 상이한 배터리의 전기적 특성실험을 통해 파라미터를 선정하였으며, 데이터의 분포에 적합한 Fuzzy Logic을 설계하였다. 설계된 Fuzzy Logic을 통한 Cell Grading으로 내부 화학적 특성이 유사한 셀을 선별하였다.

Measurement of Physical Properties of Korean Garlic for Grade Standard

  • Garlic is one of the major seasoning vegetables in Korea and consumed mostly in a form of peeled cloves. Conventional Korean standards for garlic grading consist of four classes according to the size of bulb and its shape. Sorting and grading of garlic are manually done but could be in the process of automated mechanization using machine vision system in the near future. The proportion of mass of cloves in a garlic bulb to the volume of the bulb (g/ml) was determined to find out the best way of representing both the quantity and quality of cloves in each bulb. Garlic bulb was assumed as an ellipsoid and its major and minor axis and its height were measured to calculate its volume. The mass proportions and density of a garlic bulb and cloves were measured for four domestic varieties of garlic to propose it as a standard for Korean garlic grading machine.

  • This study was designed for automated pattern drawing and grading a man's Durumagi, Korean traditional coat in order to reestablished and grade the pattern by Apparel CAD SYSTEM. For the study, AM-250 systems of Gerber as the computer and Macro program as the automated drawing were used. Also, PDS(Pattern Design System) was used for the grading of the original Durumagi pattern. Results were followings; First, the size data that could be standardized by reestablishing the pattern of a man's Durumagi by each size was presented. Second, The pattern was developed by each size. Third, new design was propose for mass production with the traditional design of the DURUMAGI Fourth, The time for making DURUMAGI pattern and the cost through the automated drawings by using the Macro program were reduced. Moreover, was presented the basic data for a ready to made garment like the Western garment. Five, A man's DURUMAGI by CAD System was graded that could be applied to ready to made Hanbok

  • 신발 설계 시스템에서 그레이딩 기능은 기본 사이즈로 설계된 신발 라스트를 생산하고자 하는 여러 사이즈로 변환하는 작업이다. 그레이딩(Grading) 작업은 전체적으로 적용되는 제로 그레이딩(Zero Grading)과 특정한 부분에 개별적인 룰을 적용하는 센터 그레이딩(Center Grading)으로 구분된다. 이 두 방식을 혼용하여 그레이딩 작업을 수행하는데, 이 때, 휘어짐이나 일그러짐과 같은 부적절한 결과가 발생할 수 있고, 이런 오류를 보정하기 위해 제약조건들(Restrictions)을 적용한다. 이와 같이 센터 그레이딩과 제약조건들을 적용한 그레이딩을 특수 그레이딩이라 한다. 기존의 신발 설계 시스템에서는 이런 특수 그레이딩에 대해 속도가 느리거나, 기능이 미비하거나 지원하지 않는 문제점이 있다 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점들을 해결하고, 특수 그레이딩을 위한 제약조건을 다중으로 적용할 수 있도록 보완하였다.

ENoG를 이용한 말초성(末梢性) 안면신경마비(顔面神經麻痺)의 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察) (A Clinical Study of peripheral facial palsy by ENoG)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report that ENoG may be used for concluding prognosis of peripheral facial palsy. Methods : The House-Brackmann facial grading scale of face was taken at onset and 3weeks after oriental medical treatment. The ENoG of face was taken at 1week after or before of onset. I compared the House-Brackmann facial grading scale with ENoG. Results Conclusions : I analyzed a relation of House-Brackmann facial grading scale and ENoG. I guess that ENoG may be used for concluding prognosis of peripheral facial palsy. But further studies are requred for concluding prognosis of peripheral facial palsy by ENoG.

  • In this study, conventional aggregate obtained from a ready mixed concrete factory and the aggregate with a modified grading produced in lab. condition were prepared. Results showed that a good grading of aggregate the ratio of 5~13 mm and 13~25 mm is 20~40 % produced in the lab. condition significantly improved the slump and the compressive strength of the concrete.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the influence the influence of theoretical void ratio(T.V.R), grading of aggregate and curing method on the strength and water permeability of porous concrete, and the reduction proportion of water permeability by these factors. The results of the study showed that its strength and water permeability were greatly depended on the T.V.R and grading of aggregate, but didn't on the curing method. And, when the T.V.R and grading of aggregate were increased, the reduction proportion of water permeability was small. As the relation ship between its physical properties and non-destruction test values was very high, its use for the estimation of the physical properties will be useful.
