Studies on Characteristics of $ZnCa_2O_4$ Prepared by Glycine Nitrate Process anti S01id State Reaction for FE8 Phosphor (GNP법과 고상반응법으로 제조한 FED 형광체용 $ZnCa_2O_4$ 분말의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • PED용 형광체로 사용되는 ZnCa$_2$O$_4$를 Clycine Nitrate Process로 합성하여 고상 반응법으로 합성한 ZnCa$_2$O$_4$ 분말과 비교 분석하였다. 또한 Glycine Nitrate Process로 제조시 Mn의 doping 농도를 변화시키면서 각각의 조성비에 따른 발광특성을 알아보았다. TGA 측정 결과 GNP법으로 합성된 ZnCa$_2$O$_4$ 의 경우 약 40$0^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 무게감량의 변화가 없었으며, XRD 상분석 결과 연소반응 후 이미 상형성이 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. PL측정을 결과 GNP(GIycine Nitrate Process)로 제조된 ZnCa$_2$O$_4$분말의 발광효율이 고상 반응법으로 제조된 분말보다 우수하였으며, 균일하고 비표면적이 큰 단일상임이 관찰되었고, 더 작은 에너지와 시간으로 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있었다

Studies on the fabrication and properties of $La_ 0.7Sr_0.3MnO_3$cathode contact prepared by glycine-nitrate process and solid state reaction method for the high efficient solid oxide fuel cells applications 0.3/Mn $O_{3}$ (고효율 고체산화물 연료전지 개발을 위한 자발 착화 연소 합성법과 고상반응법에 의한 $La_ 0.7Sr_0.3MnO_3$ 양극재료 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구)

  • L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ powders were prepared by both GNP(Glycine-Nitrate Process) and solid state reaction method in various of calcination temperature(800-1000.deg. C) and time in air. Also, L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contacts on YSZ(Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia) substrate were prepared by screen printing and sintering method as a function of sintering temperature(1100-1450.deg. C) in air. Sintering behaviors have been investigated by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) and porosity measurement. Compositional and structural characterization were carried out by X-ray diffractometer and ICP AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry) analysis. Electrical characterization was carried out by the electrical conductivity with linear 4 point probe method. As the calcination period increased in solid state reaction method, L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ phase increased. Although L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ single phase was obtained only for 48hrs at 1000.deg. C, in GNP method it was easy to get single and ultra-fine L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ powders with submicron particle size at 650.deg. C for 30min. The particle size and thickness of L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contact by solid state reaction method did not change during the heat treatment, while those by GNP method showed good sintering characteristics because initial powder size fabricated from GNP method is smaller than that fabricated from solid state reaction method. Based on enthalpy change from thermodynamic data and ICP-AES analysis, it was suggested to make cathode contact in composition of (L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$)$_{0.91}$ Mn $O_{3}$ which have little second phase (L $a_{2}$Z $r_{2}$ $O_{7}$) for high efficient solid oxide fuel cells applications. As (L $a_{0.7}$S $r_{0.3}$)$_{0.91}$Mn $O_{3}$ cathode contact on YSZ substrate was sintering at 1250.deg. C the temperature that liquid phase sintering did not occur. It was possible to obtain proper cathode contacts with electrical conductivity of 150(S/cm) and porosity content of 30-40%.m) and porosity content of 30-40%.

Development of Thermo-Cosmetics Using Photothermal Effect of Gold Nanoparticles (금 나노입자의 광열효과를 이용한 온열화장품 개발)

  • Many applications of nanoparticles have been developed since 1970s. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect can be generated at the surface of nanoparticles by illumination. SPR is the resonant oscillation of conduction electrons at the surface material stimulated by incident light. The collisions between excited electrons and metal atoms can cause the production of thermal energy (photothermal effect). Here, we presented the development of thermo-cosmetics using photothermal effect of gold nanoparticles. Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) were chosen for it's low toxicity. We also and investigated the cell biocompatibility and heating effectiveness for photothermal effect of GNPs. Synthesized GNPs were verified by UV-vis spectrophotometer, where GNP has a characteristic absorbance spectrum. Concentration of GNP was measured by atomic absorption analyzer. The cytotoxicity was confirmed by MTT assay and double staining assay. Photothermal effect of GNP was demonstrated by the thermal increasing properties depending on GNP concentration, which was taken by an IR-thermal camera with a xenon lamp as the light source. If the thermal effect of GNP is applied for thermo-cosmetics, it can supply heat to skin by converting solar energy into thermal energy. Thus, cosmetics containing GNPs can provide benefits to people in the cold region or winter season for maintaining skin temperature, which lead to a positive effect on skin health.

Relationship between Representative Anthropometric Dimensions and Income Levels for Korean

  • Objective: This study aims to investigate relationship between representative anthropometric dimensions and income levels for Korean from 1958 to 1989. The anthropometric dimensions include stature and body weight, and GNP per head was used as an index of income level. Background: Although anthropometric dimensions were affected by varying factors such as genetic, environmental and socioeconomic factors, most studies on anthropometry have focused on measurement methods, providing data and their characteristics. Method: Anthropometric data were retrieved from homepages of Korean Agency for Technology and Standards, and Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism, and GNPs per head by year from Korean Statistical Information Service. Results: During analysis period, statures and body weights for males and females increased by 6.4cm and 6.1cm, 10.7kg and 4.0kg, respectively. Infants' stature and body weight nearly linearly increased with GNPs per head. Anthropometric dimensions of stature and body weight were very positively correlated with GNPs per head. Conclusion: This study revealed that income levels significantly affect stature and body weight. Application: The results would be used as a valuable basic data when establishing government policies related to anthropometry.

  • 스마트폰, 태블릿 등의 디바이스의 발전에 따라 휴대성이 매우 중요해졌다. 디바이스의 크기, 두께, 유연성에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 energy storage device의 flexibility를 향상시키는 연구가 주목 받고 있다. Energy storage device의 성능 향상을 위해서는 power density를 높여야 하며 flexibility를 위해서는 전극판과 전극소재 간의 부착력을 증가시켜야 한다. 본 연구에서는, power density와 소재 간의 부착성을 개선시키기 위해 기존 graphene보다 표면적이 넓으며 power density가 좋고 전극판과의 부착성이 좋은 hybrid GNP-CNT를 사용하였다. 그리고 Ag NWs/CNT PET film 을 사용하여 전도성이 있는 flexible한 전극판을 사용하였다. SEM 측정을 통해 표면 분석을 하였고, sample에 패턴을 하고 Bending test를 하여 부착성을 확인하였다. 또한, CV curve를 측정하여 supercapacitor의 특성을 확인하였다. 향후, $MnO_2$ NWs를 hybrid GNP-CNT에 합성시킴으로 energy storage device의 energy density를 더욱 향상시키는 연구를 진행할 것이다.

  • 국내 건설산업은 국내외의 환경변화에 대응하기 위하여 국내 실정에 적합한 기술의 개발을 통하여 대외 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 노력이 한창 가속화 되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 건설산업의 연구개발투자 실태를 분석하고 이를 근거로 국내 실정에 적합한 기술개발체계를 구축하고 각 투자 주체별 적정투자규모를 산정 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. O 국내 건설기술의 연구개발투자 효율성 증대를 위한 정부부문의 기술개발투자 증대 및 종합건설기술개발 사업 제도의 도입$\cdot$실시. O 적정투자규모는 2001년에 하한규모로 19,674억원(GNP 대비 0.33$\%$) 하한규모로는 27,451억원(GNP대비 0.46$\%$)정도로 예측됨. O 민간의 기술개발투자 확대를 유인하기 위해서는 각종 지원제도의 개선과 함께 개발된 기술의 적극적인 활용이 요구됨.

우리나라의 탈세규모(脫稅規模) 추정(推定) : 소득세(所得稅)와 부가가치세(附加價値稅)

  • 탈세(脫稅)의 규모추정(規模推定)을 위해서는 우선 과세표준의 누락정도를 추정해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 1987년과 1988년 도시가계조사 테이프를 이용하여 소득(所得)-지출추계방법(支出推計方法)에 의해 탈루소득(脫漏所得)이 전체소득(全體所得)에서 차지하는 비중을 추정하였다. 그 결과 1987, 1988년 두 해의 탈루소득(脫漏所得)의 규모는 전체 GNP의 약 15%인 것으로 추정되었다. 다시 이렇게 추정된 탈루소득비율(脫漏所得比率)을 이용하여 소득세(所得稅)의 탈세규모(脫稅規模)를 추정하였으며, 그 규모가 전체소득세(全體所得稅)에서 차지하는 비중은 1987년에 10~11.3%, 1988년에는 8.7~9.8%에 달하는 것으로 추정된다. 한편 부가가치세(附加價値稅)의 과세표준인 민간소비지출(民間消費支出)의 탈루규모(脫漏規模)는 전체탈루소득(全體脫漏所得)과 거시민간소비함수(巨視民間消費函數)에 추정된 민간소비(民間消費)의 대(對)GNP탄력성을 이용하여 추정한 결과, 1987, 1988년 모두 10.5%인 것으로 추정되었다. 이에 따라 1987, 1988년의 부가가치세(附加價値稅)의 탈세규모(脫稅規模)는 10.5~16.5%에 달했던 것으로 추정된다.

Examining Visitation to the Gyeryongsan National Park

  • Understanding visit motivation to parks is important when attempting to improve visitor satisfaction and their intentions to revisit and recommend. The objective of this study is to not only examine the impact of visitors' motivations on their satisfaction, but also study the effect of their satisfaction on their behavioral intentions. This objective will be fulfilled using regression models populated with data from the Gyeryongsan National Park (GNP). Onsite surveys were collected during April and May 2017 at the Donghaksa, Gapsa, Cheonjeong, Sinwonsa, Sangsin, and Sutonggol information centers of the GNP (N=224). The results of this study indicate that the visitors' motivations influenced their visit satisfaction, which, in turn, impacted their behavioral intentions. The study's findings will help park managers and policy-makers establish effective park management strategies and enhance visitors' experiences.
