저심도 도시철도 신호시스템의 사전 위험원 분석 연구 (Preliminary Hazard Analysis for Near Surface Transit Signal System)

  • To achieve the safety and reliability, RAMS activity for a railway signal system of Near Surface Transit is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the railway signal system of Near Surface Transit. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through automatic train protection, automatic train operation and automatic train supervision. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 75 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

  • This paper present investigation of interoperable process and interaction-facts between urban and new ATS signalling system for degrading, improvement or replacement in wireless communication-based train control system of urban driverless transit, and investigate interoperable requirement from joint program of cooperation-"wireless communication-based train control system's standard process construction and performance evaluation on urban transit" of first year result.

  • This paper proposes a new position detection method for train speed control using the PDOA(Phase Difference of Arrival). This method aims to apply to AGT(Automated Guide way Transit) systems, operated with driverless. So it is absolutely required to range, calculate and decide a train position precisely. This system consists of VRS (Vehicle Radio Set) and WRS(Wayside Radio Set). The VRS transmits a wireless signal to the WRS, the controller calculate a straight line with the PDOA. Next step calculate an exact position using track DB. This paper includes the concept, configuration, analysis and results of this method.

  • A general idea of implementing and managing real-time control on the VDN for rail transit vehicles is presented. In particular, the virtual device network considered in this paper is composed of Ethernet as the data network and LonWorks network as the device (control) network. A LonWorks/IP web server was used as a gateway to realize peer to peer data communication on the virtual device networks. Experimental results are given to validate the suggested architecture.

  • Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a prevalent idiopathic upper gastrointestinal (GI) disorder characterized by diverse symptomatology including epigastric pain or discomfort, postprandial fullness, and early satiety. Although its pathophysiological mechanisms have not yet been fully established, the available studies suggest that the etiology of FD is invariably multifactorial. Benachio-F$^{(R)}$ (BF) is a proprietary liquid formulation of 7 herbal extracts that has been proposed to address this multifactorial etiology using multi-drug phytotherapy. The pharmacological effects of BF, in comparison with those of two other herbal products (Whalmyungsu$^{(R)}$; WM and Iberogast$^{(R)}$; IB) were evaluated in rats. In a laparotomy-induced rat model of delayed GI transit, BF significantly accelerated the delayed gastric emptying caused by morphine, apomorphine, and cisplatin, and also significantly increased mean gastric transit, as compared to the control animals. BF markedly increased gastric accommodation in rats and produced higher gastric volume values than did the control treatment. The effects of BF were generally comparable or superior to those of WM and IB in these models. Furthermore, BF significantly stimulated biliary flow, as compared to the control treatment. These results indicated that BF might have great potential as an effective phytotherapeutic agent capable of reducing GI symptoms and increasing quality of life in FD patients.

GIS Based Real-Time Transit Information Integration and Its Transit Planning Implications

  • 근래 들어 대중교통체계의 관리 및 운영에 첨단 시스템의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템은 통행자 개개인과 대중교통 수송수단의 매우 상세한 실시간 공간정보와 같은 대규모 시 공간자료를 양산하기 때문에 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 자료의 통합과 분석의 필요성이 그 어느 때보다 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대규모 대중교통 관련 시 공간 정보들의 통합에 GIS가 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가를 보여주고 있으며 대중교통계획 과정의 효율화와 관련 의사결정 활동을 지원하는 효과적인 방안을 제시하고 있다. 구체적으로, Bus Management System(BMS) 등 대중교통 운영과, 개인 승객 승하차 및 환승 관리 분야(Smart Card System)의 여러 독립된 정보들을 GIS 기반으로 통합하였다. 서울대중교통체계가 제공하는 수준 높은 실시간 시 공간 상세 정보의 GIS기반 통합 데이테 체계는 자료 자체의 부재로 지금까지는 불가능한 것으로서, 본 연구가 최초의 시도란 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 논문은 또한 이러한 GIS기반 통한 데이터베이스를 활용한 대중교통체계 계획 도구들의 효과성과 효율성을 예시하였고 이러한 방법론과 모형은 유사한 자료의 획득이 가능한 여타 지자체에서도 유용하게 적용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

비글견에서 상부 위장관 조영술을 통한 상용화된 바륨 조영제의 평가 (Evaluation of Commercialized Barium Products for Upper GI Contrast Study in Beagle Dogs)

  • Upper gastrointestinal contrast studies were performed to compare the quality of images using two different commercialized barium products in 10 healthy beagle dogs of each group; 30% barium suspension in group 1, and 35% dilute barium suspension in group 2. Contrast media were administered through gastric tube at a dose rate of 10 ml/kg in all groups. All procedures were evaluated by three criteria: the quality of the images obtained, the transit time and the distensibility of the bowel. The imaging in group 1 showed good image quality, a rapid transit time, and good distensibility of bowel loop.
