It will be a word "SMART" if we will select a word which used the most popularly among the all medias. We use products included a word "smart" such as smart phone, smart TV, smart grid, smart key. These products were made by "smart technology". We know that our society is evolution to IT conversions. There are examples such as smart car, smart home, smart learning or education. Therefore, we are described trends and future of products including smart technologies.

The impacts of climate changes on building energy demand were investigated by means of the degree-days method. Future trends for the 21st century was assessed based on climate change scenarios with 7 global climate models(GCMs). We constructed hourly weather data from monthly temperatures by Trnsys 16. A procedure to estimate heating degree-days (HDD) and cooling degree-days (CDD) from monthly temperature data was developed and applied to three scenarios for Inchon. In the period 1995-2080, HDD would fall by up to 70%. A significant increase in cooling energy demand was found to occur between 1995-2004(70% based on CDD). During 1995-2080, CDD would Increase by up to 120%. Our analysis shows widely varying shifts in future energy demand depending on season. Heating costs in winter will significantly decrease whereas more expensive electrical cooling energy will be needed.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the standard of fair and equitable treatment. Although most international investment treaties prescribe fair and equitable treatment that is the obligation to provide fair and equitable treatment to foreign investor, there is no clear definition and specific elements of fair and equitable treatment. Through the arbitral award cases we can find that tribunals have interpreted to include six principles; Due process & Protection from denial of justice, Good faith, Reasonableness & Nondiscrimination, Compliance with contractual obligation, Full protection and security, Transparency & Protection of the investor's legitimate expectations. This study suggest that host countries and investors focus on international trends concerning investment disputes in order to avoid future disputes. So future disputes can be prevented and prepared in advance.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

This study is to analyze the demand for organic farming products . The demand for organic farming products is increasing rapidly but the study to analyze the demand system by the methods of econometrics is not tried at all because there is no any formal statistical data about the demand. Therefore, this study tries to estimate the raw statistical data to expect the demand trends of organic farming products in the future. To analyze the demand functions of organic farming products such as rice, bean, apple, grape, beef, and park, this study uses AIDS model by using several assumptions and estimates the price and income elasticities of the demands. The results demonstrate that the demands of organic farming products will be increased in the future and the prices of organic farming products will be the key factor in the demand, In 2004, the quantity demanded of the organic grape will account for 3% of total grape market. As a result, consumer's concerns about organic farming products will be high and the demand for organic farming products will be increased. Thus, the reasonable price system has a significant influence on the market of organic farming products.

Background: Microfluidics is of considerable importance in food and agricultural industries. Microfluidics processes low volumes of fluids in channels with extremely small dimensions of tens of micrometers. It enables the miniaturization of analytical devices and reductions in cost and turnaround times. This allows automation, high-throughput analysis, and processing in food and agricultural applications. Purpose: This review aims to provide information on the applications of microfluidics in the agro-food sector to overcome limitations posed by conventional technologies. Results: Microfluidics contributes to medical diagnosis, biological analysis, drug discovery, chemical synthesis, biotechnology, gene sequencing, and ecology. Recently, the applications of microfluidics in food and agricultural industries have increased. A few examples of these applications include food safety analysis, food processing, and animal production. This study examines the fundamentals of microfluidics including fabrication, control, applications, and future trends of microfluidics in the agro-food sector. Conclusions: Future research efforts should focus on developing a small portable platform with modules for fluid handling, sample preparation, and signal detection electronics.

Korean army currently considers the development of the advanced MLRS(Multiple Launcher Rocket System) as a new alternative, which responses on the renovation of the artillery and future battle field environment. Therefore, This study suggests that the development methods of MLRS based on the analysis of the future battle field environment, world wide development trends of the MLRS and operation states of the domestic MLRS. According to this study, the development methods of new generation MLRS should be included a 230/130mm combined launcher competible with conventional 227mm on the vehicle, advanced FCS(Fire Control System), GPS/INS integration navigation system, Pod of ammunitiom, ammunition carrring vehicle and guided rocket munitions, etc.

The introduction of newly developed intelligent and user-friendly robotics has opened a new era in shipbuilding. Together with traditional and low-cost mechanization a record level of welding automation rate has been achieved in the construction of cruise vessels. In the paper modem applications and recent developments of welding automation and robotics in shipbuilding have been described and some forecast for the future trends are given. Development in the field of shipyards will be continued with accelerated speed and we shall have interesting prospects for the near future. New laser techniques can boost the shipyards in a revolutional way when production is rapidly changing, materials will be lighter and quality demands are becoming more strict.

Present system of maritime mobile communication is depend upon HF Band mostly. Due to the range of technical development activities for HF Band has reached to uppermost limit, it is going to be hard to meet the requirements of communication which would be increased in the future, by utilization of HF Band. Studying difficulties of realizing communication function and the uppermost limit of HF Band system, in order to seek more smooth communications under present system, I have been studying remedy of problems in using of HF Band system with examples of relay of free-charge telegrams for the group of an ocean-going vessels of our country, and analized and studied of future prospects of maritime mobile communication.

This study examines the 'Attitude towards Money' research trends and suggests future research issues and implications through a contents analysis. To accomplish the study object, 4 analysis categories were selected based on reference study to review the research subject, methods of data collection, research objects, and an analysis of the methods, found in 31 articles in journals and dissertations from 1996 to 2009. The were made in early 1990, (an increase in related research since 2000); however, the object of study is too limited, with an overemphasis on research methods and quantitative research methods. The research method of most articles was mainly limited to the quantitative study. Based on the results, research directions and research limitations were suggested for future leisure research.
