This study was the study verifying dental technicians' motivation and job satisfaction in Seoul through the positive method as well as its purposes were to investigated the effect of dental technicians manpower supply/demand prospect on motivation, job satisfaction and the effect of other job satisfaction factors on dental technicians motivation and job satisfaction. For then, general characteristics of study objects were classified by sex, married/unmarried, age, career, salary, highest level of education, working place, position and job as well as job satisfaction factors were classified with future supply/demand prospect, future prospect, working hours, working environment and salary. We conducted a frequency analysis, crossing analysis and multi-linear regression analysis about the effect of the classified articles on motivation and job satisfaction. Also, for verifying the relationship of motivation and job satisfaction, we conducted correlation analysis and its result is as followed. First, it showed that the job related with making orthodontic appliance influenced on motivation, among the age, career and job of the general characteristics, and other jobs between working place and job influenced on job satisfaction. Second, the dark future prospect was showed to influence on motivation and job satisfaction highly so we could grasp that negative opinions are included in that. And low-paying was showed to highly influence on job satisfaction s fall so we could grasp the subjective low-salary standard at the present. But we expected that the manpower supply/demand prospect would influence on motivation and job satisfaction but there was little influence. Third, the correlation between motivation and job satisfaction was showed to be somewhat high, motivation had the standard which is above average and job satisfaction had the standard which is below the average. So with a little improving of job satisfaction, it s possible that motivation can be very high. Therefore, in rapidly changing generation, we think that the dental technicians are actively coping with the reality of low-paying and high-working. But it's implying that anxiety for uncertain future was reflected. Furthermore, because institutional strategies for dental technicians' efficient management are insufficient in relation with policies so it's necessary the policy consideration for solve the job-unsatisfying factors actively.

The economics of manganese nodules mining was assessed based on 36 scenarios which reflect recent changes of the metal market. Those scenarios included optimistic/neutral/pessimistic prospect for the cost, 2 production scales(1.5 MT and 3 MT) and 6 assumptional paths of future metal prices. A large part of scenarios, in which optimistic or neutral prospect for the cost and metal prices were assumed, showed good economic feasibility of the project. For example, 37.12% of Internal Rate of Return(IRR) was obtained in the scenario of 3 MT production, neutral cost prospect and present metal price maintained in the future.

Through USN field Test Projects launched in 2005, 9 USN application service models such as u-Ocean, u-Construction, u-Farm, u-Hospital has been deployed. We conducted technical, industrial, economical feasibility tests to verify those services. This thesis will cover briefly the current situation of USN industry domestically and internationally. It will show the future prospect of convergence service model based on USN in conjunction with research details and results from previous USN field Test Projects.

NGOs occupy so high international position that it is said the age of NGOs or Renaissance of NGOs has came. Recently, they continuously succeeded in hindering and blocking large-scale international events through their violent struggles. This paper studied the concept of NGO, examples of NGO struggles during recent international events and stated anticipated struggles during ASEM III and their trend. Thereafter, with future prospect of NGO activities, some measures for successful 2002 World Cup and 2005 APEC were provided in this paper. As China beings to enforce the open-door and innovation policies, it comes to rise rapidly in international economic stage. For the short time of only 20 years, China makes a great economic power. Up to now, China has tolerated a large population and infinite resources, so at last succeeded in economic polices, and has a fine future prospect in world economy. With the admission to the WTO, China will have a great influence on Korea. If we are to develop the trade much more, appeared until now after the relations between Korea and China, We should develop Korean economy by investing and trading in IT industries and newly Chinese regions.

K-GMT Science Program, operated by Center for Large Telescopes (CfLAT) in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI), aims to promote the scientific researches by providing the access to the observational facilities such as 4-8m class telescopes and specialized instruments. In 2016, we plan to make various instruments with MMT and Gemini Observatory as well as IGRINS with 2.7m HJS Telescope in McDonald Observatory available to Korean Astronomical Community. We will present the current status and future prospect as well as some early results made from the K-GMT Science Program in past years.

In recent years, the rapid growth of portable electronic device market requires higher density characteristics of batteries. The speed at which portability and mobility is advancing hinges much on the battery. What is important is this energy source that engineers design handled devices around the battery, rather than the other way around. Much improvement has been made in reducing the power consumption of portable devices. Currently, the most popular secondary battery is Li-ion battery. Li-ion has won the limelight and become the most prominent battery. This paper reviews the prospect and future of the Li-ion battery.
